Abstract

Introduction: The phenomenon that occurs in the field shows that now many practicing doctors are opening practices like the BPJS program which opens family doctor services. In general, one district has 4,7 and 10 practicing doctors and each practicing doctor has BPJS patients. However, there is a discrepancy in the field, namely that there are still general practitioners who have many BPJS patients and some of them have few patients. In terms of science or competence and facilities, it shows that for general practitioners to have the same knowledge the reality in the field is that there are still many practicing doctors who are a few times their patients. Therefore I feel interested in finding out if it is the doctor who has the problem, the patient, or the facility. Methods: The type of research in this study is a qualitative method, which is a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, activities, social, attitudes, beliefs, and perceptions of people individually and in groups. Result: Research results show that Based on the informant's statement, it can be seen that patients who come for treatment at the clinic of an individual practice doctor get good service and the officers are very friendly so patients do not have the desire to move to another primary facility. Conclusion: In general, health services at individual pre-training doctors (DPP) contribute greatly to improving patient satisfaction in Muna Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: Preliminary data obtained showed that the Hexavalent Chromium (VI) content found in the Lasolo River had a concentration of 0.3 mg/l which exceeded the quality standard. Pokea shellfish (Batissa violaceae celebensis Martens, 1897) is an adsorbent used to reduce hexavalent chromium levels in water. Method: The methodology used is experimental with a quantitative approach. This study used variations in adsorbent mass and contact time, with variations in adsorbent mass of 2.5 with variations in contact time for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 120 minutes. Result: Adsorption effectiveness of Hexavalent Chromium (VI) using Pokea Shell powder (Batissa Violaceae Celebensis Martens, 1897) with a mass of 2.5 g with a variation of contact time of 30 minutes with a decrease of 16.53%. Adsorption effectiveness of Hexavalent Chromium (VI) using Pokea Shell powder (Batissa Violaceae Celebensis Martens, 1897) with a mass of 2.5 g with a variation of contact time of 60 minutes with a decrease of 21.37%. Adsorption effectiveness of Hexavalent Chromium (VI) using Pokea Shell powder (Batissa Violaceae Celebensis Martens, 1897) with a mass of 2.5 g with a variation of contact time of 120 minutes with a decrease of 33.46%. Conclusion: The conclusion in this journal The most effective in reducing Hexavalent Chromium (VI) was using Pokea Shell powder (Batissa Violaceae Celebensis Martens, 1897) with a mass of 2.5 g with a variation of contact time of 120 minutes with a reduction of 33.46%.

Abstract

Introduction: Local Water Company in Kendari city has 4 sources, namely the Konaweha (Pohara) river, Wanggu river, Anggoeya river, Matabondu spring. The Konaweha River is one of the rivers that has a high potential for being polluted by nickel mining activities. Based on the results of research conducted by (Hasani, 2017), the Konaweha river is in the lightly polluted category. The presence of heavy metals in the environment causes accumulation in aquatic biota. Method: This research uses quantitative research in the form of a descriptive survey with a cross sectional research design. Analytically, data from variable measurements is analyzed using the Environmental Health Risk Analysis formula to determine health risks due to exposure to lead in community drinking water and risk management from cadmium pollution to public health. Result: Description of cadmium concentration in Local Water Company Tirta Anoa water, Mandonga subdistrict, Kendari city after sampling and laboratory testing at 3 points, namely the first point in Mandonga sub-district with a cadmium concentration of 0.002 mg/L, the second point in Korumba sub-district with a cadmium concentration of 0.001 mg/L , and at the third point in Anggilowu sub-district with a cadmium concentration of 0.002 mg/L. Conclusion: The conclusion in this journal The respondent's risk level based on the RQ calculation value is still < 1, which means that people who receive water from Local Water Company Tirta Anoa, Kendari City in the Mandonga sub-district area have no risk of health problems now and in the next 30 years.

Abstract

Introduction: From the initial interviews conducted by three mothers, they said that health workers had never conducted outreach to the public about the importance of immunization and the negative impact on the baby's condition if they were not fully immunized, so each region needed to study the factors that influence this. Implementation of immunizations including in the West Wonggeduku Community Health Center area. Method: The type of research sample in this study is quantitative research using a cross sectional study approach which aims to determine the relationship between the complete basic immunization status of 12 Month old babies based on the health belief model theory at the West Wonggeduku Community Health Center in 2022. The population is 120 people, with a sample of 92 people. The sampling technique in this research used the Simple Random Sampling technique, using the Chi-Square Statistical test. Results: Research shows that there is a relationship between perception susceptibility to the completeness of complete basic immunization status X2 count = 34.389, X2 table value = 3.841, and Phi value = 0.611 Conclusion: The results of this research are that there is a relationship between perception susceptibility and completeness of immunization in 12 Month old babies
