Abstract

In today's era of disruption, the rapid advancement of digital technology has triggered significant changes in business, industry and even education. This transition presents both challenges and opportunities for the education sector. The evolving technological landscape has changed the way knowledge is accessed and delivered, with the concept of adaptive learning and online learning platforms reshaping the education landscape. This article aims to explore effective strategies for sustainable education in the disruptive era. Using a qualitative approach and a literature review, this research investigates the implications of the disruption era for education. The findings suggest that the education system must adapt to meet the demands of the changing times. Lifelong learning and the development of crucial skills have become essential for institutions and individuals to thrive and innovate in an uncertain future.

Abstract

In this era where everything is integrated with technology, it can make it easier for everyone to get a job, one of which is the online motorcycle taxi application. However, online motorcycle taxi workers often have GOTRAK complaints. Therefore, the aim of this journal is to analyze GOTRAK complaints from online motorcycle taxi workers using the SNI 9011:2021 reference, as well as provide recommendations for reducing GOTRAK complaints from online motorcycle taxis.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence financial literacy and lifestyle have on the financial management of Economic Education Study Program students at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University.This research is of quantitative type. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with 75 respondents. Collection technique using a questionnaire. Instrument testing uses normality tests and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and hypothesis testing, namely multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination.Data from research results and partial test data management (t-test) show that the variable The variable Management of simultaneous test data (f-test) shows that F count is 17.772 > F table is 3.12, so it can be concluded that financial literacy and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on student financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of students' skills in arousing learning motivation among senior high school students, especially at IT Izzuddin High School Palembang. This research was conducted on grade 11 students totaling 21 people. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the 11th grade students of Izzuddin High School Palembang had diverse learning motivation with the acquisition of 10 people in the low category, 8 people in the medium category, and 3 people in the high category. This data was generated from the analysis of a questionnaire filled out by 21 students, which measured various aspects of learning motivation, including the desire to learn, future hopes and aspirations, rewards in learning, a comfortable and conducive learning environment and learning strategies used. Factors that influence learning motivation were identified as teacher support, a conducive learning environment and parental involvement. This study suggests training and skill development programs for students to further enhance their learning motivation.

Abstract

Technology has become an inseparable part of life, including in the world of education. Although technology, especially social media, offers positive benefits, it also carries negative risks. In the digital era, social media is used by various groups, including elementary school children, to interact and learn. Social media such as YouTube, Google, etc., have influenced the way children socialize. This research aims to discuss the impact of social media on the socialization of elementary school children, both positive and negative, as well as looking for ways to maximize the benefits and reduce the negative impacts. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with literature study. Data is collected from books, journals, and others. Social media has a significant impact on the way elementary school children socialize and communicate. Although it offers benefits such as increased technological skills and socialization, social media also carries negative risks that need to be addressed through proper supervision and guidance. In this way, the negative impact of social media on children's socialization in elementary school can be minimized, while the positive benefits can be maximized.

Abstract

This research aims to gain knowledge about how much influence teacher leadership and teacher communication skills have on student learning motivation in class X economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Siantar T.A. 2023/2024.This research is quantitative in type. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique of 70 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. Instrument testing uses normality tests and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses classic assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis testing, namely multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination.Data from research and management of partial test data (t-test) shows that the variable The variable Simultaneous test data management (f-test) shows that F_count is 7.555 > F_table is 3.132 so it can be concluded that teacher leadership and teacher communication skills affect student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain knowledge regarding the influence of learning discipline and learning motivation on learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VIII SMP Taman Siswa Pematangsiantar.This research is quantitative type with the testing media used is SPSS 24. The sampling technique used saturated sampling for 76 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Instrument testing uses normality tests and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing, namely multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination.Data from research and management of partial test data (t-test) shows that the variable The variable Simultaneous test data management (f-test) shows that F_count is 5.582 > F_table is 3.12, so it can be concluded that learning discipline and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap pola pergaulan siswa di SD Negeri 07 Lubuk Keliat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desktiptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu melaui wawancara secara langsung ke lapangan dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa pengertian dari pergaulan dan macam-macam pergaulan, masalah yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah terhadap pergaulan siswa, dampak pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap pola pergaulan siswa, dan cara mengatasi masalah dari pergaulan siswa di sekolah. Adapun beberapa masalah yang terjadi dalam pergaulan di lingkungan sekolah yaitu terjadinya bullyinng, merokok, dan berkelahi. Cara mengatasi dari masalah tersebut yaitu pertama, guru menciptakan suasana lingkungan yang baik. Kedua, peran orang tua untuk membuka komunikasi terhadap anak-anak mereka. Dan ketiga, peran guru dalam membeirkan contoh yang baik terhadap siswa disekolah.

Abstract

Work accidents are the main focus in the world of occupational safety and health. Work accidents can occur in a company or agency, including the Surabaya State Shipbuilding Polytechnic (PPNS) in which there is a machining workshop. This journal was created to analyze the possibility of accidents that can occur so that they can be prevented. The method used to prevent and minimize accidents in the machining workshop at PPNS is HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control). The results obtained from work activities in the machining workshop are 17 low risk categories, 11 medium risk categories, and 3 with high risk categories

Abstract

Many people think that science and religion have their respective positions where science in obtaining truth is based on obtaining epistemological data through several studies. This research is research that discusses religious integration and the efforts made by Ziauddin Sardar and his group to formulate parameters for Islamic Science as an alternative solution to modern science. This research is a type of library research to describe the integration of religion and science from Ziauddin Sardar's perspective. Meanwhile, the method used is analytical descriptive, which is a method used systematically to describe all results related to the main problem. With this analytical descriptive method, it is hoped that Islamic science parameters will be found which can be an alternative solution to the currently developing scientific system. The results of this research on Islamic science explain that according to Ziauddin Sardar, he developed a system of terms which was the basis for his Islamization of science project, which included Tauhid, Khilafah, Worship, Ilmu, Halal, Haram, Fair, Zalim, Istislah, and Dhiya'.
