Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of social assistance spending and spending capital on poverty rates in districts/cities in South Sulawesi, which consists of 24 regencies, and takes samples from the last three years, namely 2018 – 2020. This research uses secondary data in the form of expenditure data. social assistance, capital spending and poverty rates. The data is taken from the government's official website, namely the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). For the purposes of analysis in this study, panel data were used from all regencies/cities in South Sulawesi Province. In processing the data that has been obtained, namely using the Eviws application. The method used in this study is the method of data analysis stationary test, correlation test and Granger causality test. The results of this study indicate that first, social assistance spending funds have no significant effect on poverty. Second, capital spending has no significant effect on poverty. Third, spending on social assistance and spending on capital do not mutually influence each other.

Abstract

Online transportation is one form of the rapid development of technology. One company that has become a pioneer in providing online-based transportation services is PT. Indonesian Go-Jek. PT. Go-Jek Indonesia was pioneered by Nadiem Makarim in 2010 which at that time only served motorcycle taxi orders via telephone, but since January 2015, Go-Jek has launched a mobile application that can be used as a medium for ordering Go-Jek transportation online. Go-Jek itself is an intermediary that connects motorcycle taxi drivers with customers, where customers can monitor the position of motorcycle taxi drivers that have been ordered. This study aims to determine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 120. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain criteria. This study used data collection techniques using the questionnaire method using the Google form. The data analysis technique in this study is the SEM analysis technique using the SmartPLS software analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Brand image has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction partially mediates service quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate brand image on customer loyalty. Go-Jek management is expected to continue to improve the quality of their services, especially in improving the discipline and skills of drivers, so that the company is able to provide maximum service.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the Analysis of the Effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, on Innovation Performance with Motivation as an intervening variable aimed at managing superior and advanced human resources in facing the era of globalization and quality human resources will develop high performance for the organization. One of them is by paying attention to the performance of employees both from their motivation and discipline in achieving the organization. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques Measurement Model (Outer Model): Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Discriminant Validity, Reliability. Structural Model (Inner Model), Predictive Relevance (Q Square), Hypothesis Testing Results. Tested manually using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software application. The population in this study were employee teachers at SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Yogyakarta, while for the sample data using the saturation technique, all employees were taken, namely 62 samples. The results showed that the coefficient value for the H1 coefficient was 0.288, the p-value was 0.007, the H2 coefficient was 0.343, the p-value was 0.003, the H3 coefficient was 0.339, the p-value was 0.000, the H4 coefficient was 0.327, the p-value was of 0.026, the H5 value, the coefficient value of 0.447 the p-value of 0.007 reveals that Transformational Leadership Style, and Work Discipline can improve employee innovation performance with Employee Work Motivation so that resources are able to develop high performance for the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of hofstede culture (power distance, collectivism, avoidance atmosphere, masculinity, short-term orientation, indulgence) on academic fraud behavior. this type of quantitative research and using primary data distributed to students of the Special Region of Yogyakarta with a purposive sampling technique. The samples obtained were 100 respondents. The results of this study are power distance and collectivism have a positive effect on academic fraud behavior, environmental avoidance and indulgence have a negative effect on academic fraud behavior, while masculinity and indulgence have no effect on academic fraud behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the influence of the use of information technology and job characteristics on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Eratex Djaja Probolinggo. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were all employees using information technology, including users of server devices, LAN PCs, integrated production systems, utility systems and marketing systems, totaling 54 employees. The technique of determining the number of samples (respondents) through saturated sampling techniques, so that the number of samples is 54 people. Information technology and job characteristics as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. Prior to conducting a test to reveal how the effect is, tests are first carried out on all instruments, both validity, reliability and classic assumption tests with test results, all of which meet the requirements with the SPSS tool. This study found that first, there is a significant positive effect of the use of information technology and job characteristics together on employee job satisfaction. Both individually there is a significant positive effect of the use of information technology and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction. The third found that the most influential among these variables is job characteristics.

Abstract

Malls and modern retail stores established in Jember Regency are connected to each other even though they are close together, causing problems for SMEs engaged in the retail business. Therefore, it is necessary to explore how to make consumers loyal to retail SMEs by introducing retail services, changing barriers through customer experience and consumer satisfaction, so that retail SMEs can continue to exist and develop. The aim of this research is to determine the barriers to consumer loyalty through customer experiences with retail services and consumer satisfaction in retail MSMEs located in Jember Regency. The design of this research is confirmatory research and at the same time explanatory research. The research population is all buyers from MSME retail companies in Jember Regency. Standardization of Retail MSMEs that sell daily needs and the mini market concept. The research sample was taken using non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling and random sampling. The sample size of this research is 225 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is; descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) using SEM-PLS. The results of the research are: Retail services have no effect on consumer satisfaction, customer experience has an effect on consumer satisfaction. Barriers to change affect consumer satisfaction. Retail services influence consumer loyalty. Customer experience influences consumer loyalty. Switching barriers do not affect consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction influences consumer loyalty. Retail services have no effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. Customer experience influences consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Switching barriers does not affect consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengathui kinerja karyawan yang tentunya sangatlah penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu usaha. Kabupaten Pamekasan memiliki keberagaman UMKM yang mendukung perekonomian daerah yaitu sebesar kurang lebih 23.108 unit UMKM yang berjalan. Problem yang dihadapi oleh UMKM tidak selalu sama. Problem skala kecil dan besar termasuk stres kerja, beban kerja, dan konflik peran, yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 100 pekerja di UMKM di Kabupaten Pamekasan adalah subjek penelitian ini. Studi ini menggunakan Model Structural Equation (SEM) dari program statistik PLS 3.0 untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job stress berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance; Role Conflict berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance; Role Conflict berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Stress; dan Workload berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Stress. Kata Kunci : Workload, Role Conflict, Job Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kebijakan hilirisasi nikel terhadap peningkatan ekspor komoditas besi dan baja Indonesia. Hilirisasi nikel merupakan strategi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah industri pertambangan nikel melalui pengembangan industri hulu dan hilir. Fokus penelitian ini terutama pada pengaruh kebijakan hilirisasi nikel terhadap ekspor komoditas besi dan baja, yang menjadi sektor terkait secara langsung. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan analisis data sekunder berupa statistik ekspor, kebijakan hilirisasi nikel, dan kondisi pasar global. Pendekatan analisis dampak kebijakan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi perubahan signifikan dalam ekspor komoditas besi dan baja setelah penerapan kebijakan hilirisasi nikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan hilirisasi nikel berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan ekspor komoditas besi dan baja Indonesia. Langkah-langkah hilirisasi, seperti pengembangan industri peleburan nikel dan produksi baja berkualitas tinggi, telah meningkatkan daya saing produk Indonesia di pasar global. Peningkatan nilai tambah dan kualitas produk juga berdampak positif pada harga jual dan permintaan global. Selain itu, kebijakan ini juga berperan dalam diversifikasi ekonomi dan pengurangan ketergantungan pada ekspor nikel mentah. Dengan adanya kebijakan hilirisasi nikel, Indonesia dapat lebih mandiri dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya alamnya dan mengoptimalkan potensi ekspor produk bernilai tambah. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut adalah adanya peningkatan nilai ekspor besi dan baja Indonesia di pasar global sampai dengan Tahun 2022 yang juga sejalan dengan perkembangan nilai ekspor komoditas tersebut di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dari Tahun 2013 sampai dengan Tahun 2022 yang merupakan satu di antara beberapa provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki lokasi tambang dan smelter pengolahan nikel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, which was done in the “T” Hotel in Probolinggo City, is to examine how job stress is a mediator between employees' workloads and the quality of their work. Workload, Work Environment, and Work Stress are exogenous (independent) factors in this descriptive quantitative study, whereas Employee Performance is an endogenous (bound) variable. The data in this study were collected using interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, with a population of 32 respondents using the census method. Information obtained from: 1. Source material; 2. Information Gathered From Other Sources. Path analysis testing approaches are used as part of a structural equation model (SEM) with the use of SmartPLS version 4 software. According to the findings, there is some positive but not statistically significant correlation between workload and performance, some positive but statistically significant correlation between workload and performance mediated by work stress, some positive but statistically significant correlation between workload and performance, and some positive but statistically significant correlation between workload and performance “

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has provided many lessons for front-line employees for their responsiveness in efforts to restore service quality. Predictions from the service recovery model were tested on employees and consumers with variable empowerment on the training and autonomy components as predictor models. Empowerment through training and autonomy leads to higher satisfaction with aspects of employees' jobs. Finally, consumer satisfaction is created after the service is created by higher employee responsiveness.
