Abstract

Abstract : In the western, is still evolving paradigm that discredit Islam to curb the freedom of women and demeaning position. Consequently, there is a movement for "gender equality". This movement is growing and becoming a trend in various parts of the world to provide "gender equality" between men and women in every life. Abstrak : Di dunia barat, masih berkembang paradigma yang mendiskreditkan  ajaran Islam dengan mengekang kebebasan wanita dan merendahkan kedudukannya. Muncullah suatu gerakan yang memperjuangkan "kesetaraan Gender". Gerakan ini berkembang dan menjadi suatu trend di berbagai belahan penjuru dunia untuk memberikan "kesetaraan Gender" antara laki-laki dan wanita dalam setiap kehidupan.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a Critical Literacy model for Management Economics department’s Students of economics and business faculty of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur in Arranging Final Project to Avoid Plagiarism. The research method uses a qualitative and quantitative approach which is applied research with case studies. The research’s location is in Management Economics department’s Students of economics and business faculty of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur. The data sources are students, lecturers and administrative staff in Management Economics department. Primary data are questionnaire results and data from interviews. Secondary data are from documents, observation data, and media. The implementation of data collection in the field is regulated through the following strategies, (a) the determination of informants by purposive sampling (for key informants) and snow ball for informant development, (b) interviewing informants, (c) taking notes, (d) asking descriptive and structural question, 5) conducting interview analysis, (e) making domain analysis, (f) finding themes according to the research problem, (g) surveying to students. The research checks the data validity by using data source triangulation techniques. The research conclusions are formulated a critical literacy model that can be applied by economics management study program Management Economics department’s students in preparing Final Project to avoid plagiarism; 1) students prepare topics; 2) students look for references that are relevant to the topic; 3) students start to compile scientific papers (Final assignment) with the correct paraphrasing, quotation, and citation/bibliography techniques; 4) check plagiarism; 5) Similarity tolerance with maximum of 30%; and 6) Final assignment avoids plagiarism.

Abstract

his study intends to understand how the impact of website quality and customer trust on purchase intentiom at Tokopedia e-commerce in Surabaya. The technique of this research is quantitative by using a sample of 105 answers which are determined based on a sampling technique based on guidelines according to Cochran. The population taken is Surabaya residents who have visited the Tokopedia website. The sample used was taken through purposive sampling. Sampling uses informants who have visited the Tokopedia online store at least once. The information used in the research is primary and secondary information. The method of analysis applied to this research is (PLS) with Validity Test, Reliability Test and Hypothesis Test. The results prove that Website Quality has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. Customer trust has a significant positive impact on purchase intention. Keywords: Consumer Trust; Purchase Intention; Website Quality.

Abstract

Competition in the industrial world that is increasingly developing makes companies vying to optimally increase their resources. As well as social changes in Indonesian society towards perusahaan berjuang untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya mereka sementara dunia teknologi dan informasi maju dengan sangat cepat. Bisnis dapat menggunakan segmentasi pasar sebagai salah satu teknik pemasarannya. Dengan penelitian ini, it analyzes related to iPhone smartphone products, which are well-known brands throughout the world so that they are familiar to consumers' minds, but the market share of these brands has decreased. This research was conducted to examine evaluated the external and internal models with Smart PLS 4.0 software to determine the impact of lifestyle, brand image, and product quality on iPhone purchase intentions through the use of Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The method used to collect data is known as proportional stratified random sampling. Respondents were 90 samples of economics and business faculties who know iPhone products. Abstract

This research, conducted as a quantitative study, aims to establish the influence of locus of control (LOC) and computer skills on the acceptance of information technology. The primary data for this study was collected through the distribution of questionnaires among students at Universities A and B in Surabaya. The respondents were students enrolled in Computer Applications and Accounting Information Systems courses. Seventy-eight questionnaires were processed, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The test findings indicate that LOC does not significantly influence the acceptance of information technology, while computer skills do. These results highlight the necessity of incorporating computer and information technology-related material in the curriculum, particularly in the current digital era. ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh locus of control (LOC) dan keahlian computer terhadap penerimaan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada mahasiswa di Universitas A dan B yang ada di Surabaya. Mahasiswa yang dijadikan responden adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah Aplikasi Komputer dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Kuesioner yang dapat diolah sebanyak 78 kuesioner. Pengujian dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa LOC tidak memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi informasi, sedangkan keahlian computer memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi informasi. Hasil ini mengimplikasikan bahwa pembelajaran dengan materi yang berhubungan dengan komputer dan teknologi informasi sangat diperlukan mahasiswa, khususnya dalam era digital saat ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Generation Z in Surabaya is influenced by the perception of ease of use of the Shopeepay digital wallet and the promotion of cashback vouchers to their interest in using it. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Since the size of the population cannot be determined with certainty, the method of sample selection is based on the guidelines for measuring the sample by specifying parameters. 96 respondents who are Generation Z and ShopeePay digital wallet users in the city of Surabaya were given a questionnaire as part of the data collection process. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance is then used to analyze the data obtained. Partial Least Square (PLS SEM) software is used in this technique, which is also referred to as the alternative SEM method. The results of this study show that generation Z in the city of Surabaya is significantly more interested in using the ShopeePay digital wallet because it is considered easy to use and offers cashback vouchers."

Abstract

This research endeavor focuses on to examine the impact of Price Perceptions and Service Quality on Purchase Interest for Biznet Home Internet services in Kediri City. The research targets Biznet Home wifi users in the area, with a sample of 104 respondents selected based on Ghozali's formula. Data were gathered through Google Forms and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) techniques. The analysis shows that in terms of Price Perception, the most significant factor is the wide variation in prices offered for Biznet Home Internet services according to the quality provided (X1.2). Meanwhile, in the Service Quality variable, the most prominent factor is the responsiveness of Biznet Home Internet officers in handling service problems faced by consumers (X2.2). These findings highlight the key elements in Price Perception and Service Quality that most significantly influence customer purchase interest.

Abstract

Morning Briefing is a short meeting held routinely in the morning before starting the workday, where all employees of PT Agrodana Futures Surabaya gather to discuss the day's work plans and share important information from the previous day, such as the results of fundamental and technical analysis, as well as news on global trade. PT Agrodana Futures Surabaya conducts morning briefings with the aim of ensuring that all employees are well-prepared before meeting prospective clients and to evaluate the work completed on previous days. Additionally, boosting employee motivation at the end of each session is another key benefit of the morning briefing. The company's operations are significantly impacted by the outcomes of the morning briefing held each day, as a company can operate effectively and efficiently when its employees are highly motivated.

Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly examine the role of global marketing strategies and digital retail management in enhancing customer satisfaction at PT Agrodana Futures. In the context of a rapidly evolving financial services industry, marked by intense global competition, companies are required to integrate cross-border marketing approaches with efficient, technology-based service systems that are responsive to the needs of modern customers. This research focuses on how the synergy between global marketing strategies and digital service transformation can generate added value, improve interaction quality, and increase overall customer satisfaction. The research employs a descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques including direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. These techniques were chosen to gather in-depth contextual information from both internal company operations and the real experiences of customers and management involved in the marketing and service delivery process. The core of the study explores how the integration of cross-national marketing initiatives with digital service systems affects customer perception, enhances information accessibility, and strengthens long-term customer relationships. The findings reveal that adaptive global marketing strategies, when combined with responsive and digitally integrated service management, have a positive and significant impact on customer perception, service convenience, and satisfaction levels. These results underscore the importance of aligning strategic marketing with efficient customer service systems as a foundation for building sustainable customer loyalty. This research is expected to provide both conceptual and practical insights for financial service providers in designing relevant, innovative, and customer-oriented strategies in today’s digital and globalized landscape
