Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kurikulum Merdeka diimplementasikan melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Karangnunggal. Projek P5 merupakan bagian dari kurikulum Merdeka yang bertujuan membentuk pelajar Indonesia yang menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam perilaku mereka. Teori yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah teori pembelajaran sosial dari Albert Bandura, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan mencakup wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, ketua divisi projek P5, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SMA Negeri 1 Karangnunggal dengan empat tema projek P5 telah diimplementasikan. Pembentukan karakter peserta didik melalui tema-tema tersebut didasarkan pada enam dimensi profil Pelajar Pancasila: 1) Tema suara demokrasi (menyertakan dimensi bergotong royong, berkebhinekaan global, dan bernalar kritis), 2) Gaya hidup berkelanjutan (menyertakan dimensi beriman, bertaqwa kepada Tuhan YME, berakhlak mulia, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif), 3) Kewirausahaan (menyertakan dimensi beriman, bertaqwa kepada Tuhan YME, berakhlak mulia, bergotong royong, kreatif, dan mandiri), 4) Bhineka Tunggal Ika (menyertakan dimensi berkebhinekaan global, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif).

Abstract

This thesis is the result of the author's research and thoughts entitled "Community Perceptions Regarding Weton Calculation in Javanese Traditional Pre-Wedding Traditions According to Maslahah Mursalah Perspective (Case Study in Banjaragung Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency)". This research aims to answer the questions stated in the problem formulation, namely what is the perception of the people of Banjaragung Village regarding the tradition of calculating weton to determine prospective bridal couples. What is the maslahah murrasa's perspective on the calculation of Javanese traditional wedding weton in Banjaragung Village.The type of research the author uses is qualitative, applying a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection methods used are interviews, observation, documentation. And the data is analyzed by reducing the data, explaining the data, and drawing conclusions.The results of this research show that some people in Banjaragung Village still carry out weton calculations when carrying out marriages and have the ability to carry out weton calculations, by calculating the Javanese calendar as a reference used to determine whether a marriage is good or bad. From a maslahah perspective, the weton calculation does not conflict with religion, as long as its practice does not cause people to fall in trust in existing religious regulations. Because the aim of these traditional traditions is to maintain the benefit and protect the goals of maqasid syar'i, as well as a form of prudence in living life.

Abstract

In this millennial era, every thing in the activities and routines of world citizens is inseparable from electronic media, including in the field of education and learning. As for now, Electronic Learning media act as a tool for teachers to clarify the delivery of learning materials and help students understand the competencies taught. For this reason, not a few of the teachers who use electronic learning media to assist educational activities in the subjects they teach, including in Islamic Religious Education subjects. Therefore, I am interested in taking the title as my research materia.The focus of this study was to determine how the application of Electronic Learning media in SMP Islam Terpadu Yasoda Tenjolaya Bogor, how the form of motofasi learning students in PAI subjects in SMP Islam Terpadu Yasoda Tenjolaya Bogor and how the application of Electronic Learning media in improving students ' learning motivation in PAI subjects Grade 7 in SMP Islam Terpadu Yasoda Tenjolaya Bogor. This study aims to describe the application of Electronic Learning media in increasing students ' learning motivation in Pai Grade 7 subjects at SMP Islam Terpadu Yasoda Tenjolaya Bogor.As for the writing of this material, the author uses a qualitative approach to the research method of Case Studies (case study). Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The location of the study was in Yasoda integrated Islamic Junior High School, Tenjolaya district, Bogor regency.The results showed that the use of Electronic Learning media in SMP Islam Terpadu Yasoda has almost all forms of electronic learning has been applied. Starting from the planning and implementation of web-based learning, computer-based learning, to virtual classroom-based learning. The difficulties that are often faced by teachers in schools, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects, namely the lack of facilities such as interactive CDs specifically for Islamic religious subjects. Coupled with the quality of the internet network in distance learning where not all learners have an adequate internet network, of course, this can all be an obstacle.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of government regulations, namely the regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance (BIMAS) of the Ministry of Religion Number 373 of 2017 which stipulates that prospective bride and groom couples who are going to get married are obliged to take part in marriage guidance. The purpose of this marriage guidance is as an effort by the government to maintain family resilience and minimize the occurrence of divorce. However, the facts on the ground are that there are still many divorces. Based on this background, the main issues are: 1) How effective is the pre-marital guidance implemented at the KUA Gudo District? 2) What is the influence of pre-marital guidance in creating a sakinah family carried out at the KUA Gudo District. This research is field research. This research was conducted at the KUA, Gudo District, Jombang Regency in January - February 2024. Primary data sources were taken from interviews with the head of the KUA, guidance facilitators and guidance participants. Secondary data sources are collected through legal sources, implementation documents, modules and other supporting data. Next, the data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. Based on the research that has been carried out, the researcher concluded firstly, the guidance carried out at KUA Gudo is in accordance with the technical instructions for marriage guidance, the implementation of the guidance can be said to be effective in terms of organizing activities and the provision of pre-facilities. The two marriage guidance carried out at KUA Gudo have a positive impact on the prospective bride and groom to build a sakinah family as seen from the increase in the prospective bride and groom's insight into the sakinah family.

Abstract

One of the main activities of a bank is to disburse money to the public in the form of loans. Although credit disbursement to the public is based on the principles of prudence and sound lending, supported by the goodwill of the lending institution, the possibility of problematic loans still exists. There are several steps that a bank can take to resolve credit issues. One of the efforts made by banks in resolving non-performing loans is through credit restructuring. In this context, the research focuses on three main aspects: (1) The procedure for implementing credit restructuring in resolving non-performing loans at Bank BJB Karawang Branch, (2) The obstacles faced in implementing credit restructuring at Bank BJB Karawang Branch, and (3) Problem-solving strategies to overcome the obstacles in implementing credit restructuring at Bank BJB Karawang Branch. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive analysis techniques, while data validity is tested using source triangulation. This research concludes that: (1) The procedure for implementing loan restructuring includes steps after restructuring and monitoring business and financial reports post-restructuring, (2) The bank faces significant obstacles in implementing restructuring measures and is unable to continuously control the commercial and financial affairs of the debtor, and (3) The bank's strategy to address these issues.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including marriage administration processes. The recording of marriages based on the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Gudo Subdistrict, Jombang Regency in 2023 is the primary focus of this research. This study aims to identify factors that support and inhibit the effectiveness of SIMKAH in marriage registration and to evaluate the extent of SIMKAH effectiveness in the marriage registration process at KUA Gudo. The research examines the concept of effectiveness in the context of marriage registration, using SIMKAH as a case study at KUA Gudo Subdistrict, Jombang Regency in 2023. Effectiveness is understood from various perspectives, ranging from general definitions to specific applications in Islamic law related to marriage registration. The research method employed is qualitative with a field study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with KUA staff, direct observation, and study of relevant documents.The results of the research show that the implementation of online SIMKAH (Marriage Registration Information System) has been successful due to several key factors. First, the accessibility provided by the SIMKAH Web application allows people to register marriages online without needing to visit the KUA office in person. Second, the user-friendly design of the SIMKAH Web platform assists users in the marriage registration process without technical difficulties. Third, the use of SIMKAH Web improves data accuracy and consistency with minimal input errors. Fourth, SIMKAH Web saves time and costs through an efficient online registration process. However, there are inhibiting factors that hinder marriage registration based on SIMKAH at KUA Gudo. Lack of public awareness, technological limitations, and internet network disruptions pose significant challenges. Intensive socialization, education, technology training, and improvement of internet infrastructure are required to overcome these obstacles. Addressing these inhibiting factors will enhance the efficiency of SIMKAH implementation at KUA Gudo and maximize benefits for the community in electronic marriage registration processes.

Abstract

Rights are the truth and authority to carry out something. Meanwhile, an obligation is something that is done with a sense of responsibility. Rights and obligations are two things that of course go together in the family. For example, in the context of family life, both things must be fulfilled equally. Regarding the rights and obligations of husband and wife in the family is something that is very important to know. These two things are to create peace in the family, especially in matters of gender equality in the household. Equality in the family will create a sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah family. This research is included in qualitative research with a library approach and uses descriptive analytical methods, extrapolation and heuristics. The author uses research in the form of data collection through written sources, both books and journals, related to the concept of rights and obligations according to Sheikh Imam Nawawi al-Bantani in the book 'Uqud al-Lujjayn and related to family counseling according to gender. known as gender aware counseling. According to one of the Salaf scholars who has made great contributions to Islamic scholarship, namely Sheikh Imam Nawawi al-Bantani. Imam Nawawi al-Bantani also published many famous works, one of his works is the book Uqud al-lujjayn fii bayani huququz zawjayni. The concept of rights and obligations of domestic partners explained by Imam Nawawi al-Bantani states that the relationship between husband and wife must have a good social balance. For example, a couple must have a good relationship. In order to build a harmonious household. that the concept of rights and obligations of domestic partners in Uqud al-Lujjayn emphasizes the importance of both parties obeying each other and respecting each other's rights and obligations equally. Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani also emphasized that in Islam the position of men and women in the eyes of Allah is the same, the only difference is their piety. Gender-based family counseling aims to help individuals overcome family problems related to gender inequality, such as domestic violence and women's dual roles. This approach promotes family healing or provides curative therapy to improve family dynamics. Both approaches, both the Uqud al-Lujjayn concept and gender-based family counseling, prioritize balance, respect and protection of the rights and obligations of husband and wife in accordance with Islamic values ​​and gender justice

Abstract

This research was motivated by the large number of divorce cases in the Jombang Religious Court, which was then related to the differences in reasons for divorce cases, with this the author wanted to know and present how judges consider in deciding cases, especially focusing more on talak divorce cases because of outstanding debts. causes of reasons for breaking off a marriage bond. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors behind the legal considerations and also the considerations of the Jombang Religious Court judges in deciding divorce divorce cases due to debts and receivables in terms of the problem of murlah. The method used in this writing is empirical juridical research and uses a qualitative case approach. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation to explore data and then reduce it. The results of the analysis from this research show that the judge's consideration is the most important aspect in deciding or determining a decision that contains legal certainty, justice, and contains benefits for the parties concerned. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Maslahah Mursalah, giving approval for the divorce decision resulting from debts and receivables is appropriate because in this case it resulted in protracted disputes and quarrels, efforts to reconcile between the two parties have also been made but to no avail. So in this case the panel of judges approved this case because if it was not approved, it was feared that it would result in harm to both parties and bring disgrace to the family.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem at SMAN 1 Cihaurbeuti, namely the low critical thinking skills of students. The method used is an experimental method with a Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Powtoon animation videos. The research design uses a non-equivalent control group design, data collection techniques through description tests. The population in this study was all class XI IPS at SMAN 1 Cihaurbeuti, totaling 164 students. The samples used were class XI IPS 2, totaling 34 students as the Experiment class and class XI IPS 3, totaling 35 students as the Control class. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of applying the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Powtoon animated video media in improving students' critical thinking skills in the economics subject of international trade concepts.

Abstract

The process of a person's development from childhood to adulthood is known as the adolescent phase. Teenagers experience quite high development in various things at this point. They are influenced especially in terms of religious behavior by a high level of curiosity and are very emotionally unstable. This can be influenced by their environment, especially their family and school environment. The objectives of this research are as follows: (1) determine whether the family environment influences students' religious behavior at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban; (2) determine whether the school environment influences students' religious behavior at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban; and (3) determine whether the family and school environments each influence the religious behavior of students at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban. This research was carried out using qualitative methods and random sampling techniques. As a sample, this research used 120 students as respondents. Data were obtained through statistical tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) the family environment significantly influences students' religious behavior, as shown by the hypothesis test (sig value 0.000 < 0.05 and Tcount result 2.194 > 1.981); H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) the school environment influences students' religious behavior significantly, as shown by hypothesis testing (significance value 0.030 < 0.05)
