Abstract

The use of QRIS in the payment system used by halal MSMEs, there are still many limitations and problems that often arise, so in this case, researchers try to construct the Technology Acceptance Model theory, and Theory of Planned Behaviour, which aims to see the extent of its influence on the intensity of halal MSMEs in using QRIS. This research is quantitative research, with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The object of research is Halal MSMEs in the city of Medan. The questionnaire distribution uses two methods, namely online and offline. As for what is obtained, the X1 variable (Technology Acceptance Model) has a non-significant effect on variable Y (MSME intensity using QRIS) is 1.476 or 14.76%. Then the X2 variable (Theory of Planned Behavior) has a significant effect on Y (Intensity of halal MSMEs using QRIS) is 7,245 or 72.45%.

Abstract

The increasing competition in the Indonesian Islamic banking industry has encouraged many Islamic banks to improve the quality of service to customers by utilizing the rapid development of information technology. The study aims to analyze the competition in Mobile Banking Service Quality that occurs at Bank BSI and Bank Muamalat. This study uses an associative-comparative research type with a quantitative approach. The data source used for this study is primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with the number of samples was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from the current study indicate that the service quality of mobile banking has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank BSI and Bank Muamalat. There is a difference in the quality of mobile banking services towards customer satisfaction between Bank BSI and Bank Muamalat with respective values ​​of 62.07 (62%) and 38.39 (38%). This shows that the quality of Bank BSI's mobile banking services is higher in customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment in the influence of Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning on Organizational Performance at Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten. By using a quantitative approach and collecting data from 161 respondents through a questionnaire survey, the results showed that the three variables have a significant influence on employee performance. This finding confirms the importance of these factors in improving overall organizational performance. Although this study has limitations in terms of limited sample size and data collection methods that may lead to bias, the implications of this study provide valuable insights for the development of organizational strategies in the public sector. It is recommended that future research expand the sample size, involve more regional divisions, and consider other factors that could potentially affect organizational performance. Longitudinal research may also provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between the variables studied.

Abstract

Internal audit is an important factor in implementing risk management and Good Corporate Governance. This research aims to find out how big the role of internal audit is in Risk Management and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). This research was conducted at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen. The subjects of this research are the head of the internal audit division, audit staff, risk management staff, and compliance staff. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach which aims to provide a clear picture of the object under study based on primary data obtained through interviews and asking closed questions to the relevant officials. The results of the research conducted show the role of Internal Audit in Risk Management and Good Corporate Governance at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen. Internal audit has carried out its duties well by carrying out comprehensive supervision of company parts following SOPs but still requires improvement in the quality and quantity of human resources. PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen has implemented GCG principles well in accordance with GCG principles.

Abstract

The characteristic that is visible now is that the mosque functions only as a place for prostration and not for other worship activities. Management efforts to improve the welfare of mosques can be carried out by increasing religious activities by implementing systematic and organized mosque management, awareness, and activities over a longer period. The urgency of this research is that many mosque managers in the current era do not have leadership skills and abilities. On that basis, researchers want to see how the management of the at-Taqwa Kutacane mosque is managed, where the mosque is under the auspices of the government. This research is field research located at the at-Taqwa Kutacane mosque. Collecting data and information through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Milles and Huberman qualitative model. The results of this research found that the implementation of the management of the at-Taqwa mosque has been carried out well. One of the managements carried out by the mosque imamate to increase the congregation's religious knowledge is by creating 4 programs, namely: Planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising programs. The management of the imamate of the at-Taqwa mosque is very good because the efforts made by the imamate management to increase religious knowledge are very rarely found in other mosques. On that basis, this management is very appropriate to be implemented in other mosques to provide comfort for the congregation.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of celebrity endorsers and brand image on Erigo's purchasing decisions in the city of Surabaya. In this case, celebrity endorsers and brand image are considered important in increasing purchasing decisions for a product. This research uses a qualitative method using a questionnaire which is used to collect data and the population in this research is the people of Surabaya who have purchased Erigo products with a sample of 90 respondents. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Celebrity endorsers have the most influential indicator, namely power, and brand image has the most influential indicator, product image. The research results show that celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Erigo products in the city of Surabaya as well as the brand image has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Erigo products in the city of Surabaya. These findings show that there is a relationship that mutually influences celebrity endorsers, brand image, and Erigo purchasing decisions in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and understand how Brand Ambassadors and content marketing affect consumer purchasing decisions to buy Ultra Milk milk. In the current era, many companies use K-pop Brand Ambassadors and content marketing to promote their products on social media platforms, one of which is Instagram. It is hoped that this research will be useful as a reference in future research. The method used in this study uses SEM techniques with a quantitative approach and purposive sampling method using a Likert scale. The results showed that the Brand Ambassador variable did not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. In contrast to the content marketing variable which has a significant influence. The implication of the results of this study is the importance of companies in optimising the role of Brand Ambassadors in marketing Ultra Milk milk products and maintaining and developing Content Marketing strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau Tanjung Perak Surabaya staff' performance and their job experience and discipline. The research methodology employed in this study is associative analysis in quantitative research. Saturated sampling procedures were used in this study, which included 46 employees of the PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau Tanjung Perak Surabaya as the population and sample. The analysis procedure makes use of the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique. Work experience and work discipline have an impact on employee performance at the main branch of PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau Tanjung Perak Surabaya. So that the company can grow, it is intended that this involvement would have a favorable effect on employee performance in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Generation Z in Surabaya is influenced by the perception of ease of use of the Shopeepay digital wallet and the promotion of cashback vouchers to their interest in using it. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Since the size of the population cannot be determined with certainty, the method of sample selection is based on the guidelines for measuring the sample by specifying parameters. 96 respondents who are Generation Z and ShopeePay digital wallet users in the city of Surabaya were given a questionnaire as part of the data collection process. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance is then used to analyze the data obtained. Partial Least Square (PLS SEM) software is used in this technique, which is also referred to as the alternative SEM method. The results of this study show that generation Z in the city of Surabaya is significantly more interested in using the ShopeePay digital wallet because it is considered easy to use and offers cashback vouchers."

Abstract

This research endeavor focuses on to examine the impact of Price Perceptions and Service Quality on Purchase Interest for Biznet Home Internet services in Kediri City. The research targets Biznet Home wifi users in the area, with a sample of 104 respondents selected based on Ghozali's formula. Data were gathered through Google Forms and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) techniques. The analysis shows that in terms of Price Perception, the most significant factor is the wide variation in prices offered for Biznet Home Internet services according to the quality provided (X1.2). Meanwhile, in the Service Quality variable, the most prominent factor is the responsiveness of Biznet Home Internet officers in handling service problems faced by consumers (X2.2). These findings highlight the key elements in Price Perception and Service Quality that most significantly influence customer purchase interest.
