Abstract

Introduction: Based on the results of observations, it shows that the workload of nurses is quite high, where according to information from the head of the room, some nurses complain of fatigue and visible changes in mood, sleep disturbances, lack of enthusiasm and decreased concentration while working, which are part of the signs and symptoms of fatigue which are possible due to the load. work, it is known that the treatment room at Benyamin Guluh Hospital is still implementing group treatment for all diseases. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a case control research design. The population of this study consisted of 136 people who served as nurses in treatment rooms (VIP & VVIP, Class I, Class 2 & 3, Postpartum and ICU). The sample in this study was taken using a simple random sampling survey method, totaling 101 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. Result: Statistical analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between mental demands and the level of fatigue (p value = 0.003, calculated X² = 8.979 > X² table = 3.841), with a contingency coefficient (ϕ) of 0.381. There is a significant relationship between physical demands and the level of fatigue (p value = 0.009, X² calculated = 6.803 X² table = 3.841). Conclusion: There is a significant positive relationship between Mental Demand and Physical Demand and the level of fatigue in nurses at Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: According to data from the Iwoimendaa Health Center, from July to December 2023, there were 9 teenagers who became pregnant outside of marriage. In addition, some women do not pay attention to their reproductive system so that this condition causes disorders in women's reproduction, both in the form of unpleasant odors and sexually transmitted infections. Based on this, researchers are interested in conducting research on the Role of the Family and the Role of Teachers with Reproductive Health Literacy of Adolescent Girls in Coastal Areas in Iwoimendaa District, Kolaka Regency. Method: Analytical quantitative research with Cross Sectional Study design, independent and dependent variables are measured at the same time. The population is all female teenagers at State Islamic High School 2 Kolaka totaling 180 people and a sample of 125 teenagers, sample determination using the Slovin formula. Result: The test of the closeness of the relationship shows a phi value = 0.076, which means that there is a very weak relationship between the role of the family and a phi value = 0.535, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the role of teachers and health literacy of adolescent girls in the coastal area of ​​Iwoimendaa sub-district, Kolaka district. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the role of the family and the role of teachers with health literacy of adolescent girls in the coastal area of Iwoimendaa sub-district, Kolaka district.

Abstract

Introduction: Seaweed farmers are people who cultivate seaweed, from seeding and maintenance to harvesting, which is then sold. These seaweed farmers are highly susceptible to occupational diseases. Occupational diseases are diseases related to work activities. Contact dermatitis is one of the occupational diseases frequently suffered by seaweed farmers in Bungin Permai Village, South Konawe Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between length of service and the use of personal protective equipment with the incidence of contact dermatitis among seaweed farmers in Bungin Permai Village, South Konawe Regency. Method: Research Type a quantitative with Cross Sectional Study. The sample in this study was 175 seaweed farmers in Bungin Permai village taken using proportional simple random sampling technique with the Chi-Square Test. Result: Based on the Chi-Square test, it shows that there is a relationship between length of work and the incidence of contact dermatitis in seaweed farmers with a p-value of 0.000, there is a relationship between the use of personal protective equipment and the incidence of contact dermatitis in seaweed farmers with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research there is a relationship between length of service and the incidence of contact dermatitis among seaweed farmers and there is a relationship between the use of personal protective equipment and the incidence of contact dermatitis among seaweed farmers in Bungin Permai Village, South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: Chronic Energy Deficiency is a health problem for pregnant women that can lead to premature birth, birth defects, low birth weight, and even death. The prevalence of chronic energy deficiency in 2022 at the Lamparinga Community Health Center was 11.8% and at the Tetewatu Community Health Center 8.3%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of providing local food supplements on weight gain for pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency at the Lamparinga and Tetewatu Community Health Centers in North Konawe Regency. Method: The type of research is quantitative (Quasi-experiment), with a pre-test, post-test, control group design. The population was 64 pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency in the working area of the Lamparinga and Tetewatu Health Centers in January 2024, and a sample of 18 people using cluster random sampling. Data were analyzed using the independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, and Kruskal-Wallis test. Result: The results of the study obtained an average control weight of 48.67 kg pre-test and 48.66 kg post-test, intervention weight, 50.2 kg pre-test and 51.9 kg post-test. The results of the independent t-test p-value 0.001 and the results of the Kruskal-Wallis analysis obtained a p-value of 0.001 on the body weight variable. Conclusion: Providing local food supplements on increasing the weight of pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency and the effectiveness of providing local food supplements on increasing the weight of pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency at the Lamparinga and Tetewatu Health Centers.

Abstract

Introduction: According to data from the Iwoimendaa Community Health Center, nine teenagers became pregnant outside of marriage between July and December 2023. Result:The correlation test shows a phi value of 0.076, which means there is a very weak relationship between the role of the family and a phi value of 0.535, which means there is a moderate relationship between the role of teachers and health literacy of adolescent girls in the coastal area of ​​Iwoimendaa sub-district, Kolaka district. Conclusion:There is a relationship between the role of the family and the role of teachers with health literacy of adolescent girls in the coastal area of ​​Iwoimendaa sub-district, Kolaka district.

Abstract

Introduction: A preliminary survey of 10 coastal residents of Basule Village revealed that 80% had hypertension and 20% did not have hypertension. A 24-hour recall showed that 70% of macronutrient intakes, consisting of protein, fat, and carbohydrates, were in the excess category, while 80% of micronutrient intakes were in the excess category. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between protein and fat intake and the incidence of hypertension in the coastal community of Basule Village, Lasolo District. Method:The type of research used was quantitative through observation, the research design used a Cross Sectional Study. The population was 247 people and 153 samples used the Slovin formula, sampling used Purposive Sampling. Result:The Chi-Square test obtained a p value of 0.000 < α (0.05), φ (0.496) and X2 Calculation (37.594) > X2 Table (5.991) there is a moderate relationship between the protein aspect and the Chi-Square test obtained a p value of 0.023 < α (0.05), φ (0.221) and X2 Calculation (7.506) > X2 Table (5.991) there is a weak relationship between fat intake and the incidence of hypertension in the coastal community of Basule Village, Lasolo District. Conclusion:There is a moderate relationship between protein intake and a weak relationship between fat intake and the incidence of hypertension in the coastal community of Basule Village, Lasolo District.

Abstract

Introduction: Along with the rapid development of information technology, there is also the development of an increasingly sophisticated accounting information system in the world of health care, without exception in terms of goods management. Therefore, the management of information systems is an activity that must be carried out in order to ensure that an application of the information system used by the Government agencies as a tool of goods management can provide adequate guarantees of control. Method: The data used is statistical testing using Warp PLS software to find out the factors which affect the implementation of the information system of regional management - goods owned by the District of Kolaka District. Result: The study was conducted in the Kolaka district health department in southeastern Sulawesi province from March to June 2024. The population in this study was an officer who worked in the management of local property in the Kolaka district health department so they obtained a sample of 54 people. Conclusion: The conclusion in this journal is that Planning, Procurement, Use, Entrepreneurship, Exploitation, Maintenance and Elimination influence the Quality of Management of Local Property. It is recommended that each instance's asset manager be included in order to improve their skills in operating Regional Management Information System - Regional Owned Agency applications and to be able to compile a room inventory card at each of those instances.

Abstract

Introduction: Stunting is a major nutritional problem that determines the quality of human resources. The highest prevalence of stunting in the Konawe Islands Regency is at the Langara Health Center at 34.8% in 2022. Then the Bobolio Health Center is at 31.9% and the Lampeapi Health Center is at 32.6%. Poor or inadequate air, sanitation and hygiene conditions can trigger stunting. Method: This type of research is quantitative, Cross Sectional Study design. The research was conducted in February-June 2024 at the Langara, Bobolio and Lampeapi Health Centers, Konawe Islands Regency. The population was all toddlers registered in the working area of ​​the Langara, Bobolio and Lampeapi Health Centers for the period October-December 2023, totaling 1,125 people and a sample of 89 people was obtained. using simple random sampling. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test, Closeness Test and binary logistic regression test. Results: The results of research on the Chi-Square test on drinking water sources with stunting obtained a p value of 0.000, then drinking water management p value 0.000, drinking water quality p value 0.000, φ (0.396), latrine ownership obtained p value 0.001, waste management p value 0.000, waste management p value 0.000, and hygiene p value 0.000. Conclusion : The conclusion is that there is a relationship between early marriage, parenting patterns in feeding practices, personal hygiene, psychosocial parenting and health care practices with the nutritional status of toddlers and the most dominant factor related to the nutritional

Abstract

Introduction: The VCT Clinic service program is an early detection effort to determine whether a person has been infected with HIV or not through Voluntary Counseling and Testing. Risky sexual behavior with HIV/AIDS is among the MSM group. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the utilization of VCT services in the MSM group. Method: This research is a type of quantitative research with an approach using a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study is all families (heads of families). The population in this study is all HIV/AIDS sufferers who are undergoing ARV treatment at the Kendari City Hospital in 2023, namely 349 people. Result: The results found that 26.3% of the MSM group did not utilize the VCT clinic at, while 73.7% of the MSM group made good use of the VCT clinic. 69.7%. The attitude of the MSM group was negative towards VCT clinics as much as 25% and 75% of the MSM group had a positive attitude towards VCT clinics. The MSM group with negative actions was 28.9% and 71.1% of the MSM group with positive actions. The MSM group who received less family support to utilize the VCT clinic was 34.2%, while 65.8% of other respondents received good family support to utilize the VCT clinic. Conclusion: The results of the analysis show a significance value of <0.05, meaning that there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes, actions, social support and family support on the use of VCT clinic services.

Abstract

Introduction:Dengue fever remains a serious health problem in Indonesia, including in Kendari City, with cases occurring annually. In 2023, Kendari City successfully reduced dengue fever morbidity through the "1 house, 1 mosquito larvae" initiative. This study aims to describe the "1 house, 1 mosquito larvae" initiative at the Poasia Community Health Center.Method:Qualitative research and case study design were conducted in 2024. The key informants in this study were the coordinators of infectious disease control at community health centers, while general informants included the heads of community health centers, movement managers, village heads, and the heads of the infectious disease prevention and control section of the Kendari City Health Office.Result:Demonstrate conformity with the policy implementation theory and guidelines of this movement which include standards and objectives, characteristics of implementing organizations, communication between implementing organizations, disposition, and environment (social, economic, and political).Conclusion:There is a need for training in the use of Android-based applications for coordinators and supervisors, forming a team with the Village Office and socializing how to become a Coordinator and Supervisor to the Community.
