Abstract

Anggota karang taruna RW 14 di desa Ciwaruga sebagian besar merupakan pekerja bangunan. Kadang, mereka dituntut untuk melakukan pekerjaan instalasi listrik. Karena tidak semua pekerja bangunan mengerti pekerjaan dan syarat-syarat instalasi listrik, maka mereka bekerja seadanya tanpa memperhatikan syarat-syarat dan keamanan instalasi listrik yang sebenarnya telah diatur pada PUIL 2011 (Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik 2011). Dari permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melakukan kegiatan bimbingan teknis untuk meningkatkan kompetensi anggota karang taruna RW14 desa Ciwaruga dalam Instalasi Listrik Bangunan Sederhana dan mengenalkan sertifikasi keahlian yang harus dimiliki oleh instalatur listrik apabila melakukan pekerjaan instalasi listrik. Metode pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis ini berupa pemberian test, materi dan evaluasi. Materi yang diberikan dalam kegiatan tersebut adalah; K3, Kelistrikan dan Pengukuran, Gambar Listrik dan Praktik Instalasi Listrik yang mengacu pada PUIL 2011. Kegiatan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil, ini terlihat dari hasil tes yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan bimbingan teknis diberikan. Saat diberikan pre-test, peserta tampak belum begitu memahami materi yang akandiberikan. Sedangkan setelah diberikan materi, dari hasil post-test yang diberikan terlihat banyak peserta yang memahami materi yang telah diberikan. Abstract

Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini berjudul Tinjauan Pemberian Informasi Meteorologi Terhadap Pelayanan Lalu Lintas Penerbangan di Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi Manado. Permasalahan yag diambil yaitu apakah Pemberian Informasi Meteorologi berjalan dengan baik terhadap Pelayanan Lalu Lintas Penerbangan di Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi Manado?. Dikarenakan terdapat keterlambatan pemberian informasi meteorologi sehingga hal tersebut perlu ditinjau ulang. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pemberian informasi meteorologi terhadap pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan di Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi, wawancara, kuisioner, studi kasus, dan studi pustaka. Dalam penulisan ini, penulis berpedoman pada Dokumen 9426, Dokumen 8896 , Annex 3, Annex 11, CASR part 170, CASR part 174. Hasil penelitian ini, perlu updatenya fasilitas penunjang seperti visibility chart untuk membantu personel ATC dalam pemberian angka visibility yang disampaikan melalui AWOS dengan kesimpulan yaitu perlu peninjauan LOCA terkait pemberian informasi meteorologi sehingga koordinasi tersebut dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien.

Abstract

Investigation is the activity of collecting, writing, editing, and publishing news that is investigative in nature, or a long and in-depth search of a case that is considered to have irregularities. In addition, the investigation is a search for confidential cases, and the agency responsible for carrying out the investigation is the NTSC (National Transportation Safety Committee). Based on the formulation of the problem, namely whether internal accident and incident investigations affect flight safety, which aims to determine whether or not an internal investigation has an effect on flight safety, especially by Air Traffic Controllers to transportation service users. The research method in this study the author uses qualitative descriptive research with literature and document studies as well as conducting interviews with several AirNav employees at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Makassar. The result of this research is that by carrying out investigation activities, it is possible to minimize all factors that can cause an airplane accident (accident / incident), from the results of observations and interviews, the implementation process of the investigation in Makassar is more or less going well, although it still requires a few changes to minimize an incident that occurs and can affect flight safety at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Makassar.

Abstract

UPNP Muara Bungo which has the status as a Business Entity within the State-Owned Enterprises provides Aerodrome Flight Information services. Activities organized by UPNP Muara Bungo are Air Traffic Services, Aeronautical Telecommunication Services, Aeronautical Information Services, Aeronautical Meteorological Services, and Search and Rescue. The problem studied in this final project is how the limited view of the pilotage area of ​​Aeronautical Communication Officer personnel affects the provision of Aerodrome Flight Information Service services. In this writing, the author is guided by Annex 11, ICAO 211, PP No. 77 of 2012, PER.028/LPPNPI/X/2017, RI Law No. 1 of 2009, CASR 170, SKEP/347/XII/1999, and PM 65 2017. The research method that the author uses is using observation, interviews with Perum LPPNPI Muara Bungo personnel and Perum LPPNPI Jambi Branch, documentation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative method and measurement using a Likert scale. This study obtained a Correlation Coefficient score of 0.2, which means that the results obtained do not produce a minus score, meaning that the relationship is positive, i.e. if the X variable increases, the Y variable also increases. So it can be concluded that there is a limited influence of the view of the area of ​​​​the pilotage of Aeronautical Communication Officer personnel on the provision of Aerodrome Flight Information Service services at Perum LPPNPI Muara Bungo.

Abstract

Letter of Coordination (LOCA) between Pangkalan Bun Approach, Banjarmasin Approach, and H.Asan Sampit Tower is a guidance for the implementation of coordination during flight operation in Pangkalan Bun and Banjarmasin Terminal Control Area (TMA). Formulation of the problems during this research are “Does LOCA between Pangkalan Bun APP, Banjarmasin APP,dan H.Asan Sampit TWR affect aviation safety on W15 Lamud route and Palangkaraya?”, and “Does it necessary to re- discuss the current LOCA to minimize potential conflicts that may occur?”. This research aimed to analyze, investigate, and to give the best solution for the application of current LOCA in order to provide smoothness in the provision of air traffic services in Pangkalan Bun and Banjarmasin TMA as well as the requirement for obtaining Associate Degree in diploma 3 Air Traffic Controller course. The research method in this study that author uses is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all air traffic Air Traffic Controller (ATC) personnel of PERUM LPPNPI Pangkalan Bun and Sampit Branch Assistant Offices and PERUM LPPNPI Banjarmasin Branch Office, the author's research sample used the entire population as a sample of 38 samples. The author's research variable is the independent variable (X) in the form of LOCA between Pangkalan Bun APP, Banjarmasin APP, and H.Asan Sampit TWR and the dependent variable (Y) in the form of aviation safety on W15 Lamud route and Palangkaraya. The results of research from field studies (observations), interviews, questionnaires, and the calculation of the Spearman correlation coefficient of 0,68 which means that there’s strong correlation between X and Y variable. Therefore, LOCA between Pangkalan Bun APP, Banjarmasin APP, and H.Asan Sampit TWR affects the aviation safety on W15 Lamud route and Palangkaraya.

Abstract

With the increasing demand for air transportation services, traffic and activities have also become increasingly crowded in the airspace and airport areas. People who live in the area around the airport certainly cannot avoid the noise that occurs in their area. For this reason airports need to pay attention to this matter, because the existence of an airport is expected to be able to provide positive synergy to the surrounding community and workers at the airport, by minimizing the impact that occurs due to noise. This study aims to ascertain whether the efforts made by the airport have fully met the standards in reducing the impact of flight activities at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan International Airport in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 13/MEN/X/2011. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitatively refers to the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 48/MENLH/11/1996 on Raw Noise Levels as well as Regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 13/MEN/X/2011 on Threshold Values for Noise. Data collection method using observation method, questionnaire and literature study. The result of this study is that the noise level that occurs has an influence of 68%. In addition, the comfort of work is also influenced by matters beyond research by 32%.

Abstract

The apron capacity at Batam's Hang Nadim International Airport is very limited. The increasing surge in passengers resulted in an increase in scheduled commercial flights. So that flight activity, especially in the apron, is getting denser. During peak hours, it can be indicated that the apron's capacity is unable to accommodate the annual increase in aircraft movements. This of course has a very significant impact, namely flight delays (flight delays) that occur almost every day, queues to land and take off which can cause losses to the airline so that it has an impact on the airport's On Time Performance (OTP). This can be shown by the increasing number of passenger movements and aircraft operated, which in turn will lead to a significant increase in the number of flight frequencies. The frequency of flights at Batam's Hang Nadim International Airport increases every year. This indicates the number of flight activities at the airport, starting from planes that will land and take off so that there are certain times that indicate peak hours.

Abstract

Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar as one of the airports that become the gateway of air transportation from eastern Indonesia to the west. The airport is experiencing an increase in passengers every year. When the author conducted the research during On Job Training at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, the author noticed that there was a queue of passengers during rush hour at Security Check Point 2. This is due to a limited line of inspection. As a passenger check center before boarding, Security Check Point 2 needs special handling or attention. So the author concluded the need for a review related to security checks at Security Check Point 2 that has a security impact on passengers. Methodology in use in this research is quantitative descriptive research method, namely by describing the current situation in the research object. Data obtained from live observation, library review, and kueisioner. The results of the research that has been done by the author prove that there is still the need for the addition of inspection lines and inspection equipment at Security Check Point 2 of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This is done so that there is no buildup of passengers on the inspection line and Avsec personnel can work to the maximum. Then it can smoothen and give a safe impression to passengers.

Abstract

Air cargo is all goods sent by air by airplane, often used by most people to send goods over long distances because of the speed factor in their delivery. The effect of a national pandemic which resulted in a decrease in the number of passengers and an increase in the number of air cargo and was not matched by the addition of personnel but there was efficiency with a reduction in personnel. This final project is based on research entitled "THE INFLUENCE OF TOTAL AIR CARGO ON THE PERFORMANCE OF CARGO PERSONNEL AT SULTAN HASANUDDIN MAKASSAR AIRPORT" to examine the problem of the effect of the amount of air cargo on the performance of cargo personnel at Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar airport. The formulation of the problem of this study is whether the amount of air cargo affects the performance of cargo personnel at Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar airport? The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the amount of air cargo on the performance of personnel handling cargo at Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport , by method used by the author in this research is descriptive and qualitative.

Abstract

Pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan danketerampilan siswa dalam rangka menyiapkan mereka ebagai tenaga kerja tingkat menengah. SekolahMenengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang mempunyai misi menyiapkantenaga kerja tingkat menengah yang mampu mengisi lapangan kerja dan berkualitas profesionaldiharapkan mampu berperan sebagai alat unggulan bagi industri-industri Indonesia dalammenghadapi persaingan global. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat iniadalah pelatihan langsung kepada siswa-siswi SMK Penerbangan kelas XI dalam bentuk praktiklangsung baik secara lisan maupun tertulis. Pelatihan penggunaan Bahasa Inggris ini berlangsungselama 2 hari penuh dan dilakukan dalam 3 tahap. 1. Pertama, pengenalan (introduction) yangkemudian dilanjutkan dengan paparan teori (theoretical review). 2. Kedua, penjelasan dan pemberiancontoh/model komunikasi Bahasa Inggris tentang penerbangan yang diikuti dengan kegiatan tanyajawab secara interaktif. 3. ketiga, siswa-siswi melaksanakan praktik secara berkelompok, role play,demonstrasi, dan simulasi sesuai arahan dari tim pengabdian Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabianmasyarakat ini adalah Untuk memberikan Value Added (nilai tambah) terkait kemampuan Bahasainggris siswa SMK Penerbangan1. Manfaat bagi peyelenggara pengabdian masyarakat “English is Fun”Manfaat bagi para dosen yakni dapat berkontribusi positip dalam proses peningkatan kemampuanBahasa inggris bagi para siswa SMK Penerbangan sehingga memiliki skill tambahan sebagai modalmemasuki dunia kerja 2.
