Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model can improve the mathematical problem solving abilities of students at St. Private High School. Antonius Bangun Mulia. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research procedure is cyclical. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques through observation and tests. This data collection uses several instruments in the form of teacher observation sheets and student observation sheets. Meanwhile, to determine students' mathematical problem solving abilities, tests are used. The results of the research show that the use of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model can improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities in mathematics lessons on Systems of Three Variable Linear Equations (STVLE). From the average value of prerequisite abilities, namely 42, the average value of students' mathematical problem solving abilities in cycle I is 67 and the average value of students' mathematical problem solving abilities in cycle II is 76 and the value of teacher and student activities in cycle I is 63% and 58%, and cycle II, namely 80% and 82%.

Abstract

. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the t test where the t value is greater than the t table (5.60> 1.660). 2) there is a positive and significant effect of learning discipline on student learning outcomes this result is seen in the t test where the t value is greater than the t table (5.76 > 1.660). 3) the school environment and learning discipline together affect student learning outcomes this result can be seen in the F test where the calculated F value is greater than the F table (112.64> 1.60955). The coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.2304, which means that 23.04% of environmental variables and learning discipline affect the social studies learning outcomes of class IX UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Pematang Siantar students.

Abstract

The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of emotional intelligence is 5.93 > t table value 1.660, which means this variable is significant. 2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of learning motivation is 5.60 > t table value 1.660, which means this variable is significant. 3) emotional intelligence and learning motivation together influence student learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the F test where the calculated F value is 123.06 > F table value 1.6107. The coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.25, which means that 25% of the emotional intelligence and learning motivation variables influence the social studies learning outcomes of class IX students at UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

This research is based on the low thematic student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun, this can be seen from the student learning outcomes in thematic learning which are still relatively low or below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) standards. The aim of this research is to find out the significant differences between students' learning outcomes using the contextual teaching learning model and student learning outcomes in subtheme 1 animals and plants in my home environment. Calculation results with SPSS version 21 using obtained results. This is measured from the results of the average student score which was originally 38.54 and after implementing the contextual teaching learning model it rose to 89.49. the results of the hypothesis test show that from the results of the normality test of the experimental data, a significant Kolmogorov-Smirnov value of 0.200 is obtained, which means it has a normal distribution. Homogeneity test, obtained a significant value of 0.924, which means homogeneous. t-test obtained tcount of 14.497 which was then compared with ttable of 2.073 with a significance level of 5%. The difference is said to be significant if tcount > ttable. If tcount > ttable then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, and if tcount < ttable then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. it turns out tcount > ttable (14.497 > 2.073) so it can be stated that the score has increased significantly in student learning outcomes so that Ha learning outcomes are accepted. This means that there is an influence of the contextual teaching learning model on student learning outcomes in learning subtheme 1 animals and plants in my home environment, class IV of SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Cooperative Integrated Reading (CIRC) Model to improve learning outcomes in class III Indonesian language subjects at SDN 122381 Pematang Siantar. The research design used was a quantitative approach with an experimental method in the form of a one group pretest posttest design without a comparison group. The population in the research study were all class III students at SDN 122381 Pematang Sianta. The sampling technique used is random sampling with two research variables, namely the dependent variable in the form of learning outcomes, and the independent variable, namely the CIRC Model. The data collection technique is the test technique. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test technique paired sample t test with the help of the SPSS Version 21 program, based on the calculation results that the significant value is 0.000<0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or by comparing tcount>ttable with df=(n-1) namely the value of t = 22.103 > 2.064. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of using the Cooperative Integrated Reading (CIRC) Model to improve learning outcomes in class III Indonesian language subjects at SDN 122381 Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

The aim is to find out whether there is an influence of the STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model on the science learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 091287 Panei Tongah." There are 2 hypotheses in this research, namely (1) there is a significant influence of the STAD (Students Team Achievement Division) type cooperative learning model on the Science Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students at SDN 091287 Panei Tongah. (2) there is no significant influence of the cooperative learning model type STAD (Students Team Achievement Division) on Science Learning Outcomes for Class IV Students at SDN 091287 Panei Tongah This research method is an experimental method with a Pre-Experimental design research type using a One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population of this study was all class IV students at SDN 091287 Panei Tongah, totaling 22 students. The sampling in this research was nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling technique. The entire population became the research sample. Data collection was carried out using test and observation techniques. Research data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the t-count result is 14.30 with a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the STAD type (students Team Achievement Division) cooperative learning model on the science learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 091287 Panei Tongah. This means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Take and Give Type of Cooperative Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Sub-theme sub-theme 1 Energy Sources Class IV SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun Academic Year 2023/2024. This research is a quantitative study using an experimental method. The population of this study were all 24 students of class IV SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun and 24 students were the samples in this study. The instruments used were pretest and posttest tests which had been tested for validation and reliability. The results showed that there was an influence of the take and give cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in Sub-theme 1 Energy Sources Class IV SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun in the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on the analysis of the posttest value data using the t-test, it can be tcount > ttable, namely with a value of 14,497>2,073, then Ha is accepted and H_0 is rejected so that it can be interpreted that there is an influence of the take and give type of cooperative learning model on Student Learning Outcomes in Sub-theme 1 Energy Sources Class IV SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the prospect of brick-making business in employee welfare according to Islamic business ethics (study on brick entrepreneurs in Lingkarnago Village, Bengkal River-Tebo Regency). This study aims to analyze the prospects of brick-making business in employee welfare according to Islamic business ethics. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The research location is located in Lingkarnago Village, Bengkal River Whole-Tebo Regency. Data are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data collection techniques are analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the prospect of brick making business in Lingkarnago Village has good and good prospects in the brick industry. With the brick making business industry in Lingkarnago Village, it can open up job opportunities for the surrounding community, namely increasing income for both labor and brick craftsmen who are able to improve economic welfare in the local community. The brick business in Lingkarnago Village has applied Islamic business ethics well, namely, providing time for worship for employees, providing wages to employees on time, accepting and being responsible if consumers complain, and applying principles by explaining the products to be sold.
