Abstract

The coverage of babies breastfed by exclusive ASI in 2022 was 55.7%, while in West Java in 2022 was 33%, and in the working area of Sigalingging Puskesmas was 4.1%. The objective of the research was to find out some factors which were correlated with breastfeeding 6-12 month-old babies with exclusive ASI in the Working Area of Cijagra Lama Puskesmas,. The research used observational analytic method with cross study. The population was 95 women who had 6-12 month-old babies in the Working Area of Cijagra Lama Puskesmas, and all of them were used as the samples, taken by using total sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with chi square test, and multiple logistic regression analysis. The result of the research showed there was the correlation of knowledge, husbands’ support, physical and mental preparation, health care providers, and socio-culture with breastfeeding with exclusive ASI. It is recommended the Puskesmas management provide counseling about exclusive ASI for pregnant women and their husbands.

Abstract

Knowledge is a very important domain for the formation of one's actions. Increased knowledge can lead to changes in perceptions, habits and beliefs of pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers in carrying out treatment programs. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the relationship between knowledge of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and compliance of tuberculosis sufferers in the pulmonary tuberculosis treatment program at the Cijagra Lama Community Health Center using a descriptive correlation design as the research design. The instrument was made in the form of a questionnaire and divided into 2 parts, namely a questionnaire to measure knowledge using the Guttman scale and a questionnaire to measure compliance using a Likert scale. The number of samples studied was 32 people using convenience sampling techniques. Based on statistical analysis of Spearman's correlation on degrees of freedom with α = 0.05, a value of ρ = 0.337 and a value of p = 0.059 were obtained for the relationship between knowledge and compliance. This is a moderate positive relationship with adequate interpretation between knowledge and compliance of tuberculosis sufferers in the pulmonary tuberculosis treatment program. For further research related to the compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers in carrying out the pulmonary tuberculosis treatment program, it is deemed necessary to examine other factors that influence the compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers in carrying out the treatment program.

Abstract

Abstract The Rebana Triangle Economic Area, which covers the regions of Subang, Majalengka, and Cirebon, has been designated as one of the national strategic areas with the aim of increasing economic growth and infrastructure development in West Java. Subang City, with its strategic position in the middle of the region, has various opportunities and challenges that need to be analyzed to optimize the benefits of this initiative. This research aims to identify and analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by Subang City within the framework of the development of the Rebana Triangle Economic Zone. The research method used includes descriptive qualitative analysis with a literature study approach and in-depth interviews with local stakeholders. The results showed that Subang City has several key opportunities, including increased infrastructure investment, better transportation accessibility with the construction of Patimban Port and the Trans-Java Toll Road, and the potential for industrial and tourism sector development. In addition, the presence of an international industrial park also opens up opportunities for increased employment and local economic growth

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine how customer satisfaction is affected by online tracking systems and timely delivery of goods. Data were collected through distributed questionnaires. This study observed J&E customers in Bandung City. The non-probability sample method was used to collect seventy respondents for this study. This study used a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Online Tracking System (X1) and Timely Goods Delivery (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y), with a value of 6.018. Timely Goods Delivery (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), with a value of 9,162. The results of the F test (simultaneous) show that both have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find and assess the main HR management strategies that can improve the performance of the maritime industry. The analysis results in a growth strategy, also known as a growth-oriented strategy. This strategy shows that the company has a strong condition and has the ability to continue to grow by utilizing existing opportunities to achieve the highest level of profit. achieve the highest level of profit. The calculation results show that this strategy is very profitable. The position in quadrant I has a weighted total score of strengths and weaknesses of 2.710504 and a weighted total score of opportunities of 2.653142.

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific article research is to prove the results of scientific articles on post-pandemic 19 logistics and look to strengthen the results of researchers, This research methodology uses a qualitative approach and theoretical analysis and analysis of relationships between variables, books and journals, online and offline, obtained from Mendeley, Google Scholar and other online media. The journals reviewed are listed in the Journal Metrics Table below The results of this scientific article researchsay, Airport logistics during the covid 19 pandemic and after the covid 19 pandemic became a field that continued to run in Indonesia, and even when airline companies with restrictions on the covid 19 pandemic, decreased passenger activities, and flight frequency, it was all used by airlines by changing the formation of aircraft carrying passengers to transport cargo, Proving the logistics of this airport with scientific articles that support and researchers strengthen with the results of this scientific article. Recommendations for variables that can be used in the future, namely mobility, energy, environment, customer satisfaction, effectiveness, cost efficiency, performance and service with different research objects and methods.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus occurs due to increased glucose levels in the blood. Physical activity is any body movement produced by skeletal muscles that requires energy. Lack of physical activity is an independent risk factor for chronic disease. This study aims to determine the effect of physical activity on blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus patients. This type of research is cross sectional, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling as many as 83 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets. The results of research using the Wilcoxon test show that the p value of 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value (0.05), so it can be stated that Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of physical activity on blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus patients at the internal medicine clinic at RSU Pindad Bandung. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for interventions on types of physical activity to overcome blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus patients.

Abstract

Selama tiga puluh tahun terakhir, angkutan barang dan peti kemas telah berkembang pesat dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Transportasi peti kemas telah mengalami penurunan sebagai akibat dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang cepat, protektionisme, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi global. Logistik atau transportasi maritim harus mempertimbangkan masalah budaya, ekonomi, dan lingkungan untuk keberlanjutan. Trade-off dari biaya transportasi langsung dan kredibilitas berbeda sesuai dengan perdagangan barang dan logistik negara, yang dapat mengurangi kemungkinan negara maju untuk diversifikasi produk sementara dan produk bernilai tambah. Dampak proteksionisme perdagangan terhadap transisi logistik, komposisi pelabuhan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian, penelitian ini akan mengusulkan sebuah kerangka kerja di mana proteksionisme, transisi logistik, komposisi pelabuhan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat dipelajari. Akibatnya, penelitian ini akan mengusulkan sebuah kerangka kerja yang dapat digunakan secara lebih efisien untuk melakukan penelitian tentang dampak proteksionisme perdagangan terhadap transisi logistik, komposisi pelabuhan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan berjalannya waktu dan peningkatan proliferasi teknologi, tren modern dan prospek pengembangan logistik telah ditentukan dalam makalah ini. Pengelolaan sumber daya secara efektif membantu pendekatan pengembangan yang sesuai dengan konsisten dan seimbangnya semua sumber daya yang sudah ada. Hal ini karena pengelolaan sumber daya yang efektif membantu meningkatkan wawasan tentang ketersediaan sumber daya serta meningkatkan ke arah yang lebih baik, tidak hanya pada aspek lingkungan tetapi juga pada profitabilitas dan keseimbangan manusia. Terkait dengan konsep modern dalam logistik, makalah ini bertujuan untuk menggeneralisasi dan menganalisis konsep pengembangan logistik modern utama yang disebut geologistics dan pentingnya munculnya konsep ini dalam perspektif maritim. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis telah digunakan. Makalah ini mengevaluasi artikel jurnal atau tinjauan berdasarkan judul, abstrak, dan kata kunci yang diterbitkan selama beberapa dekade hingga tahun-tahun terkini. Dengan demikian, hasil yang ditinjau dalam makalah ini adalah definisi konsep geologistics yang dapat didefinisikan sebagai memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di lokasi tertentu dengan mengoptimalkan pendekatan inovatif dalam rantai pasokan untuk pasokan yang berkelanjutan bagi kebutuhan manusia, pentingnya geologistics yang dapat membantu dalam proses global manufaktur dan layanan, dan gambaran perbandingan antara logistik hijau dan geologistics.

Abstract

Pusat transshipment memainkan peran penting dalam jaringan pengiriman kontainer yang tersebar di seluruh dunia. Pelabuhan hibrida saat ini muncul, menangani lalu lintas transshipment dan kontainer gateway yang bergantung pada konektivitas maritim yang kuat. Sangat penting untuk memahami dengan baik jaringan pengiriman kontainer dengan menemukan pusat transshipment yang efektif, termasuk pusat transshipment tradisional dengan tingkat kejadian transshipment tinggi dan pelabuhan hibrida dengan kemampuan transshipment yang memadai.Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode RSH menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis RSH adalah layak untuk menemukan pusat-pusat tersebut yang berfungsi sebagai jembatan antara berbagai komunitas pelabuhan di seluruh dunia, yang ditunjukkan dari perspektif konektor. Pusat dengan peringkat dan nilai RSH yang lebih tinggi biasanya memiliki koneksi maritim yang lebih baik dengan pelabuhan dari berbagai komunitas pelabuhan. Beberapa konsekuensi kebijakan telah dibahas lebih lanjut untuk pihak yang bertanggung jawab, seperti perusahaan pelayaran dan operator pelabuhan.
