Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan penting dalam perluasan dan kemajuan perekonomian Indonesia. Meski demikian, tidak semua UMKM mengikuti standar akuntansi pelaporan keuangan Indonesia. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM di Kecamatan Telukjambe Kabupaten Karawang. Metode deskripsi kualitatif digunakan dalam desain penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dari pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Telukjambe Kabupaten Karawang melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Pelaku UMKM yang menjadi sampel berjumlah lima orang. Setelah itu, analisis isi digunakan untuk menguji data. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, UMKM yang memiliki literasi keuangan yang kuat lebih cenderung menggunakan teknik pengelolaan keuangan yang efisien. Untuk membantu UMKM mengidentifikasi peluang dan risiko keuangan serta merencanakan strategi keuangan jangka panjang, pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang manajemen keuangan sangat membantu. Dalam hal ini, diperlukan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat untuk meningkatkan tingkat literasi keuangan di kalangan pelaku UMKM. Peningkatan literasi keuangan diharapkan akan bermanfaat bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan kesejahteraan serta keberlanjutan sektor UMKM secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explore the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee retention at PT Pricol Surya Indonesia, a manufacturing company operating in Indonesia. The background of the study includes the importance of understanding these factors in the context of a competitive manufacturing industry. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze working conditions, interpersonal relationships, career development opportunities, and company policies as key variables that influence job satisfaction and employee retention. The research method used is a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with employees in various departments of the company. The study results show that good working conditions, positive interpersonal relationships, clear career development opportunities, and transparent company policies are the main factors in improving job satisfaction and employee retention. Based on these findings, suggestions include improving working conditions, strengthening interpersonal relationships, increasing career development opportunities, and implementing fair company policies to improve employee well-being and organizational stability

Abstract

As time goes by, the role of digital media has become very important in the business world, therefore business actors must have the ability and strategy to utilize digital media to increase their sales volume. This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing literacy skills on sales volume, the influence of e-commerce advertising strategies on sales volume, as well as the influence of digital marketing literacy skills and e-commerce advertising strategies simultaneously on sales volume. The population in this study is all resellers and employees from Mrs. Melydel's Traditional Herbal Medicine business, Cikandang Village, Kersana District, Brebes Regency, totaling 70 people and the entire population in this study was used as a sample. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to resellers and business employees. Mrs. Melydel's Traditional Herbal Medicine using the online method via (google form). The research variables used as the focus of the research are digital marketing literacy skills (X1), e-commerce advertising strategy (X2), sales volume (Y). The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. According to the results of research using SPSS, it starts with validity and reliability tests and continues with classic assumption tests such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, followed by hypothesis tests, namely partial statistical tests (t tests) and simultaneous significant tests (f tests). and the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing produce a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated f value of 32.256 > t table value of 3.984. So it can be said that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables of digital marketing literacy ability (X1), e-commerce advertising strategy (X2) on sales volume (Y).

Abstract

PT Multi Indomandiri is one of the leading global companies operating in the consumer products manufacturing and distribution sector. With a diverse product range and extensive distribution network, PT Multi Indomandiri has become a major player in the consumer goods industry in the Southeast Asia region. The company has been operating since 2013, and has experienced ups and downs in performance that are affected by a number of internal and external variables, including organizational leadership which is an important element in determining the company's success. Data collection was conducted through qualitative methods, semi-structured interviews with several employees from various levels of positions to obtain more in-depth information about their perspectives and experiences related to organizational leadership performance. This research is expected to contribute to improving organizational leadership performance at PT Multi Indomandiri and other companies. By implementing in this research, it is expected that PT Multi Indomandiri can improve employee performance, increase company productivity, and achieve its business goals more effectively.

Abstract

Shan's Juice Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Shan's Juice is included in the culinary of beverages. In fact, this company faces difficulties in developing its business to remain competitive. In order for industrial operations to run well, strategic planning for business development must be made. Descriptive quantitative methods are used in this study to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Once the SWOT analysis is complete, Market development strategies can be used to attract new consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the comparison of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Current Ratio (CR) at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk with PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia, Tbk. The type of research used by researchers in this research is comparative research. The research instrument used is a list of tables containing data on net profit, total assets, total debt, current assets and current debt obtained from the balance sheet and profit and loss financial statements at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia, Tbk from 2013-2022. The population used in this research is the financial statements of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk since being listed on the IDX from 1989 to 2022, namely for 33 years and PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia, Tbk has been listed on the IDX from 1977 to 2022, which is 45 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research are documentation and literature study. The statistical analysis used in this research is the Independent Sample T test. The research results show that there are significant differences in Return On Assets, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Current Ratio (CR) at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia, Tbk.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are independent small businesses run by community groups or families. As an important part of the economy, especially in Indonesia, UMKM have an important role in encouraging the growth of the community's economy in various sectors, including trade, agriculture, industry, services and other sectors. This research uses qualitative descriptive data with the methods used, namely library research, field research and interviews. . This information was obtained directly from the UMKM tofu factory by conducting observations and surveys based on interviews with respondents. Secondary data is information obtained in ready-to-use form such as library research, literature, the internet and various media. The results of the research show that marketing strategies that focus on the use of social media, targeted local promotions, and collaboration with local communities are very influential in increasing brand awareness. and attract new customers. These findings provide valuable insights for Semprong Amoundy Karawang UMKM and similar UMKM in developing relevant and effective marketing strategies to expand market share and increase competitiveness in the local market.

Abstract

Industri kosmetik mengalami pertumbuhan global signifikan, meningkatkan persaingan antar merek untuk mempertahankan dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Desain kemasan telah menjadi alat pemasaran krusial, bukan hanya sebagai wadah fisik tetapi juga untuk menarik perhatian konsumen, membangun identitas merek, dan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Somethinc, yang dikenal dengan produk kosmetik inovatif dan berkualitas, menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami dampak desain kemasan terhadap perilaku konsumen di pasar yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh desain kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk Somethinc. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, studi ini mengambil sampel dari 100 konsumen produk perawatan kulit Somethinc dari Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa desain kemasan secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian (R Square = 0,642), menjelaskan 64,2% variasi perilaku konsumen. Elemen visual seperti warna, bentuk, dan grafis berperan penting dalam membentuk preferensi konsumen. Meskipun fokus pada sampel tertentu dan pengabaian faktor potensial, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya desain kemasan dalam strategi pemasaran, dengan saran untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif Somethinc di pasar kosmetik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality on the decision to purchase thrift clothes at Buyed Id. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Buyed Id customers, especially women aged 14-30 years. The research results show that price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Affordable prices and good product quality are the main factors considered by consumers when buying thrift clothes. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression, partial t test, simultaneous f test, and coefficient of determination. In conclusion, both price and product quality have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Buyed Id.

Abstract

The most important factor in developing policies and even tactics to solve challenging problems is leadership. Islamic boarding school institutions need a caregiver who has the spirit of a leader. The success of Islamic boarding schools cannot be separated from the leadership of caregivers who continue to carry out various strategies that are considered effective and efficient in achieving the goals of the institution they lead and produce students as human resources with character. The Indonesian nation has entered the industrial era 4.0 which will have an impact on the existence of Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions. Islamic boarding schools have a big role in helping to educate the nation's children by providing quality education. This research aims to examine in more depth how Islamic boarding school leadership strategies are in forming the character of their students at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Seblak Jombang. This research tries to analyze three things, namely: 1) What is the Islamic boarding school leadership strategy at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Seblak Jombang? 2) How is the character of students formed at the Seblak Jombang Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School? 3) What is the Islamic boarding school leadership strategy in forming the character of students at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Seblak Jombang? This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. From the research results, it is known that the Islamic boarding school leadership strategy at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School in Seblak Jombang, Islamic boarding school caregivers implement 5 strategies, namely: exemplary strategy, strategy for enforcing rules, strategy for implementing the yellow book recitation curriculum, strategy for getting used to religious services and strategy for organizing additional extras. Then the character formation of students at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang Islamic Boarding School is carried out using several methods, namely the method of applying example, the habituation method, the method of advice and punishment, and the training method. The type used by caregivers while leading is the democratic type and the average student at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Seblak Jombang has a character that is religious, disciplined, responsible, brave, independent, creative, devout and of course has good morals. The conclusion drawn is that Islamic boarding school leaders here have 5 strategies and these strategies have a big influence on the formation of the students' character.
