Abstract

This research discusses the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in fostering love for Allah and the Messenger of Allah among students in class XI Religion 2 Madrasah Aliyah Babussalam Kalibening Mojoagung. Love for Allah and the Messenger of Allah is considered an important foundation in forming students' faith and devotion. This research focuses on teachers' efforts to provide education that instills love for Allah and the Messenger of Allah through learning, religious habits, and daily activities such as prayers and group prayers. Apart from that, this research also aims to understand the impact of these activities in strengthening students' Islamic personality and spirituality.

Abstract

The Yogyakarta-Bawen toll road project package 1 section 1 includes Sleman-Bayurejo which requires building a bridge on STA 0+625 using the bore pile method. The purpose of the study is to examine the application of risk management in the STA 0+625 bridge construction project on the Yogya-Bawen toll road project package 1 section 1 based on ISO 31000:2018. The method used used was a survey questionnaire in data collection to obtain risk level values and determine risk response. The results were then validated through interview media. From the results of the interview, it can also be known the risk control actions taken by stakeholders to overcome risks. The results of the study showed 39 risk variables identified in the implementation of bridge construction projects, 14 categories of high risk, 24 categories of medium risk and 1 category of low risk. In the results of risk response mapping based on probability and consequence values, there are 7 categories of risk reduction, 31 categories of risk transfer and 1 category of risk avoidance. It is known that the match between the interview results and the calculation of risk response is 15%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the marketing communication strategies implemented by second-hand businesses to enhance sales. Second-hand businesses, which sell used items at affordable prices, face challenges in attracting customers in a competitive market. Through qualitative research methods, data were collected from interviews with business owners and analysis of related documents. The findings indicate that effective strategies include the use of social media, word-of-mouth marketing, and promotions through giveaways. Additionally, the study found that customer engagement and increased brand exposure significantly contribute to customer loyalty and sales. Recommendations for developing more effective marketing communication strategies are also provided, including enhancing creative content and collaborating with influencers.

Abstract

The Frugal Living concept in creating a sakinah family according to student alumni PPP Wali Songo. Have full awareness and careful consideration regarding financial management and strategies for the future. The concept of Frugal Living itself is choosing food cooked at home because the price is relatively more economical, buying things you need instead of what you want by wasting money unnecessarily. In the Frugal Living concept, this does not mean being stingy but knowing when to spend money according to your needs. The Frugal Living concept makes individuals calmer and not confused about the excess wealth owned by other people. Thus, this attitude is very good and in accordance with Islamic teachings which uphold goodness.The aim of this research was to determine the concept of Frugal Living for alumni PPP Wali Songo to create a sakinah family and what efforts are made to create a sakinah family in the household.This research is empirical qualitative research. In obtaining the data, the author's research used three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The author uses data interpretation in the form of facts in the field.The conclusion from the research in general is that in the application of Islamic law. Sakinah is included in the maqosid sharia theory, which is a theory for the realization of goals for the benefit of the Ummah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of low student learning outcomes in economics subjects. This study aims to determine the influence of school infrastructure on learning saturation and its implications on the learning outcomes of students of economics subjects in grades X, XI and XII of IPS Nangtang High School, Tasikmalaya Regency for the 2023/2024 school year. In this study, a survey research method was used with a quantitative approach, through an explanatory design. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation and data analysis techniques use the help of the SPSS program. The population in this study is 91 students, using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the study showed that: there was an influence between infrastructure facilities on learning saturation, infrastructure variables on learning outcomes, learning saturation variables on learning outcomes and the influence between infrastructure variables on learning outcomes through learning saturation. The contribution of the direct influence of the infrastructure variable (X) on learning outcomes (Y) was 22% while the contribution of the indirect influence of the infrastructure variable (X) on learning outcomes (Y) through learning saturation (Z) was 64.3%. So that the amount of indirect influence is greater than the direct influence.

Abstract

The National Land Agency, which was negligent in investigating the land history regarding the issuance of a land use right certificate, has caused harm to other parties, leading to the cancellation of the certificate through a court decision. The problem formulation consists of how the legal consequences of the cancellation of the building use right certificate by the court affect the affected party, and what the responsibility of the National Land Agency is as the authority in issuing the certificate. This research is normative legal research that examines various regulations related to the issues faced, as well as interviews to support the research results. The results of this thesis indicate that the legal consequences of the cancellation of the building use right certificate through a court decision for the affected party, in this case the Plaintiff, require the Plaintiff to submit a request for the issuance of a new certificate to the National Land Agency after the cancellation has been made. Meanwhile, the Defendant can no longer physically possess the land that previously belonged to the Plaintiff. The responsibility of the National Land Agency as the authority in issuing the certificate concerning the cancellation of the certificate through a court decision is limited to the cancellation of the land rights certificate as the disputed object. This cancellation is a manifestation of compliance with the court's decision that has permanent legal force

Abstract

This study discusses the progress of recognizing customary law communities within Indonesia's legal system. As a country rich in cultural and ethnic diversity, Indonesia has a wide array of customary laws that have existed since ancient times. These customary laws play a significant role in shaping written laws and regulating societal behavior and dispute resolution. The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 18B (2) provides a constitutional basis for recognizing and respecting customary law communities and their traditional rights. Although there has been progress in acknowledging and protecting the rights of customary law communities, various challenges remain in implementation and harmonization with positive law. This research employs a normative juridical method, using a statutory and historical approach. The results indicate that customary law has been officially recognized since the Dutch Colonial era, with a clearer recognition of customary law communities' rights emerging post-reform in 1998. In conclusion, recognizing customary law in Indonesia is a crucial step toward creating inclusive legal regulations, respecting cultural diversity, and promoting social justice and sustainable development.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to find out Learning Strategies of Madrasah in instilling Islamic values ​​of moderation which have become a current trend as prevention of radical behavior and racism from an early age. The problems to be answered regarding learning strategies in instilling the value of balance in madrasas are (1) what strategies do teachers use in instilling the value of balance in madrasah? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for cultivating the value of balance in madrasah? To answer this problem, the researcher used a type of case study research with a descriptive-qualitative method, and This research used observation, interview and documentation techniques as data collection. This study result in the finding that three strategies used in instilling the value of moderation in MI Ma’arif Sidomukti, there are expository learning strategies, cooperative learning strategies and also habituation strategies. There are several factors that support and hinder the cultivation of balance values, such as student conditions and abilities, family factors, community factors and Madrasah facility factors.

Abstract

Corruption is a problem that until now cannot be resolved and has caused quite large losses to the state. Reality shows that the value of state losses is much greater than the money that has been returned to the state. Corruption can paralyze national development. In society, this corrupt practice can be found in various modus operandi and can be carried out by anyone, from various social and economic strata. Talking about corruption cannot be separated from the long history of the legal system for criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia. The focus of this article will look at developments in handling corruption based on data released by relevant bodies and looking at the history of legal system policies related to the rules of criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia through comparisons from several eras. This writing tries to reveal interesting things related to the history of corruption criminal policies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The focus of this study aims to look at marriages in the Toba Batak community who marry between clans, which is a factor caused by globalization. The exogamous marriage process (marriage outside the clan group) is a characteristic of the marriage process of the Toba Batak community so that the Toba Batak community strictly prohibits marriages within the clan because marriages within the clan are considered incest. This research is a type of normative-empirical legal research (applied legal research). The research specifications used are descriptive analytical, namely research intended to look at humans and other conditions/symptoms that are occurring. The results of the research show that the Toba Batak traditional community, whose patrilineal kinship system and exogamous marriage system, has a customary provision that members of the same clan are prohibited from marrying, because the marriages they carry out are still related by blood or one ancestor. The prohibition on intermarriage between clans is absolute so that anyone who violates this prohibition must receive sanctions of their choice. Some of the sanctions include, namely, being expelled from family ties, couples who carry out inter-clan marriages are no longer related to the extended family and are not allowed to participate in all traditional activities, the couple is not allowed to remain in their residence within the scope of indigenous people, but were exiled because they were considered a disgrace within the Batak traditional community. It is recommended that parents teach or educate their children from a young age to understand the Toba Batak traditional rules, so that when they grow up, children who are going to get married can choose a life partner who does not conflict with Toba Batak customs and for Toba Batak traditional leaders to always provide customary understandings, especially regarding the prohibition of intermarriage, which is inherent and ingrained in the life of the Toba Batak traditional community so as to straighten out the understanding of the next generation of descendants of the Toba Batak traditional community with Batak culture.
