Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the variables of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Work Morale as measured by the population used in this study were 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that compensation and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on morale. Partial compensation has a significant effect on work morale. Physical work environment partially has a significant effect on morale.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of the Inpatient Services Accounting Information System in Supporting the Effectiveness of Internal Control of Hospital Revenue at the SMEC Medan Eye Hospital. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that the implementation of the Inpatient Services Accounting Information System has run smoothly, effectively and efficiently. SMEC Medan Eye Hospital has used a computerized system in all areas of its activities. Starting from patient reception to cash receipts. The use of a computerized system is followed by an application, namely SIM RS, to simplify all operational activities. And has a role in supporting internal control of Hospital revenue. This is proven by the faster data entry and payment processes at the cashier. This is supported by an adequate accounting information system and is proven by the system running well and smoothly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the process, obstacles, and solutions of career planning at PT XYZ. This research uses a qualitative method, namely by analyzing and interpreting the problems found in a narrative manner. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books and previous research journals related to the research. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that PT XYZ has implemented career planning for employees through assessment and career development once a year. In addition, there are also obstacles that occur in employee career planning, namely the lack of seriousness of employees in participating in career planning activities on the grounds that time clashes with deadlines for employee tasks. The solution carried out by PT XYZ is to continue to provide a mindset for them to be a good employee and organize a more effective employee career planning schedule.

Abstract

Profit sharing is the distribution of business results that have been carried out by the parties who entered into the agreement, namely the customer and the sharia bank. In this case, the results of the business carried out by both parties or one party will be divided according to the portion of each party entering into the contractual agreement. The distribution of business results in sharia banking is determined using the ratio. The ratio is a reward agreed upon by both parties in determining the profit sharing of the collaborative effort. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that uses numbers as a data source. In this research the author uses an associative approach. Associative research is research that uses two or more variables one with another variable. The reason researchers use associativity as a research method is because in this research there is a relationship between one variable and another variable with appropriate research indicators. Research shows that there is a positive influence between Profit Sharing on Income Growth. There is a positive influence between the exchange rate on income growth. There is a positive influence between Inflation on Income Growth. There is a positive influence between Profit Sharing, Exchange Rates and Inflation on Income Growth..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the Government's Internal Control System and Human Resource Competency on preventing cases of accounting fraud / fraud using the Fraud Hexagon Approach (Case Study of the North Sumatra Provincial Government). The research method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of government employees involved in internal control processes and accounting activities. The questionnaire measures the level of implementation of the government's internal control system, human resource competency, and cases of accounting fraud that occur. The Fraud Hexagon approach is used to analyze factors that influence fraud prevention. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample were 50 respondents and used a total saturated sampling technique. This research uses SPSS statistical tools. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis method. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Internal Control System has a positive and significant effect on preventing accounting fraud cases. Human Resource Competency has a positive and significant effect on preventing accounting fraud cases. And the F test shows that the Implementation of the Internal Control System and Human Resource Competency has a simultaneous and significant positive effect on the Prevention of Accounting Fraud Cases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy and the social environment on the financial behavior of FEBI students at UIN STS Jambi. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and the data analysis method used is the coefficient of determination test. The samples in this study were 96 samples of FEBI students at UIN STS Jambi class of 2019-2022. The results of the study show that partially, financial literacy has no effect on financial behavior and the social environment has a positive effect on financial behavior. Simultaneously, it shows that financial literacy and social environment variables have a significant effect on the financial behavior of FEBI students at UIN STS Jambi. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that financial literacy and social environment variables have an influence of 24.8% and the remaining 75.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of packaging design on perceived quality, packaging design on brand preference, perceived quality on product value, product value on brand preference and perceived quality on brand preference. The type of research used is quantitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the number of samples obtained based on criteria and data analysis techniques using SEM Amos. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through as many as 150 respondents. The results showed that packaging design had a significant positive effect on perceived quality on Ultra Milk consumers, packaging design had no effect on brand preferences on Ultra Milk consumers, perceived quality had a significant positive effect on perceived value on Ultra Milk consumers, perceived quality had a significant positive effect on brand preferences on consumers of Ultra Milk and perceived value has a significant positive effect on brand preference for consumers of Ultra Milk.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently changing the minds of customers or consumers in carrying out various transaction activities in the banking world, where customers prioritize aspects of convenience, flexibility, efficiency and simplicity. Mobile banking technology is a type of service provided by banks to their customers so that they can carry out their banking activities at any time without having to come to the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of benefits and convenience on the interest in using BSI Mobile in the community in Sungai Tering Village, Nipah Panjang District. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study consisted of 100 respondents. This research uses a random sampling technique, namely taking the population based on the area of the object of this research. The data analysis technique used to answer all the problem formulations uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of the t test show that the benefits variable has a tcount value of 1.870 > ttable 1.660 Then H1 is accepted, the convenience variable has a tcount value of 5.676 > ttable 1.660 then H2 is accepted, and the R2 test is 0.678, this means that the interest variable can be explained by the perception variable convenience, benefits and safety. The t test results of the variable that is very influential in using mobile banking, namely the convenience variable, has a t value of 5.676.

Abstract

This article is a literature review study. Research using this literature review study is research where all information is obtained from journal articles and books. The results of this literature review research show that there are several challenges, strategies, obstacles and approaches to conflict resolution. The challenges of global conflict resolution are cultural and linguistic differences, as well as economic and religious differences. The strategy in conflict itself is commitment and negotiation, misunderstanding, as well as strong and neutral strategies. The obstacles experienced in its implementation are differences in opinion, culture and management. There is also dissatisfaction when conflict resolution is implemented. There is a conflict resolution approach.

Abstract

The background of this research is the decline and fluctuation in each research variable, especially the company value variable which has decreased drastically from the previous year. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2016-2021. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data collection methods. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The samples used in this study were 11 companies taken by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the variable liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the leverage and profitability variables have a positive and significant effect on firm value. This study also shows that together the variables Liquidity, Leverage and Profitability have a joint effect on company value in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2016-2021.
