Abstract

Background : Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD) is the process of placing a newborn on the mother's chest or stomach so that the baby can naturally find its own source of breast milk or breast milk and start breastfeeding. The baby will get immunity. IMD is beneficial for mothers because it can help speed up the postpartum recovery process Research purposes : To find out the relationship between parity, type of delivery and the age of the mother to the provision of early breastfeeding initiation (IMD) at the Lemahduhur Health Center in 2022 Research methods : The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study is168 mothers giving birth. The sample in this study were 63 mothers giving birth using the accidental sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. Research result : The distribution of the frequency of parity descriptions of mothers giving birth at the Lemahduhur Health Center in 2022 is partly 1-4 times as many as 45 people (71.4%). The distribution of the frequency of descriptions of the types of maternal deliveries at the Lemahduhur Health Center in 2022 is mostly normal, with 41 people (65.1%). The frequency distribution of the description of the age of mothers giving birth at the Lemahduhur Health Center in 2022 is mostly 20-40 years, with 36 people (57.1%). The distribution of the frequency of giving Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) at the Lemahduhur Health Center in 2022 is mostly yes, as many as 42 people (66.7%). Conclusion : Can be concluded thatthere isthe relationship between parity, type of delivery and the age of the mother to the provision of early breastfeeding initiation (IMD) at the Lemahduhur Health Center in 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Reward and Communication on Employee Work Productivity at SPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were employees of the SPBE operator PT. Buana Energi Raya partners are 45 people. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the research show that Rewards and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at PPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Rewards partially have a significant effect on employee work productivity at SPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the variables of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Work Morale as measured by the population used in this study were 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that compensation and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on morale. Partial compensation has a significant effect on work morale. Physical work environment partially has a significant effect on morale.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and employee commitment on the performance of civil servants at the village office in Cipedes sub-district, Tasikmalaya city. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 41 respondents from civil servants at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Leadership Style and Employee Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance in Civil Servants at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on Civil Servant Performance. Employee Commitment partially has a significant effect on Civil Servant Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Puspahiang. The method used in this research is cuntitative through a survey approach. In this study, the sample taken was the entire population of teachers at SMPN 2 PUSPAHIANG, the population of which was 42 teachers. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the research show that the Leadership Style obtained from the Teachers of SMPN 2 Puspahiang has good criteria. Work Motivation for SMPN 2 Puspahiang Teacher products has good assessment criteria, Teacher Performance for SMPN 2 Puspahiang Teachers has good assessment criteria. Together Leadership Style and work motivation have a significant influence on Teacher Performance. Partially Leadership Style has a significant influence on Teacher Performance. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Somethink Coffe. Pengaruh brand image dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian Somethink Coffe. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian 100 orang konsumen Somethink Coffe di Kota Tasikmalaya. Penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian brand image berklasifikasi baik, kualitas pelayanan berklasifikasi sangat baik dan keputusan pembelian berklasifikasi baik. Hasil uji menunjukan bahwa brand image dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand image secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Brand Image, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Persepsi Harga Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Minat Beli Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek Crystalin (Survei Pada Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantiatif, data diperoleh langsung melalui kuesioner yang disebar pada 100 responden yang merupakan Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya yang membeli Air Minum dalam Kemasan merek Crystalin. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Persepsi Harga Dan Citra Merek secara simultan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya. Persepsi Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya, dan Citra Merek secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and communication organization on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. The method used is a case study, data obtained through questionnaires to members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. Withdrawal of samples using random sampling technique, using the Slovin formula and the method of analysis used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that career development, organizational communication and performance are included in the Very Good classification. Simultaneously career development and organizational communication have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. Partially, career development and organizational communication variables have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: iEmesis igravidarum imerupakan ikeluhan iumum ipada itrimester ipertama ikehamilan. iJika itidak iditangani, ikondisi iini idapat iberdampak inegatif iterhadap ikesehatan iibu idan ijanin. iEssential ioil ijahe idiketahui imemiliki ikandungan igingerol idan ishogaol iyang iberfungsi isebagai iantiemetik. iPenggunaan idalam ibentuk iroll-on idianggap ipraktis idan iefektif. Tujuan: iMengetahui iefektivitas ipemberian iessential ioil ijahe idalam ibentuk iroll-on iterhadap ipenurunan ifrekuensi imual imuntah ipada iibu ihamil. Metode: iPenelitian iini imenggunakan idesain ipre-eksperimen idengan ipendekatan ione igroup ipretest-posttest. iJumlah isampel isebanyak i20 iibu ihamil iyang imengalami imual imuntah. iSkor imual imuntah idiukur imenggunakan iinstrumen iPUQE-24 isebelum idan isesudah iintervensi iselama i5 ihari. Hasil: iSebelum iintervensi, isebagian ibesar iresponden i(45%) imemiliki iskor iPUQE isebesar i13 i(kategori iberat). iSetelah iintervensi, i55% iresponden imemiliki iskor iPUQE isebesar i3, i40% imemiliki iskor i2, idan i5% ihanya imengalami iskor i1 i(kategori iringan ihingga itidak iada imual imuntah). iUji iWilcoxon imenunjukkan inilai iZ i= i-3,955 idan ip i= i0,000 i(p i< i0,05), iyang iberarti iterdapat iperbedaan iyang isignifikan isecara istatistik iantara isebelum idan isesudah iintervensi. Kesimpulan: iPemberian iessential ioil ijahe idalam ibentuk iroll-on iterbukti iefektif imenurunkan ifrekuensi imual imuntah ipada iibu ihamil, isehingga idapat idijadikan iterapi inon-farmakologis iyang iaman idan ipraktis.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membentuk usaha sablon di lingkungan pesantren sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan santri serta mendukung kemandirian ekonomi pesantren. Program ini melibatkan beberapa tahap, dimulai dari survei kebutuhan, pelatihan keterampilan sablon manual, hingga pendirian unit usaha sablon yang dikelola oleh santri. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 10 orang santri yang terdiri dari 5 orang santriwan dan 5 orang santriwati, lalu dibentuk menjadi 2 kelompok usaha. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam bentuk sesi teori dan praktik, yang mencakup teknik sablon dasar, manajemen usaha, dan pemasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para santri berhasil menguasai keterampilan sablon dan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk sablon baik di lingkungan internal maupun lingkungan eksternal pesantren sehingga menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan bagi pesantren Sabilul Huda Tasikmalaya.
