DIES: Jurnal Pemikiran, Penelitian dan Kajian Ekonomi Islam, adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Institut Agama Darullughah Waddawah Bangil Pasuruan, diterbitkan dua kali setahun pada bulan Februari dan Agustus. Jurnal ini memfokuskan ruang lingkupnya pada isu-isu ekonomi Islam dan filantropi Islam. Kami mengundang para ilmuwan, cendekiawan, peneliti dan profesional di bidangnya untuk mempublikasikan hasil kajian dan hasil penelitian dalam jurnal kami. Jurnal ini menerbitkan penelitian empiris dan teoritis berkualitas tinggi yang mencakup semua aspek Perekonomian Islam. Abstract

Halal fashion is one of the halal sectors that is currently very promising. Considering that the majority of modern Indonesian Muslims prefer to wear clothes that cover their private parts. Apart from being a representation of modern trends, the term "halal" in fashion also refers to certain beliefs. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the factors that influence halal fashion purchasing decisions using case studies on students in Tasikmalaya. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 138 students in Tasikmalaya with the classification of students who are currently studying at universities/campuses in the Tasikmalaya area and have purchased halal fashion clothing such as syar'i clothing or Muslim clothing, etc. In the future, samples can be added covering all of Indonesia or between countries. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that all hypotheses are accepted, namely price, digital marketing and knowledge on halal have a significant influence on halal fashion purchasing decisions.

Abstract

For agroforestry industry, in this case teak production, the most challenge that are faced is the balance of teak production optimization and environmental problem. Because, when the production of timber is increased, and then the environment will be affected. Hence, it is required to be found the better solution in balancing the teak production optimization and environment conservation. By searching any literatures, either empirically or theoretically, this article reveals that business process re-engineering that can be implemented by agroforestry industry in teak production may be consist of five stages, they are identifying, model map, analyzing, improvement the process, and re-engineering. All those process must be completed by the principles in the business process they are clarity (understandable), correctness, relevance, economic efficiency, comparability, systematic design. In which must understood and completed in the business process re-engineering may include process mapping, fail-saving, teamwork, and communication. Hence, when it is implemented in the teak production process, it can deliver the positive outcomes that supported the business sustainability in teak production.

Abstract

The sharia financial system is a financial system that bridges parties who need funds and parties who have excess funds through financial products and services that comply with sharia principles. To increase market share, the products offered must have a marketing strategy so that they can be seen. The bank marketing concept is actually not much different from the marketing concept for other business sectors, such as the manufacturing industry sector, service business sector and others. Therefore, we want to conduct research with the title Pick-up Marketing Strategy to Increase Customer Interest in Savings (BMT Maslahah Gondangwetan). With the aim of finding out the strategy used by BMT to increase customers using descriptive qualitative research methodology. The results of the research are that customers and agencies are targeted in carrying out a pick-up strategy, because most of the Gondangwetan area work as traders who need funds to develop their business.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and purchase interest in the case study of Pak No meatball stall. This research was conducted on all customers who bought meatballs at that place. With a population of 100 people and a sample of 78 people. In taking samples, researchers used purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses Simple Linear Regression analysis using the SPSS 29.01 for Windows application. Based on the results of this research data analysis, it is known that service quality influences customer satisfaction or customer comfort. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Halal certification is an important legality of food to guarantee its Islamic halalness. In its implementation, Haysanadi Catering service experienced significant changes in income before and after having halal certification. The purpose of this research is to conduct analysis research on halal certification in increasing sales. This type of research is field research using direct observation and data collection. The approach method used is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that halal certification at Haysanadi catering service can increase sales. Halal certification is able to increase consumer confidence because they no longer doubt the food they buy, is able to reach new markets because when customers are satisfied they will recommend it to others, shows concern for Islamic law because the majority of the market is Muslim, and is able to improve the company's image because the halal label means Maintaining the quality of ingredients from raw products to ready for consumption.

Abstract

Economic problems are problems that arise when wants and needs exceed available resources. People who have unlimited wants and needs, while the available resources cannot meet these needs, then economic problems arise from there. The objectives of this research are (1) to find out the objectives of entrepreneurship learning for students (2) to find out the components of entrepreneurship learning for students. This research uses library research methods. The results of this research show: (1) the aim of entrepreneurship learning is to provide provisions for students and instill attitudes, values and a spirit of independence as well as the ability to collaborate and embed the entrepreneurial paradigm or mindset in students. (2) The curriculum components must include education (educational, creativity, multiple intelligence), types of work/occupation (occupation, vocational subject matter) and entrepreneurship/entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research was conducted to finding out how big a percentage of PT's financial performance is. Mayora Indah Tbk. using Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability ratios for the 2020-2022 period. The nature of the research in this research is qualitative research. In this research, the data used in the annual financial reports of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. 2020-2022 period. The population in this research is all assets, equity and income of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. The sampling technique used in this research used purposive sampling. The data collection method used by the author is using internet research data collection methods, namely collecting indirect observation data by collecting data from PT's annual financial reports. Mayora Indah Tbk. 2020-2022 period. The results of this research show that the liquidity ratio as measured using the current ratio and quick ratio shows good results for company performance, the solvency ratio as measured using the Debt to Asset Ratio is 43% for 2020 and in 2021, 2022 is 42%, and Debt to equity ratio was 73.5% in the 2020 and 2022 periods, while in 2021 it was 75.35.

Abstract

The economy plays a central role in regional and community life, including the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. Economic instability can have a negative impact on community welfare, so sustainable economic development is a priority to improve living standards. This study discusses strengthening the local economy at the Shodrul Ulum Al Cholil Islamic Boarding School, Malang, through the annual haflah akhirussanah event. The analysis includes a literature review, document study, and data analysis to produce findings that provide in-depth insights into the impact and effectiveness of the activity. Islamic boarding schools, as autonomous institutions established by the local community, have strategic potential in empowering the local economy. The Shodrul Ulum Al Cholil Islamic Boarding School, which was established in 2010 and is located in Brongkal Village, Pagelaran, Malang, plays an important role in the local economy by involving students and the surrounding community. The haflah akhirussanah event, which is held annually, attracts the participation of traders and service providers, creating economic opportunities. This study identifies several factors that can strengthen the local economy of Islamic boarding schools, such as capital, partnerships, policies, education, innovation, mastery of technology, and access to markets. Pesantren also need to overcome challenges such as the conglomeration system that can hinder their efforts. By utilizing local resources and empowering students, pesantren can become strong economic institutional centers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of locus of control and self-efficacy in the entrepreneurship program at the Fathul Ulum Jombang Islamic boarding school. This research tries to find out how much influence Locus of control and self-efficacy have in the entrepreneurship program at the Fathul Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the variables Locus of Control (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) on Entrepreneurship (Y). In this research, data was collected using a questionnaire method by distributing Likert scale questionnaires to 60 respondents who were male and female students at the Fathul Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School. Then analysis was carried out on the data obtained using quantitative methods. The quantitative analysis used includes validity testing and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test which functions to prove the research hypothesis. From the results of this analysis, it was found that the independent variable had a positive effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This research examines and discusses how sharia financial literacy influences the decision to choose sharia insurance. In today’s modern era, the level of understanding of sharia finance is very important in determining the insurance you want to use and reducing risks that affect financial losses. A good understanding of finances can improve the quality of decision making to achieve prosperity. The aim of this research is to analyze the influenceof sharia financial literacy on the choice of sharia insurance. This research involved a sampel of 48 stundents of the sharia economics study program at the Bengkalis State Islamic College. The results of this research show that, with sharia financia literacy, students feel able to understand sharia insurance as financial protection. Students also feel that sharia financial literacy provides a level of understanding of sharia insurance. Based on this, it can be seen that sharia financial literacy has a significant impact on the choice of sharia insurance and fosters confidence in the use of sharia financial product for better risk management.
