<![CDATA[The problem in this research concerns student learning achievement after the pandemic, where there is a decrease in student average IP/IPK scores after online learning. This research aims to determine the influence of learning readiness and social support on student learning achievement. The research method used in this research is a survey method with an explanatory design. The population in this research is Economic Education student Class of 2020 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Siliwangi University with a total of 112 student. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a sample size of 112 respondens. Based on the research result, it is clear that 1) There is a positive and significant influence of learning readiness on student learning achievement with a ˃ (5,908 ˃ 1,982). 2) There is a positive and significant influence of social support on student learning achievement with ˃ (19,292 ˃ 1,982). 3) There is a positive and significant influence of learning readiness and social support on student learning achievement with ˃ (421,315 ˃ 3,08). The Conclusion of this research is that learning readiness and social support have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement. Suggestion from this research are for student to pay more attention to learning readiness both physically and psychologically always concentrate on participating in learning activities so that they can easily improve their intellectual abilities and have achievement study which are expected.]]>

Manusia sebagai subjek hukum sering melakukan pengikatan diri dengan orang lain, yang salah satunya bisa saja dengan sebuah transaksi. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the legal authority in regulating police repressive actions during demonstrations, with a special focus on the rejection of the UU Cipta Kerja in Indonesia. Legal authority is a fundamental principle in the legal system that determines the extent to which regulations or policies bind individuals or entities. This study employs qualitative research methods through literature review to delve into the legal authority of police repressive actions in demonstrations, considering factors such as the law-making process, the hierarchy of legal regulations, and developments in law and its interpretations. The research findings indicate a gap between legal regulations and field practices, particularly related to challenges in implementation and enforcement of the law. The study also explores how repressive actions, often involving the use of physical force and arrests, impact human rights, including freedom of expression and assembly. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of accountability and effective oversight in law enforcement to ensure that police actions are proportionate and respect individual rights. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the legal framework governing police repressive actions and paves the way for improvements in police practices and the protection of individual rights in similar situations.]]>

<![CDATA[This journal discusses efforts to develop Islamic education planning in tahfiz homes that serve orphans. The research was conducted by conducting a case study on a tahfiz house that has implemented a holistic education program. The research method involved observation, interviews and documentation analysis to describe the implemented Islamic education planning. The results show that the development of educational planning in an orphanage tahfiz house contributes positively to the holistic development of learners. This educational planning involves religious, academic, social, and practical skills aspects. The existence of an integrated curriculum that focuses on the formation of Islamic character and personality characterizes the educational planning in this tahfiz house. This article also discusses the challenges faced in developing Islamic education planning in tahfiz homes for orphans. The existence of limited resources, both financial and teaching staff, is a factor that needs to be considered in designing effective and sustainable educational planning. Thus, this journal provides insight into the importance of developing holistic Islamic education planning in orphanages as an effort to improve the quality of education and form a noble generation in accordance with Islamic values. This study can provide input for other institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengungkap sejumlah isu penting yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pengembangan hukum pidana dan praktik peradilan di Indonesia. Temuan utama mencakup isu transparansi dalam proses pemberian Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan (SP3), perlunya reformasi regulasi terkait SP3, serta pentingnya prinsip kehati-hatian dalam penanganan kasus oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Penelitian ini juga membahas penggunaan metode alternatif tanpa SP3 dalam beberapa kasus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode normatif dengan penekanan pada data yang relevan, melibatkan penelitian bahan pustaka seperti Kitab Undang-Undang Acara Pidana (KUHAP) dan sumber hukum lainnya. Analisis teori hukum mencakup Teori Kewenangan, Teori Perlindungan Hukum, dan Teori Kepastian Hukum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan transparansi, mendorong reformasi regulasi, memastikan prinsip kehati-hatian, mengembangkan alternatif penanganan kasus, dan melakukan pemantauan regulasi untuk menciptakan sistem peradilan pidana yang lebih efisien, transparan, dan adil di Indonesia.]]>

Spare parts are goods that consist of several types of components and have certain functions. There are many shops, both official and private, that sell spare parts, but there are still some shops that use conventional information systems in their sales process, where conventional sales have weaknesses such as not being well known about the business and the potential for errors in the process or data calculations. So many errors occur in calculating stock of goods, finances, sales receipts. With this problem, in selling spare parts you have to make an innovation, namely the author will describe several innovations in information system media that can be used in conducting sales business. <![CDATA[Loan agreements are an important aspect of everyday life, facilitating the borrowing of goods or property for a certain period of time. In this context, legal protection for lending and borrowing parties is crucial. This paper discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of lending and use agreements as well as research methodology in evaluating the effectiveness of existing regulations. The study highlights the challenges and need to balance the rights and obligations of both parties. Referring to the Civil Code, this study examines the rights, obligations, and legal protection of both lenders and loan recipients. Equipped with car loan case studies, this paper highlights the need for clear regulations, including item identification, insurance, time limits, and rights and responsibilities that must be set out in detail in the agreement. With a deep understanding of laws and regulations, lending and use agreements can provide maximum protection for all parties involved.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of a development in Transportation Technology has had a positive impact, namely providing convenience in the mobility of a country's population in carrying out an activity. The progress of transportation is an indication that a country has a developing economy, this is because transportation is the lifeblood of a country's economic development. Nowadays, the development of transportation technology continues to experience very rapid development and it is impossible to predict when it will end. Indonesia is Indonesia's largest archipelagic country with an area of 9.8 million KM2 and a population of 237,556,363 million in 2010, according to the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. Due to its vast territory and large population, it is very common for the mobility that occurs in Indonesia to be very large. Given this fact, the existence of transportation that has supporting qualities is very important. Transportation that has a quality that supports it is not just talking about the quality of its transportation performance. But also the services provided by related agencies or parties also include the services of transport drivers who are the actors closest to consumers or passengers, where there are not many transport drivers, especially public transport, who often commit acts of default by breaking an agreement with passengers regarding fares. or costs, passenger stopping places and so on. <![CDATA[This research aims to gain knowledge regarding the influence of literacy culture and interest in reading on the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach with the testing media used is SPSS 24. The population in this research is as many as 171 students, and the sample used was 120 people. The sample collection technique used was property random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research state that: 1) there is a positive influence of literacy culture on student learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value of parental income (0.206) > t table value (1.658096). 2) there is a positive and significant influence of reading interest on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value of social style (5.018) > t table value (1.658096) which means that this variable is significant. 3) literacy culture and interest in reading together influence learning achievement. This result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (12.694) > Ftable value (3.05). The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.178, which means that 17.8% of the variables of literacy culture and interest in reading influence the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar and 82.2% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research.]]>

<![CDATA[Developments in technology and information make it easier for people to access the internet, such as watching movies or dramas online through several platforms, one of which is currently popular is anime. This anime phenomenon has penetrated various circles of adults, teenagers, to children. As a result, from watching anime, many people change their self-concept and behavior to be the same as anime characters. This study aims to elaborate on the formation of the self-concept of a weeb or anime lover in everyday life. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was done by interviews and observations. This research focuses on how individuals or weebs find their identity and concepts in themselves after watching anime films. This research applies Sven Windahl’s theory of uses and effects. The results showed that this self-experience encouraged subjects to learn Japanese and also gave freedom to imagine and interacting with their favorite anime characters.]]>
