DIES: Jurnal Pemikiran, Penelitian dan Kajian Ekonomi Islam, adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Institut Agama Darullughah Waddawah Bangil Pasuruan, diterbitkan dua kali setahun pada bulan Februari dan Agustus. Jurnal ini memfokuskan ruang lingkupnya pada isu-isu ekonomi Islam dan filantropi Islam. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract in mortgage financing at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah KC Malang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of the musyarakah mutanaqisah contract on mortgages at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah is in accordance with the DSN Fatwa Number 73/DSNMUI/XI/2008 concerning the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah Agreement, which is to cooperate between the bank and the customer to buy an asset which will then reduce ownership rights. one party through a payment mechanism. Where there is a minimum capital requirement of 20% that must be met in it.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling, brand image, service quality and price on purchasing decisions and consumer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach to this type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques use data through distributing questionnaires using the Google form. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research findings in this study show that halal labeling has no effect on purchasing decisions for brand image, service quality and price have an effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of notary services in the digital era, the use of information technology is increasingly widespread, including in the legal field. Many countries have adopted the practice of storing documents in digital form, including minutes of deeds made by a notary. The legal system has an important role in ensuring justice and legal certainty for society. In the legal system, the strength of evidence is a very important element in building arguments and making the right decisions in court. The research methods used in this research include analysis of notary documents covering policies and regulations, surveys of several notary institutions, interviews with several contributing informants, and analysis of trial results. Following the results of research conducted that the legality and strength of evidence from the use of Cyber Notaries in storing minutes of the deed. Cyber Notary refers to a notary who uses digital technology and electronic platforms to carry out notarial tasks including keeping the minutes of the deed. The use of a Cyber Notary in keeping minuta deeds has legally recognized legality. In many jurisdictions, regulations, and policies have been introduced to regulate the use of technology in notary practice. This shows an acknowledgment of the validity of the documents kept by the Cyber Notary.

Abstract

The rapidly growing Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School has resulted in an increase in the amount of food, especially cooked rice as a staple food. However, the amount of leftover food is also increasing because there is a lot of uneaten food. This causes rice waste to pile up and cause air pollution. This research aims to examine the potential and benefits of the products managed by the Baqiyaturruz Team which are produced from rice leftovers and to find out how many types of products the Baqiyaturruz Team has produced from rice leftovers and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors. in improving the management and utilization of rice waste at the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by looking directly at the field. The research results show that the Baqiyaturruz Team's products are the result of managing and utilizing leftover rice which is produced into karak and snacks. The enthusiasm and creativity of the members as well as the support from the students and administrators of the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School are supporting factors in utilizing rice waste. However, the lack of support and trust from several related parties, as well as uncertain weather, are the main inhibiting factors in managing and utilizing leftover rice into a product.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the role of education and promotion of halal business in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods with a literature study approach based on several related articles and other scientific journals. The results of the discussion show that the role of education involving the community and awareness of sustainable behavior increases rapidly when offline and online initiatives are combined. Other education is a systematic process that aims to provide their full potential in intellectual and emotional aspects in improving about halal products, especially in countries with a majority Muslim population. with halal business education, society must integrate knowledge about halal products into the formal education curriculum by providing special training for professionals in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and other services industries related to halal products. Meanwhile, halal business promotion includes various initiative programs aimed at increasing awareness, understanding and use of halal products and services. Namely, it is implemented by the government, non-government organizations and private companies to encourage consumption of halal products and support the halal industry.

Abstract

Digital marketing is an important element in sharia banking marketing, including gold installment products. This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategy for gold installment products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Mojokerto Surodinawan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with banks as well as secondary data in the form of relevant literature and annual reports. The research results show that the digital marketing strategies implemented, such as marketing via social media, the BSI Mobile application, educational content, and email marketing, have proven effective in reaching a wider audience, increasing interaction, and optimizing marketing costs. Social media is the main platform for conveying information, while the BSI Mobile application provides easy access for customers. Nevertheless, challenges such as increasing people's digital literacy and industrial competition remain the focus of improvement. It can be concluded that the implementation of innovative and data-based digital marketing strategies plays a significant role in supporting the growth of gold installment products in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

Pricing is a critical element in business strategy, significantly influencing a company's financial performance, customer perception, and brand positioning. Poor pricing decisions can result in long-term negative impacts, including loss of competitiveness and consumer trust. In Islamic economic principles, price functions as a fair standard of exchange between goods or services and money, requiring mutual consent between buyer and seller. While various pricing methods may be employed, they must adhere to Islamic ethical standards emphasizing justice, transparency, and the prohibition of exploitation. In modern markets, factors such as deregulation, economic shifts, and intense competition increase the complexity of pricing strategies. Price often serves as a signal of product quality, especially when consumers face difficulty assessing a product’s value. Mispricing, particularly when unethical or externally imposed, can trigger public dissatisfaction. For example, government-determined fuel prices have, in some cases, led to social unrest and protest. This paper aims to explore pricing not only as a strategic business tool but also through the lens of Islamic economic thought, highlighting the balance between market forces and ethical considerations.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to deepen the understanding of how Islamic values can be integrated into the modern economic system, thereby creating a more inclusive, just, and welfare-oriented economic model. This study uses library research to access and analyze various sources of information relevant to an integrative literature analysis. The results of the study confirm that economic secularization. However, it has dominated the global system with a paradigm of materialism and individualism, simultaneously opening opportunities for Islamic economics to offer transformational solutions that are more ethical, inclusive, and sustainable. By reconstructing the Sharia-based paradigm, integrating the values of justice and solidarity into modern economic practices, and strengthening Islamic economic institutions through innovation and professionalism, this system can go beyond simply being an alternative to capitalism and socialism. Islamic economics has excellent potential to create a global economic order oriented towards human welfare and make it relevant in the modern era and as a universal solution that addresses the world's pressing needs.

Abstract

The scope of this study contains Islamic business management as a concrete manifestation of maḥabbah (love) for the Prophet Muhammad SAW by examining the book Nurul Mubin by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. This study aims to reveal how the values of Islamic business ethics derived from the morals of the Prophet Muhammad SAW can be implemented in the modern business world. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data were collected through analysis of relevant literature, particularly Kitab Nurul Mubin, to identify central values such as honesty (ṣidq), justice ('adl), trustworthiness, as well as the prohibition against usury, gharar, and fraud. The results show that business management based on the Prophet's moral values not only strengthens moral and spiritual foundations, but also becomes a practical strategy in building business sustainability. In conclusion, maḥabbah al-Rasul can be realized in business activities by following the ethics and integrity exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad, which has a positive impact not only on business success, but also on society at large. This study encourages business actors to make love for the Prophet as an inspiration in building an ethical and civilized business system.

Abstract

Halal fashion is one of the halal sectors that is currently very promising. Considering that the majority of modern Indonesian Muslims prefer to wear clothes that cover their private parts. Apart from being a representation of modern trends, the term "halal" in fashion also refers to certain beliefs. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the factors that influence halal fashion purchasing decisions using case studies on students in Tasikmalaya. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 138 students in Tasikmalaya with the classification of students who are currently studying at universities/campuses in the Tasikmalaya area and have purchased halal fashion clothing such as syar'i clothing or Muslim clothing, etc. In the future, samples can be added covering all of Indonesia or between countries. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that all hypotheses are accepted, namely price, digital marketing and knowledge on halal have a significant influence on halal fashion purchasing decisions.
