Abstract

This research aims to examine the practice of sukuk investment at CV. Manunggal Sehati Magetan which is located on Jl. Village No.27, Krajan, Mantren, Kec. Karangrejo, Magetan Regency based on a sharia economic law perspective. The research method used is the Empirical Juridical method, with a conceptual and phenomenological approach. Using Inductive and Descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and library data. The research results show that CV Sukuk investment practices. Manunggal Sehati Magetan uses 2 investment systems, namely investments above 500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah) by providing ijarah objects or collateral, investments below 500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah) by using a profit sharing system without any collateral or ijarah objects . make the agreement valid according to the principles of agreement on freedom of belief. However, when the sukuk investment is issued above 500 million and cash, especially not through a government SPV, this makes the contract also flawed. Meanwhile, the investment system under 500,000,000 million in drafting the agreement does not involve investors or the investors' guardians, making the agreement void or in fasakh according to the principles of agreement on freedom of contract and included in standard clauses.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of teachers in using multimedia learning of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Al Hikmah Tenjolaya Bogor. The use of conventional learning models creates a sense of boredom for students, so that students lack the motivation to continue learning. Because in the learning process there needs to be a supportive atmosphere and learning model, so that students will be more effective and efficient in learning. The research that the author uses in this thesis uses qualitative research, qualitative research is field research conducted on objects or places. The type of research is a case study, In this study the authors used primary data sources, namely, in the form of interviews that came from related parties. Such as, principals, PAI teachers, and students. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the use of Islamic Religious Education learning multimedia can be a major factor in student learning motivation. By applying the use of multimedia that can show ppt, videos, and pictures in learning, it can help students better understand the material delivered by the teacher and learning becomes effective. In addition, the use of learning multimedia also has a positive impact on students and makes it easier for teachers to achieve the desired learning objectives. Besides having advantages, the use of learning multimedia at SMA Al Hikmah Tenjolaya Bogor has disadvantages, namely the lack of facilities and infrastructure available at school.

Abstract

Analysis of the Learning Habits of Outstanding Students in Social Sciences (IPS) Subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Ngoro Jombang. This study aims to find out the learning habits of outstanding students in Social Sciences subjects because these subjects have the potential to have gaps in research areas that have not been explored much compared to other subjects. In line with that, researchers see opportunities to make unique and valuable contributions in the field of Social Sciences subjects. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research focused on three outstanding students in the subject of Social Sciences. The data source in this study is Social Science teachers using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the analysis conducted by the researcher showed that the learning habits of outstanding students in Social Sciences subjects generally have advantages in high semester average scores, attendance percentage, class rank, good behavior, and students participating in extracurricular activities related to the development of social soul potential. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Ngoro Jombang has a learning habituation program, material delivery techniques, task completion targets, and effective and efficient learning methods.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students which were caused by students' decreased learning motivation. This can be seen from the results of the PAS score which is still below the KKM in economics subjects, thus showing that student learning outcomes are still low. This research aims to measure how much influence the school environment has on learning motivation and its implications for student learning outcomes directly and indirectly. This research is quantitative research using a survey method with an explanatory design. The population of this study were all students in classes X and XI, totaling 642. The sampling technique was probability sampling using simple random sampling. The sample taken was 246 students. Data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of research on direct influence show that the school environment influences learning motivation, the school environment influences learning outcomes and learning motivation influences learning outcomes. Then, the results Research on indirect effects shows that the school environment influences learning outcomes through learning motivation

Abstract

This thesis aims to find out the public's view of the Weton tradition of calculations in marriage, and also how 'urf views the existence of this tradition. This research is descriptive qualitative research using field or empirical studies. In obtaining data, the author used three data collection techniques, namely observation and documentation of interviews directly from the original source, in this case what is meant is Community Figures, Religious Figures and Ordinary People. Meanwhile, in the analysis used are data collection techniques, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Javanese people in Sugihwaras Village have a tradition of calculating wedding wetons with the aim of achieving happiness and blessings in life. This tradition is starting to be abandoned by the younger generation, but is still respected and appreciated by most people. This tradition is adapted to Islamic values ​​through comprehensive education and understanding of true Islamic values. The weton calculation tradition is used to choose a soul mate and the wedding day. This tradition is included in the 'urf sahih category, namely habits that are recognized by society and have good intentions. However, this tradition should not be used as the main benchmark in determining your soul mate and wedding day because your soul mate and wedding day are the destiny of Allah SWT. The weton calculation tradition should only be used as a complement and consideration, not an absolute determinant of household happiness. Domestic happiness is determined by effort, prayer and faith in marriage.

Abstract

In the world of modern education, this educational process in practice also has several obstacles that affect the quality of the education. One branch of juvenile delinquency is the issue of bullying. For this reason, this research raises and examines the factors that can cause this suffering as well as several strategies used by teaching staff, especially Islamic teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Peterongan Jombang. The consequences of this review are as per the following: Types of harassment behavior found include mocking or making friends with inappropriate names, seriously mocking friends, spitting at friends, making friends angry by hitting them first. the existence of peer groups that encourage or influence bullying behavior.

Abstract

The problem of unregistered polygamous marriages is an interesting issue. Marriages are carried out in accordance with the pillars and conditions, the presence of witnesses and guardians as determined by religion, but are not carried out in the presence of a marriage registrar (PPN). For those who are Muslim, both at the Kua and at the civil registry office for non-Muslims. Many polygamists are carried out only to satisfy their husband's desires. So there is a lack of public knowledge regarding unregistered marriages, especially polygamous unregistered marriages, with the aim of understanding the rights given to polygamists to be fair. This happened to the perpetrators of a polygamous serial marriage in Mojotengah village, Bareng district, Jombang district. Even though they are currently still living together, there are many problems occurring in their families, which is due to unfair factors in providing fair qualities to their wives. For this reason, the aim of this research is to explain the wife's rights in a polygamous serial marriage, and to explain the wife's rights in the complications of Islamic law. This research is qualitative field research with an empirical normative approach. In obtaining data, the author used three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The author uses data analysis techniques in the form of objective interpretations. Based on the results of research in Mojotengah Village, Bareng District, Jombang, it can be concluded that this alternative requirement is an absolute requirement, meaning that one of the conditions must be present to be able to apply for polygamy. Meanwhile, the cumulative requirements for polygamy are requirements that must be fulfilled in a polygamy application. The rights of wives from sirri polygamy according to Islamic law, the rights of wives emerge from the time the marriage agreement is completed and Islam requires both parents to protect and provide for their children.

Abstract

The religious skills program is a program designed to help students understand, apply, practice religious teachings and religious practices in everyday life. The researcher determined 3 research focuses including: 1) What is the Religious Character of MAN 5 Jombang, 2) How is the Religious Skills Program at MAN 5 Jombang, 3) What efforts are made by MAN 5 Jombang teachers to instill religious character in students through the religious skills program. Qualitative methods were used in this research with the type of case study research. Based on the data collected, this research uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research are: 1) The religious character of students at MAN 5 Jombang is very good. Students' religious character is not only in worship but they also apply good manners in their behavior. 2) The religious skills program at MAN 5 Jombang is a program created to provide an in-depth understanding of Islamic religious teachings such as: prayer practice, memorizing letters, istighosah and tahlil, sermon practice, teaching tpq, polite behavior and other religious practices. 3) Efforts made by teachers to instill religious character in students through the religious skills program at MAN 5 Jombang, namely: teachers provide inspiration to students to continue to be active in studying religious knowledge, teachers provide material support, teachers educate students to carry out religious habits such as Duha prayers and praying Duhur together, teachers also get students used to reading the Al-Qur'an and Asmaul Husna every day, teachers accompany students in every activity, and teachers also get students used to always smiling, saying hello and greetings when they meet.

Abstract

When a divorce occurs, the relationship between children and parents is not broken. They still have to fulfill their children's rights, both internal and external support. In Kendaldoyong village, Petarukan subdistrict, Pemalang district, many children are raised by their grandmothers after their parents' divorce. It is not uncommon for the child's living expenses to be borne by the grandmother. Where it should be borne by the biological father and mother. even though all child protection is regulated in law. This certainly has a bad impact on the future of the child who should be able to grow up happily with his family. For this reason, researchers are interested in researching it, aiming to find out how children's rights are fulfilled after divorce in Kendaldoyong Village according to Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning child protection and KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law) and find out the factors in which children's rights are not fulfilled after divorce. divorce in Kendaldoyong village, Petarukan subdistrict, Pemalang district. The research approach used in this research is qualitative, with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation which aims to ensure that the researcher is truly researching the existence of divorce. The location of this research is in Kendaldoyong village, Petarukan subdistrict, Pemalang Regency. With 4 sources from grandmothers who took care of the victim's children after the divorce and 3 from community figures. From the results of this research, it was concluded that first: in practice, many parents in Kendaldoyong village still neglect their responsibilities to fulfill the rights that children should receive in accordance with those regulated in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and Law N0.35 of 2014 About Child Protection. Second: the factors that cause parents in Kendaldoyong village to neglect their obligations include low economic conditions, low education, local community habits and lack of parental awareness.
