Jurnal ini terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu periode Januari-Juni dan Periode Juli sampai Desember. Jurnal NCSJ adalah Hasil Laporan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang asli dan belum pernah diterbitkan oleh Jurnal lain atau sedang dalam pertimbangan untuk diterbitkan oleh penerbit jurnal yang lain. Abstract

The coastal waters of Barrang Lompo Island have suffered severe damage to coral reefs so that the islanders no longer benefit from the existence of coral reef ecosystems. Based on these conditions, this program aimed to improve the conditions of coral reef ecosystems through the coral stock center, coral transplants, and the promotion of education-based tourism programs. The implementing method of the activity is through technical guidance, procurement of vertical artificial reef installations, procurement of the spider model coral transplantation, and promotion of marine tourism education programs through social media and websites. The results of the program impact analysis showed that the coral stock center supported the concept of marine education tourism where the interest of tourists to visit Barrang Lompo Island is increasing and gives a multiplier effect for partners, such as an increase the partnership, the economic conditions, increase in partner knowledge and competence related to coral reef ecosystems, and diving skills license.

Abstract

Tujuan yang diharapkan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah UMKM mampu memahami tentang dasar dan peraturan perpajakan pada UMKM agar pelaku usaha UMKM mampu memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya. Atas dasar permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra maka program PKM ini perlu dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang adanya PP No 23 tahun 2018 bagi UMKM yang memiliki Omzet di bawah Rp 4,8 miliar dalam setahun dengan Tarif 0,5% dan hanya berlaku selama 7 (tujuh) tahun untuk Orang Pribadi dan 3 tahun Untuk UMKM badan. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan ceramah. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan Tim PKM ini dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi telah mampu menambah wawasan, Motivasi dan pemahaman mengenai PPh Final UMKM kedepannya. Pelaku UMKM juga diharapkan untuk disiplin dan tepat waktu dalam pelaporan dan pembayaran dan sesuai dengan Standart yang berlaku.dan juga dengan adanya Insentif pajak UMKM selama Pandemi Covid 19, diharapkan Pelaku UMKM dapat menggunakan Insentif tersebut The expected goal of this community service is that UMKM are able to understand the basics and regulations of taxation on UMKM so that UMKM business actors are able to fulfill their tax obligations. On the basis of the problems that occur with partners, this PKM program needs to be carried out by providing socialization regarding the existence of PP No. 23 of 2018 for MSMEs that have a turnover of below Rp. 4.8 billion in a year with a 0.5% tariff and only valid for 7 (seven) years. for private person and 3 years for UMKM entities. The method used is discussion and lecture. The service activities carried out by the PKM Team with the lecture and discussion methods have been able to add insight, motivation and understanding about the UMKM Final PPh in the future. UMKM actors are also expected to be disciplined and timely in reporting and paying and in accordance with applicable standards. And also with the UMKM tax incentives during the Covid 19 Pandemic, UMKM actors are expected to be able to use these incentives.

Abstract

E- Commerce memberikan banyak keuntukan kepada konsumen dalam bentuk ketersediaan barang dengan biaya rendah, pilihan yang lebih luas dan menghemat waktu. E-Commerce melibatkan menjalankan bisnis dengan menggunakan alat komunikasi moderent. Penyuluhan Hukum ini di adakan kepada siswa SMA UMI Makassar yang rata–rata sering menggunakan aplikasi online di handphone nya dalam melakukan transaksi online, penyuluhan hukum ini mencoba untuk memberikan edukasi bagi siswa- siswa SMA UMI. Peluang yang muncul dapat memberikan kemudahan dan kepraktisan dalam berbelanja. Akan tetapi di balik kemudahan itu, juga muncul ancaman kerugian, wanprestasi serta penipuan dari pelaku usaha online. Oleh karena perlindungan konsumen sangat perlu di ciptakan tidak hanya dengan aturan hukum yang mengakomodir tetapi di dukung dengan kesadaran diri, untuk selektif dan hati – hati dalam melakukan transaksi online, pengabdian ini berbasis penerapan Undang- Undang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Undang= Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. E- Commerce provides consumers with a lot of appropriations in the form of availability of goods at low cost, a wider choice and saving time. E-Commerce involves running a business using modern communication tools. This Legal Counseling is held to students of UMI Makassar High School who on average often use online applications on their cellphones in making online transactions, this legal counseling tries to provide education for UMI High School students. The opportunities that arise can provide convenience and practicality in shopping. However, behind this convenience, there is also the threat of loss, default and fraud from online business actors. Therefore, consumer protection really needs to be created not only with the rule of law that accommodates but is supported by self-awareness, to be selective and careful in conducting online transactions, this service is based on the application of the Consumer Protection Law and the Electronic Information and Transaction Law

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan serta literasi pada masyarakat desa Bajiminasa Kecamatan gantarangkeke Kabupaten Bantaeng, yang melibatkan 3 orang Tim dosen ITB Nobel Indonesia. Diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta terdiri dari pelaku UMKM, Pemuda serta kelompok produktif. Selama 2 hari peserta dibekali berbagai materi dari narasumber berhasil meningkatkan kompetesi kewirausahan peserta kegiatan diukur berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pasca kegiatan Community service activities (PKM) were carried out in order to increase knowledge and literacy in the Bajiminasa village community, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency, which involved 3 ITN Nobel Indonesia lecturer teams. It was attended by 30 participants consisting of MSME actors, youth and productive groups. For 2 days, participants were provided with various materials from resource persons who succeeded in increasing the entrepreneurial competence of the participants, measured based on the results of the post-activity evaluation

Abstract

Desa Bonto Lempangan memiliki prospek untuk mengembangkan bisnis seperti budidaya ikan nila, sayur sayuran, dan Pemotongan ayam ras, akan tetapi pelaku UMKM belum mampu membuat perencanaan bisnis secara optimal, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini. Kami tim dosen STIE AMKOP Makassar bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Adapun metode pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan business plan. Perencanaan bisnis sangat diperlukan agar bisnis yang akan dilaksanakan atau usaha sedang berjalan tetap berada dijalur yang benar, dan mampu mengelola usahnya secara efesien dan efektif sehingga bisa mengasilkan keuntungan maksimal serta digunakan sebagai alat untuk mencari dana dari pihak ketiga Bonto Lempangan village has prospects for developing businesses such as tilapia cultivation, vegetables, and broiler slaughter, but MSME actors have not been able to make business plans optimally, therefore in this Community Service activity. Our team of lecturers at STIE AMKOP Makassar aims to provide knowledge and skills to develop their business. The implementation method is business plan training. Business planning is very necessary so that the business that will be carried out or the business is running remains on the right track, and is able to manage its business efficiently and effectively so that it can generate maximum profits and be used as a tool to seek funds from third parties.
