Abstract

The problem in this study is the low economic learning outcomes of students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the improvement of economic learning outcomes on the subject of monetary economic policy and fiscal economic policy of class Xl SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar Learning Year 2023-2024 by applying a jigsaw type cooperative learning approach.This type of research is Classroom Action with quantitative methods Pretest and Post-test. The population of this study was class XI SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar which amounted to 175 people. Based on purposive sampling technique, the researcher took the research sample is 2 classes, namely class XI IPS 1 (experimental class) and class XI IPS 2 (control class) which amounted to 71 people. Data collection techniques in the study using pretest without applying the jigsaw type cooperative learning model and posttest by applying the jigsaw type cooperative learning model to the experimental class. The results of the average value of the pretest namely class XI IPS 1 66.29 and XI IPS 2 44.72. Then the results of the average value of the post-test is XI IPS 1 79.14 and XI IPS 2 70.27. Based on the results of data analysis and hypotheses tested, that the jigsaw type cooperative learning model affects student learning outcomes.Based on the statistical hypothesis test with paired samples test, the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 in the sense that the calculated statistical results (t output number) < table statistics (t table) it is concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus the Jigsaw Type Cooperative learning model affects the learning outcomes of students in class Xl SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the lack of ability of students in class X SMA Negeri 7 Palembang in the learning material of writing biography text. The purpose of this research is to improve students' ability in writing biography text. The method used was experiment method. From the research findings that have been carried out in cycle I learning and cycle II learning, it indicates an increase in student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects on biography text material with the resulting value in cycle I pretest average 59.34, maximum value 75, minimum value 50, and completeness rate 26.3%. As well as the value generated in Cycle I post test with an average value of 72.89, a maximum value of 85, a minimum value of 60, and a completeness rate of 76.3%. In Cycle II learning, the average value obtained in the pretest was 77.9, the maximum value was 91, the minimum value was 60 and the completeness rate was 84.2% while the average value of the post test was 85.3, the maximum value was 98, the minimum value was 60 and the completeness rate was 89.4%. The use of the Think Talk Write learning model can overcome those in the problem formulation, such as the low learning outcomes of students in Indonesian language subjects. All of that can be seen from the increase in the learning success of class X students from cycle I to cycle II in learning to write biography text.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' speaking skills through the Role Playing learning model in class VIII.8 SMP Negeri 7 Palembang. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which uses quantitative data and is carried out in 2 (two) cycles. The subjects of this study were 36 students consisting of 15 boys and 21 girls. The data collection techniques used are observation (observation sheet), and tests (role play). Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study indicate that, the speaking skills of students after applying the Role Playing learning model at SMP Negeri 7 Palembang have increased from cycle I which obtained a percentage of 41%, the category is very lacking. Then experienced an increase in cycle II, which obtained a percentage of 86.11% in the good category.

Abstract

This research was created to improve the quality of learning in class, low motivation in Indonesian language subjects in class VIII.9 of SMP Negeri 7 Palembang. Based on preliminary studies through observation, students have low learning motivation. Continuous learning without any innovation makes students' motivation levels low. With this research, researchers combined the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CTR) approach. The Culturally Responsive Teaching (CTR) approach is an approach to learning that highlights the background and culture of students to be used or promoted through the material being taught, so that student involvement in learning makes the teaching and learning process more enjoyable. This research is a type of classroom action research carried out in 2 cycles. The research results show that there has been an increase in students' learning motivation obtained through motivation questionnaires. Significant results can be seen from the percentage obtained in cycle 1 which was only 73%, while in cycle 2 it was 85%. This shows that the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model combined with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CTR) approach is effective in increasing students' learning motivation, and the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CTR) approach makes learning more innovative.

Abstract

In the world of education, of course there is a need for learning motivation for students in order to achieve success in learning. The learning process can be said to be successful if the learning environment is comfortable and safe and learning is in favor of students according to the times in accordance with 21st century education. This research aims to determine the application of the Jigsaw Type cooperative learning model to increase students' learning motivation in News Text material for class XI.B2 SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. The method used is a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative. The results found in this research were in the form of the use of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model, there was an increase in student learning outcomes seen from the students' grades in each cycle. The average score in Cycle I was 67.4 with a percentage of 65% and in Cycle II the average score of students increased to 81 with a percentage of 90%. This means that the use of the previous learning model is not appropriate, so you have to replace the latest learning model which is more creative and innovative, such as the jigsaw type cooperative learning model.

Abstract

Retail trade is experiencing rapid and promising growth among the public, minimarkets are one segment that is growing significantly. This research aims to evaluate the layout of the Laris Mart Store located in Central Bogor District, Indonesia. Data was obtained by interviews and observing facilities in the form of parking, cashier, display room, toilet, employee room, warehouse and ATM. Data analysis uses the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR). Through observation and data analysis, it was found that warehouse placement has a significant impact on employee work efficiency and customer experience. The results of the research data show that the priority room is the cashier because it has the largest TCR value, namely 131. Next, the order of priority level is the warehouse at 120 and the product display rack at 86. These three facilities must be placed close together to allow buying and selling activities and procurement of retail products by the store. will run more optimally and efficiently.

Abstract

Indonesia occupies the third position as the largest coffee producing country after Brazil and Vietnam. This happens because coffee consumption continues to increase every year, which indicates a change in the lifestyle of Indonesian people. This research aims to analyze the attributes that influence coffee purchasing decisions at Kopi Vocational, analyze consumer attitudes towards purchasing coffee at Kopi Vocational, and analyze the performance of Kopi Vocational in fulfilling the attributes that are important to consumers. Data was obtained from 100 respondents using a purposive sampling method (currently purchasing or having consumed). Data analysis uses descriptive methods, attitude scales, the Fishbein method, and IPA method. The results of the research data show that the majority of respondents are women aged between 18-28 years who work as students with an average income of <Rp. 1,000,000.00. The consumer interest and trust index obtained is in a positive classification with a score of 94.99. The attributes of trust in Vocational Coffee that need to be improved are the facilities and the attributes of trust that must be maintained are taste, price, service, and packaging materials.
