Jurnal Kesehatan adalah jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang ilmu kesehatan,ilmu keperawatan,kebidanan, kesehatan masyarakat serta yeknologi kesehatan yang diterbitkan dan dikelola oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian masyarakat akademi keperawatan kebonjati. Jurnal ini adalah jurnal online peer-review yang diterbitkan 3 kali setahun (Maret, Juni dan November) sebagai forum sosialisasi yang mendedikasikan pemikiran konseptual, ide, penerapan hasil riset dan berbagai macam bentuk aktivitas pengabdian bagi akademisi, praktisi dan profesional lainnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan terapan bagi seluruh pembaca serta meningkatkan jaringan kerja dan pendekatan yang lebih kolaboratif dalam meningkatkan kesehatan serta taraf hidup masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis peran kebijakan maritim nasional dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia melalui sektor transportasi laut. Kebijakan seperti Program Tol Laut, modernisasi infrastruktur pelabuhan, dan digitalisasi operasional di pelabuhan besar diharapkan mampu meningkatkan konektivitas antar wilayah, menurunkan biaya logistik, dan mendorong aktivitas ekonomi di wilayah pesisir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif, yang didukung oleh data primer dari wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan di sektor maritim dan data sekunder dari laporan pemerintah serta literatur terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Tol Laut berperan dalam mengurangi disparitas harga barang di wilayah terpencil dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas ekonomi. Peningkatan infrastruktur pelabuhan di pelabuhan utama juga terbukti menurunkan biaya logistik secara signifikan, meskipun ketimpangan infrastruktur antara pelabuhan besar dan kecil masih menjadi kendala. Digitalisasi operasional di pelabuhan besar berkontribusi pada efisiensi distribusi barang, tetapi adopsi teknologi ini belum merata ke pelabuhan-pelabuhan kecil. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan koordinasi antar lembaga, optimalisasi kemitraan publik-swasta, serta pemerataan digitalisasi dan pelatihan SDM di seluruh pelabuhan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti efisiensi operasional, sistem teknologi, kualitas infrastruktur, dan inovasi terhadap daya saing logistik nasional melalui optimalisasi rantai pasok pelabuhan. Dengan semakin tingginya kebutuhan efisiensi dalam industri logistik, diperlukan strategi yang menyeluruh untuk meningkatkan daya saing pelabuhan di tingkat nasional dan internasional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu daya saing logistik.Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen secara individual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya saing logistik. Namun, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa model regresi secara keseluruhan signifikan, yang berarti bahwa variabel-variabel efisiensi operasional, sistem teknologi, kualitas infrastruktur, dan inovasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap daya saing logistik nasional. Meskipun tidak signifikan secara individual, temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya integrasi dan sinergi antara berbagai faktor dalam meningkatkan daya saing logistik nasional.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengelola pelabuhan dan pemangku kepentingan dalam industri logistik sebaiknya mengambil pendekatan terintegrasi yang menggabungkan berbagai faktor untuk mencapai rantai pasok yang lebih kompetitif.

Abstract. Competency Development Planning is a bill for private employees and government organizations today. The purpose of this study is to obtain a model that meets the requirements in analyzing competency development needs. The method of this research is qualitative Research and Development (R&D) which is equipped with the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) analysis method. Data collection was carried out through: (1) documentation studies sourced from (a) research result documents published in journals related to competency development research and (b) competency development documents at competency development organizing institutions using activity implementation checklist sheets; and competency development documents using activity implementation checklist sheets; and (2) opinion polls using questionnaires related to the actual condition of employee competency. The data analysis technique uses simple descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis in the form of a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results of the analysis, synthesis, and recommend 3 (three) major stages of the Competency Development Needs Analysis (AKPK) business process: (1) Preparation of AKPK Facilitators which is carried out through AKPK facilitator training (Training of Facilitators); (2) Analysis of Competency Development Needs which is carried out in several stages and steps accompanied by a number of forms to be filled in and inputted into the AKPK information system (SI-AKPK). This study aims to determine the external factors in the implementation of nursing care documentation in the inpatient room of Mitra Kasih Cimahi Hospital. This study used a quantitative descriptive design, involving some nurses in the inpatient room of 37 respondents and 37 nursing care documentation. Results. The results showed that 37 nurses (100%) who performed nursing care documentation were included in the early adulthood category with most of the 33 people (89.2%) having a D3 Nursing education, 20 people (54.1%) had a good level of knowledge, 19 people (51.4%) had a positive attitude, 25 people (67.6%) had moderate motivation, and 19 people (51.4%) did complete documentation. There is regular evaluation with standardized standards and feedback so that nurses know the successes and shortcomings in writing and feel cared for by superiors directly.

Nurses' therapeutic communication has an important role in supporting the level of patient satisfaction. Having therapeutic communication skills for nurses makes it easier to establish trusting relationships with patients, so that they are more effective in achieving the nursing care goals that have been implemented and will provide professional satisfaction in nursing services. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between therapeutic communication and the level of satisfaction of outpatients at the internal medicine clinic at Kartika Cibadak Hospital. The research design used was cross-sectional. The number of samples in this study was 96 patients. Sampling used purposive sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. The results of the research were that 28 patients (57.1%) had good nurse therapeutic communication, the patients said they were satisfied, 5 patients (45.5%) had poor nurse therapeutic communication, the patients said they were dissatisfied. Statistical tests using the Chi-Square Test carried out with Two-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis obtained a p value = 1.000. The conclusion of this research is that there is no relationship between nurses' therapeutic communication and the level of satisfaction of outpatients in the internal medicine clinic at Kartika Cibadak Hospital, Sukabumi with a p value of 1,000.

Caring attitude is one of the measures used to analyze health service users. Nurses' caring attitude towards patients can play a role in determining the number of patients who visit the hospital. The purpose of this study was to describe the caring attitude of nurses and family satisfaction of inpatients in the Children's Intensive Room of Santosa Hospital, and to determine the relationship between the caring attitude of nurses and family satisfaction of inpatients in the Children's Intensive Room of Santosa Hospital. The method of data collection in this research is cross sectional method. The results of this study were out of 32 respondents there were 15 people (46.9%) caring nurses were good, and 12 people (37.5%) patient family satisfaction was less. The Kolmogorof-Smirnov test results obtained a p value of 0.002 smaller than 0.05, so there is a relationship between the attitude of caring nurses with the satisfaction of the family of patients hospitalized in the Children's Intensive Room of Santosa Hospital.

Writer interested in studying the effects of internal control over employee performance in perennial Kiara Resto Ciater SPA Resort Subang West java, presumably caused by factors in the performance of employees who have not been implemented effectively.The porpose of this study was to determine how much influence the internal control on the performance of employees at Kiara Resto Ciater SPA Resort Subang West java lasting full earring. The author uses a quantitative approach to associative method. Samples used in perennial Kiara Resto Ciater SPA Resort Subang West java earring 41 people. Collection is done by using a questionnaire.Research results explain that the internal control variable turned out to be dominanted by the opinion that agreed to pay into a variable number that is equal to 44.1% majority, the answer that states could not agree by 42.4%, answer 11.5% undecided, and who answered disagree by 2.5%, while that answer strongly disagree none at all 0%. Employee performance variable turns in dominance by the opinion expressed by 47.2% agreed, stating srtongly agree 35.8%, hesitant answers 14.6%, the answers do not agree 2.4% and answered srongly disagree that the number 0%.while the magnitude of the effect if internal control over the performance of employees is 57% and the remeaning 43% in the estimate in influenced by other factors and not investigated further by the researched by other researchers as a benchmark for researched and developed again.Conclusions in this research namely that the prediction of the effect of internal control on employee performance is positive. That is to say, that internal control of an effect on employee performance.

The global halal industry is experiencing rapid growth, demanding strict logistics standards to ensure compliance with halal principles. This study explores collaboration strategies between logistics actors in increasing consumer confidence. With a qualitative approach and case studies on several halal logistics companies, this study finds that synergy between stakeholders, mutual certification, and the application of transparency and traceability-based technologies play a key role in strengthening consumer trust. The results of this study provide insight for the halal logistics industry in developing an effective collaboration model.

Global supply chains face various risks that can interfere with smooth operations and business efficiency. With increasing complexity and uncertainty, companies need to implement advanced technologies such as Big Data Analytics to manage and mitigate risks. This research aims to develop a predictive model based on Big Data Analytics that can improve the resilience of global supply chains through early detection and real-time risk mitigation. The research method involves collecting and analyzing historical data and applying machine learning algorithms to build prediction models. The results show that the use of big data-based predictive models can improve accuracy in identifying risks and accelerate strategic decision-making.
