Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Proses Produksi di Rumah Keju Jogja dalam pengendalian kualitas produk . Pelaksanaan observasi di lakukan pada tanggal 2 Maret sampai dengan 31 Maret 2023 di Rumah Keju Jogja yang beralamat Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi. Rumah Keju Jogja dipilih karena tempat usaha tersebut merupakan industry yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan susu menjadi keju. Pada proses produksi harus diperhatikan pengendalian mutunya pada tiap tahap produksi yang akan didapat produk yang bermutu baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembuatan keju yang baik adalah berdasarkan bagaimana proses produksi itu di lakukan dari pengontrolan suhu susu kemudian pada pemberian bakteri kemudian pemindahan ke tempat fermentasi harus sesuai SOP karna jika salah satu menyalahi SOP produksi maka akan menghasilkan produk defect atau bisa di katakana produk gagal.

Abstract

Integrated Islamic school education is a model of educational institution that seeks to combine general knowledge and religion in one integrative curriculum package that implements the concept of Islamic education based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The operational concept of SIT is an accumulation of the processes of acculturation, inheritance and Islamic civilization from generation to generation. The focus of this research is: the implementation of the concept of integrated Islamic education in the form of its application in the curriculum and activities at the SIT educational institution at SMPIT Ishlahul Ummah. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research data collection method uses observation, interviews and documentation.The research results show that: (1) The concept of integrated Islamic education is the process of implementing education by combining scientific education and religious education into one curriculum. With this approach, all school subjects and activities are guided by the teachings and messages of Islamic values. SMPIT Ishlahul Ummah, which in its learning process refers to integrated Islamic education, namely integrated learning using the national education curriculum and also using a typical curriculum.

Abstract

This study discusses Children's Service Strategies in Fostering Children's Interest in Reading at the Binjai City Library and Archives Service. The goal to be achieved from this research is to find out how the child service strategy is in the Binjai City Library Service. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. By using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were librarians at the Library Service who the researchers had chosen according to the criteria for research subjects.The results showed that the child service strategy carried out by librarians at the Binjai City Library Service was carried out using several child service activities in the form of reading tours, reading corner services for toddlers in Binjai City, mobile library services specifically for children, reading terrace services in Binjai City, collaboration with PKK mothers. and Promotions. Where the promotion is carried out using brochures and social media, namely Instagram.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 62 responden yang merupakan karyawan bagian office di PT BAS. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart-PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study describes the Implementation of Marketing Mix in the Islamic Maqashid Perspective in Sakinah Supermarket Surabaya. This study aims to find out how Sakinah Supermarket's efforts implement Marketing Mix from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. The implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy carried out by Sakinah Supermarket by reviewing using the Maqashid Syariah business ethics principles, this theory is by the trading principles carried out by Rasulullah SAW. The Marketing Mix strategy used for this research is the 4P Marketing Mix including product, price, place, and promotion. This research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data uses trust, transferability, dependability, and” certainty.The results of this study are the Implementation of a Marketing Mix from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah ethics which has been implemented in the sakinah supermarkets in Surabaya for sakinah supermarket products that only sell proper and halal products that are MUI certified and have excellent product quality, for the prices of sakinah supermarkets take high profits. very reasonable from 5% -10%, and has a very strategic place for the community, Sakinah Supermarket in conducting promotions based on honesty and the products included in the discount have good quality and packaging. The conclusion from this study is that Sakinah supermarkets implement a marketing mix with Hifdz ad-din's maqasid syariah

Abstract

Legal protection for employees is regulated by the Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Labor. The legal protection obtained by a worker relates to the fulfilment of the rights agreed between the employees and the employer, which are laid down in the employment contract, among others; wages or remuneration or salary; time, rest, and leave of work; safety, health and well-being at work; mechanisms of termination of employment relations; and etc. An employment contract is a prerequisite for the establishment of an employment relationship and for the fulfilment of the rights of the worker. An employment contract consists of a Fixed Term Employment Agreement and An Indefinite Time Work Agreement. The discussion in this study is: Forms of legal protection of workers with Fixed Term Employment Agreement under Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Labor. The method used is normative jurisprudence with specifications of analytical descriptive research. The data collected is secondary data obtained from library material such as books, documents, archives, literature and reports related to the subject being studied. After all the material is collected, the data is analyzed qualitatively.

Abstract

In general, this research aims to find out the quality of Population Administration Services at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Tojo Una-Una Regency. In writing, this research uses a descriptive research method, namely research carried out in certain rules that exist in real life which describe and explain systematically and accurately the situation of the Quality of Population Administration Services at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Tojo Una-Una Regency. The basis of the research used is qualitative research. The theory used in this research is the theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman, Bery and friends which includes five indicators, namely Physical Appearance, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results of the research show that the Quality of Population Administration Services at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Tojo Una-Una Regency can be concluded that of the 5 (five) aspects used, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy, 3 (three) aspects have worked well. optimal, namely Tangibles, Reliability, and Responsiveness. Meanwhile, 2 (two) aspects that have not run optimally are Assurance and Empathy.

Abstract

Rian Agustian, Stambuk Number B102 22 012, with the title of research on Employee Performance in the Kabonena Village Office, Ulujadi District, Palu City, supervised by Ahmad Sinala and Ani Susanti.This study aims to determine the performance of employees in the Kabonena Village Office, Ulujadi District, Palu City. This study used a method with descriptive qualitative data. The research location is located at the Kabonena Village Office. The theory used in this study is the theory proposed by Robbins, Stephen P. The informants in this study amounted to 5 (five) people. The data obtained in this study are from observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods are Data Collection, Data Condensation, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing / Verification.The results of this study show that the performance of employees at the Kabonena Village Office, Ulujadi District, Palu City has not run optimally, this is due to the non-achievement of performance indicators used in this study, such as quality indicators that have not been maximized due to low responsiveness, discipline, and accuracy of employees in the agency in carrying out their duties. The quantity aspect is not maximized because there are still a number of activities that do not reach the target. Aspects of delay in completing tasks. The effectiveness aspect has not run optimally due to the resources allocated to support every activity of employees in the agency but still has not achieved the desired results in some work units. The aspect of independence has not run optimally because there are still some employees who actually transfer their duties and work to honorary employees where the work should be completed by civil servants. The aspect of work commitment has not run optimally because the work commitment of employees in the agency is still low on what is their obligation as employees.

Abstract

Arabic is a necessity that must be learned by grade 3 students at MTs Putri Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor, with various strategies in learning methods that are conveyed by teachers to students in class to achieve appropriate student knowledge standards in learning Arabic.The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The informants in this research were the school principal, Arabic teachers and students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data with triangulation.The results of the research show that: Arabic language learning strategies using various unique methods must be presented by teachers in the teaching process. There are supporting factors found in this, including students' familiarization with Arabic pronunciation and the use of Dhomir in accordance with correct Arabic language rules and the atmosphere in the classroom. The importance of supporting students' interest in learning Arabic is the beginning of the process of forming students' understanding of Arabic.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the Leadership Style of the Head of Tikke Raya District in Improving the Work Ethic of Employees at the Tikke Raya District Office, Pasangkayu Regency, which is studied based on the work motivation theory model according to Hasibuan (2006). :86). 1). Participative, 2). Delegative, 3). Situational, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative with purposive selection of informants and the number of informants selected was 5 people using data collection techniques, 1). Observation, 2). Interview, 3) Documentation. By analyzing all interview results. Results of Research on the Leadership Style of the Regent of Tikke Raya in Improving the Work Ethic of Employees at the Tikke Raya District Office, Pasangkayu Regency. Based on the results of the discussion using three indicators of the Leadership Style of the Regent of Tikke Raya, Pasangkayu Regency, the author can draw the conclusion that the results of research conducted by the author at the Tikke Raya District Office, Pasangkayu Regency, through direct observation and interviews with five informants, from three dimensions/aspects of leadership style namely Participation, Delegation, Situational. The author concludes that the leadership style of the sub-district head in Tikke Raya District, Pasangkayu Regency, as measured by three indicators, is considered to be working well, namely the indicators/dimensions of Participation, Situational, while the indicators/dimensions of Delegation are not working well.
