Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect analysis of price, product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi Xpander cars at PT Batavia Bintang Berlian Cipondoh, Tangerang City, either partially or simultaneously (together). This study uses primary data in the form of a sample of 50 Mitsubishi Xpander car consumers at PT Batavia Bintang Berlian with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t) and simultaneous test (F). The test results of this study indicate that the multiple regression analysis has the equation Y = 2.774 + 0.275X1 + 0.468X2 + 0.196X3. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) have an Adjusted R Square of 0.888 or 88.8%, meaning that the Purchase Decision variable is influenced by price, product quality and brand image variables. While the remaining 11.2% is influenced by other variables outside the research. The results of the partial test (t) show that the price variable (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) has a tcount value of 2.995 > ttable 2.01290 with a significance level of 0.004 <0.05, product quality variable (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) has tcount value 5.649 > ttable 2.01290 with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and the brand image variable (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) has a tcount value of 2.462 > ttable 2.01290 with a significance value of 0.018 <0.05. Then the price variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y), the product quality variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the purchasing decision (Y), and the brand image variable (X3) has a partially significant effect on the purchasing decision ( Y) for Mitsubishi Xpander car consumers. Simultaneous test results (F) show Fcount 130.737 > Ftable 2.81 with a significant level value of 0.000, while Ftable is 2.81 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, This means that the hypothesis states that the variables Price (X1), Product Quality (X2 ) and Brand Image (X3) have a significant influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and positively on the Purchase Decision (Y) of PT Batavia Bintang Berlian Cipondoh Tangerang City.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of working from home, organizational culture and competence on the work effectiveness of JSR HEALTHY KEBUN employees. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires filled out directly by the respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis by first carrying out the classical assumption test which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results of the validity test showed that all statements used to measure the variables used in this study had a correlation coefficient that was greater than rtable 0.3202 (rtable value for n=39), so it could be concluded that each question item was valid . The results of the reliability test showed that the Cronbach Alpha value was 0.916 > 0.60 so it could be concluded that the instruments used for the variables Working From Home, Organizational Culture and Competence on Work Effectiveness could be said to be reliable. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (r2) it can be concluded that the independent variables Work From Home (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Competence (X3), in this study were able to explain 81.6% regarding Employee Effectiveness (Y). While the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors not examined. Multiple linear regression analysis serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has been processed produces the following regression equation: Y = 10.826 + 0.224 X1 + 0.331 X2 + 0.184 X3 The results show that Working From Home, Organizational Culture and Competence have a positive and significant influence on Work Effectiveness. The results of testing the t-test hypothesis show that the Working From Home, Organizational Culture and Competence variables studied are proven to significantly influence the Employee Work Effectiveness variable partially because they have tcount > ttable and a significance level of less than 0.05. Then through the F statistical test, the results are Ftable (57.191 > 2.87). This can indicate that Working From Home, Organizational Culture and Competence have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Effect Analysis of Product Quality, Price and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Calmic Indonesia in the Jakarta Area. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, it produces the equation Y = 2.053 + 0.090X1 + 0.184X2 + 0.687X3 + e. From the results of the t test the Product Quality Variable (X1) has a tcount value of 1.338 < ttable of 1.99656 and a significance level value of 0.186 > 0.05. Then Ha1 is rejected and Ho1 is accepted, so that it has no significant effect partially between the variable Product Quality (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The price variable (X2) has a tcount value of 1.470 <table of 1.99656 and a significance level of 0.146 > 0.05. Then Ha2 is rejected and Ho2 is accepted, so there is no significant effect partially between the Price variable (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The brand image variable (X3) has a tcount value of 5.454 > table 1.99656 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Then Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected, so that it has a partially significant effect between Brand Image variables (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). From the results of the calculation of the F test statistic, it shows that the Fcount value is 63.764 > Ftable is 2.74 and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. This means that Ha4 is accepted and Ho4 is rejected, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between Product Quality, Price and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Calmic Indonesia in the Jakarta Area. And from the results of the calculation of the adjusted R square value in the table it is 73.2%. Customer satisfaction is explained by product quality, price and brand image of 73.2% with the remaining 27.8% explained by other variables not explained in this study such as the marketing mix and other marketing strategies.
