Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the group discussion method on student learning outcomeis in scieincei subjeicts on conductor and insulator mateirials in class V of Tomuan Peimatangsiantar Privatei Eileimeintary School. Thei typei of reiseiarch useid in this reiseiarch is quantitativei reiseiarch using eixpeirimeintal meithods (prei-eixpeirimeintal deisign). Thei reiseiarch population was in class V of Tomuan Privatei Eileimeintary School locateid in Eiast Siantar District. Thei samplei in this reiseiarch was takein from onei class which was useid as a Onei Group class so that thei sampleis in this reiseiarch weirei all class V studeints at Tomuan Peimatangsiantar Privatei Eileimeintary School, totaling 23 studeints. Thei sampling teichniquei in this reiseiarch is a saturateid sampling teichniquei. Thei data colleiction teichniquei in this reiseiarch useis a teist in thei form of multiplei choicei queistions which has four choiceis, nameily a, b, c, and d with a total of 25 queistions. Thei reiseiarch reisults obtaineid weirei that theirei was an increiasei in studeint leiarning outcomeis, nameily with an aveiragei postteist of 84.78 whilei thei preiteist was 50.65. Whein compareid with thei postteist scorei, studeints eixpeirieinceid an increiasei of 34.13. This can bei seiein from thei reisults of hypotheisis teisting where there is an influence of the group discussion method on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of self-regulated learning and self-awareness on learning outcomes in economics subjects. The research method uses quantitative with an explanatory survey design. The population of Class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Cikatomas for the 2021/2022 academic year is 240 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the total sample taken was 240 people. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, statistical tests used multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination, and the hypothesis tests used were partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). The research results show that self-regulated learning and self-awareness have an influence on student learning outcomes partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the inventory control system of PT Citra Adilancar which can minimize inventory costs by comparing the company's total inventory cost system. So a research was carried out using the Just In Time method to reduce excess raw materials and the kanban method to expedite the Just In Time course so that there is no excess raw material anymore. The objects of this research were plate raw materials, holo iron, angle iron, resin, talc, fiber, catalyst and putty with several variables. The dependent variable is optimal raw material inventory and minimum total inventory cost, while the independent variables are raw material inventory data, raw material ordering costs, holding costs, demand data, and ordering data. The method used in this study is the Just In Time and Kanban method, which can reduce excess raw materials and produce on time. With the storage method the company has a total inventory cost of Rp. 213,130,000. The inventory system with the Just In Time method has a total cost of Rp. 183,967,500. From the results of these calculations, the minimum inventory cost is obtained using the Just In Time method. And make related proposals to change the inventory control system. To create an accurate Just In Time system, a kanban card is then designed.

Abstract

Digital literacy is an understanding and skill in using information and communication technology wisely and effectively. With good digital literacy, we can use technology more intelligently and understand the implications of our actions in the digital world. This research aims to discuss further the role of technological innovation in increasing students' digital literacy towards sustainable development using the literature review method. The role of students in increasing digital literacy towards sustainable development is very important. Several aspects that students must have, namely having the skills to use digital devices creatively and innovatively, making maximum use of technology, integrating technology in learning and students are also required to take a role in increasing digital literacy in their immediate environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze violations of accounting professional ethics that occur within PT Bank Lippo Tbk. Professional ethics in accounting is a crucial aspect in ensuring the reliability and integrity of a company's financial reports. The research findings indicate that there are several violations of accounting professional ethics that occur within PT Bank Lippo Tbk, including questionable accounting practices, manipulation of financial reports, and conflicts of interest between management and stakeholders. These violations have led to losses for shareholders, decreased public trust in the company, and threatened market stability. A thorough analysis of this case provides a better understanding of the importance of applying accounting professional ethics in daily corporate practices. The practical implications of this research include the need for strengthened internal and external oversight, increased awareness of ethics among accounting practitioners, and the implementation of stricter accounting standards to prevent future violations.

Abstract

The preparation of the layout is something that needs to be considered in forming a factory or a business. The purpose of this study is to prove, test, and verify the retail layout of Sahabat Mart with the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) methods and evaluate whether the layout is effective for employees and consumers. The type of research used is primary and secondary data. The layout of Sahabat Mart consists of several parts, namely parking, seating, cashier, display room, warehouse, and toilet. Based on the results of the research, the state of layout placement at Sahabat Mart has a less effective placement, including a less optimal warehouse placement position because it is far from the parking lot, making the process of transporting goods less efficient. So the ARC and TCR methods are used. The results of the ARC calculation with the TCR assessment show the largest value, namely the display space, this means that the display room must be arranged and built first from other rooms and must be arranged regarding its strategic location. Using the ARC and TCR analysis methods, solutions or improvements and efficiency can be known for the layout at Sahabat Mart, namely the parking room is close to the warehouse room, then the warehouse room is close to the display room, the display room is close to the seating room and cashier, finally the seating room and cashier are close to the toilet room.

Abstract

This research used a qualitative approach that discusses problems that occur in SMPN 04 Rasau Jaya and Mts Al-Huda Pematang Tujuh using an independent curriculum. The independent curriculum is a new curriculum that is implemented as a refinement of the previous curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum. In its application to learning, the independent curriculum has been developed into a more variable curriculum but still focuses on basic materials, character development and competence in students. As in his review, the independent curriculum has a goal as a recovery to the learning crisis that is getting worse due to the pandemic, besides that it also aims to provide freedom to institutions and teachers to develop and manage curricula and learning that are tailored to the characteristics of educational units and students. This study took several respondents consisting of school principals, related teachers and several students who were thought capable and understood related to this research. In data collection, interviews, field observations and documentation are used. The results of this study stated that there were three problems that occurred in the implementation of the independent curriculum and efforts made to overcome these problems. The three problems are the difficulty of changing the old mindset or habits in the application of learning, the application of differentiated learning that is less than optimal, and the number of different learning tools in one institution.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of class indicating that the students' learning outcomes are low. This research aims to determine the effect of punishment and reward on students' learning motivation and their implications for students' learning outcomes. This research is quantitative research using a survey method with an explanatory design. The population of this study was all students in class XI, totaling 439. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The sample taken was 209 students. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with the help of the Amos Version 26 application. The results of research on direct influence show that punishment has an effect on learning motivation, reward has an effect on learning motivation, punishment has an effect on participants' learning outcomes, rewards have an effect on results. learning, learning motivation influences student learning outcomes, punishment influences learning outcomes through learning motivation, and rewards influence learning outcomes through learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to find effective solutions to the problem of electronic waste (e-waste) in Indonesia in a disruptive era, an era where digital technology is experiencing rapid development and influencing human life patterns. The use of electronic devices in this era has also increased significantly due to the consumerist behavior of people who tend to buy new electronic goods and throw away old ones even though they are still in a usable condition. This creates piles of electronic waste which pose a risk to the environment and health, because electronic waste contains dangerous components. The research method used is a literature review method which involves collecting and analyzing various reference sources such as scientific journals, books, reports and articles. The research results show that the role of the government and society is very important in overcoming the problem of electronic waste in Indonesia, for example using technology wisely so as to maximize the use of electronic goods, selling or even donating old electronic equipment, renting electronic goods if needed for temporary use, and making informed decisions. be wise in purchasing new electronic goods, and recycle electronic waste.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of the Make a Match learning model on the learning outcomes of grade 4 students on theme 7 "The Beauty of Diversity in My Country" at SDN 091254 Batu Onom using only the experimental class. The Make a Match learning model is a method that involves students in matching concepts related to the learning topic. The research method used was an experiment with a pre-test post-test control group design. The experimental class consists of one class of 4th grade students who use the Make a Match learning model. Data on student learning outcomes was collected through tests before and after treatment. Data analysis was carried out using statistical tests to see the effect of the Make a Match learning model on student learning outcomes. The alternative hypothesis in this research was accepted which states that there is an influence of the Make a match learning model on the learning outcomes of class IV students. Theme 7 The beauty of diversity in my country in sub-theme I Learning 3 at SD Negeri 091254 Batu Onom for the 2023/2024 academic year. This is proven by the value of tcount > ttable using a significance level of 0.05 and df = 24, namely 1.71088 > 14,199.
