Abstract

This study aims to determine the business relations implemented by PT Indo Fira Global in the information system of book sales and online try outs. Development of an information system for book sales and online try outs implemented by PT Indo Fira Global based on PHP and MySQL (Case Study of PT Indo Fira) in a structured manner through the stages of system analysis, system design, implementation and system testing. System analysis is a researcher's analysis of weakness analysis, user needs, and data. System design is the researcher's analysis of sales system use cases, activity diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Implementation is writing program code in the application. While system trials are carried out to determine the function of the website created. Then the researcher took information from primary data sources and secondary data to find out the development of the B2C system that has been implemented by PT IndoFira Global. The results of program development show that book sales and online try outs based on PHP and MySQL carried out by PT Inddo Fira Global are not yet 100% sharia compliant. Therefore, PT Indo Fira Global is improving the management and revitalization of sharia-based sales to enhance the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Working capital financing or syariah financing is a financing facility provided to individuals, business entities or legal entities for working capital needs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the knowledge and profession togethet to influence traders’ perceptions of Islamic business financing products. The research method used ia a quantitative method. The test results prove there is a dominant influence between knowledge of business financing products. Through the calculation results that have been carried out obtained a significant level of 0.001 results is smallet than 0.005 meaning that there is a significant influence between knowledge of business financing products on traders in the bull bull market. Furthermore, the test results prove there is a dominant influence between professions on business financing products. Through the results of calculations that have been carried out, the significance level of the results of 0.003 is less than 0.05. which means that there is a significant influence between the profession on business financing products for trafers on the bull market.

Abstract

At the beginning of the reign of the Prophet Muhammad, Rasulullah SAW implemented an economic system that was highly committed to ethics and norms and his attention to justice and equality of the people, all of which were based on the Koran. Every activity during the reign of the Prophet saw must include the concept of maslahat which leads to Islamic ukhuwah. After the death of Rasulullah SAW, the government was continued by the Rashidun Khulafaur, namely caliphs who were given instructions and elected as heads of state and government as well as leaders of the Muslim community. In this article, we will explain how the Rashidun Khulafaur implemented an economic system during their respective reigns, namely the economic system under Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, Umar bin Khatab, Uthman bin Affan, and Ali bin Abi Talib.

Abstract

The SFAE method with clipping media has an important role in implementing the teaching and learning process, especially in determining students' entrepreneurial attitudes. This research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental type. In this study, descriptive statistical analysis, data analysis prerequisite test, and inferential statistical analysis, the t test was applied to check the validity of the data. The results of the study show that in general entrepreneurial attitudes have increased significantly. There were significant differences in entrepreneurial attitudes before and after the application of the SFAE method with clipping media, this means that the entrepreneurial attitudes of students increased in the experimental group. There was a significant difference in entrepreneurial attitudes in the group using the SFAE method with clipping media and the conventional group, this means that the entrepreneurial attitude of the experimental group was better than the control group, with a difference in the increase of 7.0811 in the experimental group and 1.6316 in the conventional group. For teachers teaching entrepreneurship, they can improve students' entrepreneurial attitudes by using the SFAE method with the help of clipping media. For Darullughah Wadda'wah Bangil, learning using the SFAE method with the help of clipping media can be used as a reference in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to terminate a pawn contract and review sharia economic law on terminating a pawn contract in Abung Barat District. To discuss these problems, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques through: observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the settlement in terminating the pawn agreement is resolved in several ways, namely: resolved in a familial manner, there is a settlement of transferring the pawn recipient, and there is also a return to the initial agreement; In a review of sharia economic law on termination of pawn contracts in Abung Barat District, North Lampung, that the implementation of pawning in West Abung District is in accordance with sharia economic law, this is because the implementation of the pawn system is appropriate or has fulfilled the legal basis for terminating a contract. , where what happened in the field the pawnbroker stopped by deliberation to reach a consensus.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the application of sharia principles in the financing carried out by CV. The Great Grace of Malang. One of the sharia-based financing is Murabaha financing, which is a buying and selling activity between land buyers and sellers, in this case CV. Malang Immortal Grace. The type of research used in this research is exploratory research. This research was conducted to investigate the application of murabaha financing practices in accordance with sharia principles at CV. Anugrah Abadi Malang, by conducting in-depth interviews with buyers/consumers of CV. Immortal Grace and Leaders and employees. In this study it was found that CV. Anugrah Abadi has carried out murabahah financing activities with reference to several sharia principles issued by the DSN MUI but still needs more intense understanding and assistance in an effort to realize the good intentions of the owner of CV. An eternal gift to avoid ribawi transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify strategies for the utilization of Zakat, Infaq, and Alms (ZIS) in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Banjarbaru City and to find out the results of an analysis of the supporting and inhibiting factors in the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh (ZIS) in the Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Banjarbaru City and to find out how much influence the distribution of zakat, Infaq, and shodaqoh (ZIS) funds has on poverty alleviation at the National Amil Zakat Agency BAZNAS Banjarbaru City. The type of research used in this research is exploratory research. This research was conducted to investigate utilization strategies, analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the distribution of zakat, infak, and shodaqoh (ZIS) funds for poverty alleviation at the National Amil Zakat Agency BAZNAS Banjarbaru City by conducting in-depth interviews with the chairman and Banjarbaru City BAZNAS employees regarding the strategy of empowering Zakat, Infaq, and Alms (ZIS) in alleviating poverty in Banjarbaru City. In the study it was found that the Banjarbaru City BAZNAS had carried out poverty alleviation through distribution to those who deserved it, and ZIS funds were also not only consumptive but also productive by empowering ZIS funds through the Banjarbaru Prosperous Program.

Abstract

Zakat is included in fiqh matters that are important to pay attention to. Umar bin Abdul Aziz RA has a new policy or view on the issue of zakat which includes the policy on assets that are the object of zakat, the mechanism for withdrawing and collecting zakat carried out by the Amilins, as well as the problem of distributing zakat to Mustahiq. The object of zakat becomes expanded because it does not only collect zakat from camels, cows, goats, gold, silver, dates, grains, wheat, but also from employee salaries, lost treasures that are recovered, several types of agricultural and fishery products. For the management and collection of zakat, Umar chose a tsiqah (trusted) and trustworthy amil. The amil also records those who have tithe. Umar also always ensured the legitimacy of each people with their zakat. Meanwhile, in managing the distribution of zakat funds, Umar bin Abdul Aziz applied the policy of al-Shafi'i's opinion. Zakat is given to eight asnaf. One part for the poor, one part for the poor, for amil, for converts, for riqab, for gharim, fî sabîlillah, and another part for ibnu sabîl.

Abstract

Mu'amalah is the activity of arranging matters related to the way of life of fellow human beings to meet their daily needs. Mu'amalah aims to provide convenience in fulfilling the necessities of life, to understand each other between sellers and buyers, to help each other, and to strengthen ties of friendship between fellow believers. Even so, not all of these goals can be implemented in a syar'i way. There are still many problems that occur because of the mu'amalah process in practice. So that the guidelines and order of mu'amalah need to be known and well studied. This research uses the library study method which is carried out by searching for the necessary information through the library materials needed by researchers. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the principles of mu'amalah are the main things that must be fulfilled in carrying out activities related to material rights with fellow human beings. Meanwhile, the limitations are maisir, gharar, haram, riba, and bathil.

Abstract

Every UMKM Furniture entrepreneur is required to understand and understand what is happening in the market so that they are able to compete with other entrepreneurs and improve marketing performance. In addition, business actors must have the ability to create competitive advantage. Competitive advantage in this study can be seen from several variables including, product, price and method of promotion. The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and external factors to create a competitive strategy through products, price perceptions, and promotion of furniture products in Pasuruan. In addition, it is also to find out what factors are most influential in determining competitive strategies through products, price perceptions and promotion of furniture products in Pasuruan. The population observed in this study were furniture entrepreneurs in Pasuruan. samples taken using proportionate random sampling technique as many as 120 respondents. Data collection analysis techniques were carried out by observation, questionnaires and interviews. The findings of this study indicate that the regression coefficient value of the product variable has a significant effect on marketing performance and competitive advantage. Among the three variables consisting of product, promotion, product price, it can be seen that the product variable is the most influential in increasing marketing and competition in the furniture business in Pasuruan.
