Service quality and product quality are the most important components in measuring student satisfaction and loyalty, especially for those who are attending education in the field of courses and training. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction at the Intermedia Computer Training and Training Center Rantauprapat Institute. This study uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and this study uses path analysis which will discuss the direct or indirect effects or effects of the intermediary independent variables and the dependent which became the causal hypothesis of the effect on variables with the help of the SPSS version 26 software program for Windows. The results indicate that there is a significant influence between service quality and product quality on satisfaction. But there is no significant effect on the quality of service through student satisfaction on student loyalty. Furthermore, product quality through student satisfaction has a significant and significant effect on student loyalty. And also, the influence has been given to student satisfaction so that there is loyalty given. Due to the results of this study the variable of service quality on loyalty is weak, therefore it is better for the Rantauprapa Intermedia Training Center Course Institute to provide improvements in service quality and be more selective in determining appropriate services and products.

From the hypothesis determined, there is no research conducted to determine whether WFH, IT, and WLB together can affect work productivity through WLB. Therefore, future research especially quantitative research needs to be conducted to prove the theory.

“A dollar today is worth more than a dollar tomorrow because a dollar today can be invested to get a return”. This sentence has made the function of money which was originally a medium of any transactions turned into commodities for getting any returns. By TVM, productivity and efficiency in investment and business can be measured. However, TVM on the Islamic viewpoint is closely related to interest. The objection of this study is to analyze critically the concept of the time value of money and its relation to interest, as well as the solution that has been offered. This paper is qualitative research with a literature approach based on primary data. The deductive method is used for collecting any data related to the topic of research, while the inductive method is used to describe the findings from primary data. The results of this study indicate that there are several rationalities for implementing TVM in the financial system including time preference, interest, risk bearing, uncertainty, and inflation that arise in society. The implication is, that any rationality that arises from the implementation of TVM must be followed by economic activities that occur in society. In this case, the economic value of time plays a role in separating natural certainty contracts and natural uncertainty contracts. This separation ultimately has implications for the elimination of gharar and interest in contracts.

In "Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional 2015-2019," which is regarded as a vital monetary sector, one of Indonesia's national development goals is the agricultural sector. One indicator of the success of agricultural development is the degree of farmer welfare, typically determined by the Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP). By comparing the quantity of NTP in each subsector and the implementation of the farming engagement activities, this article compares the level of farmer welfare in two farming sub-sectors, specifically estate crops and horticultural crops. The secondary data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) from 2015 to 2021 were divided into two periods before and during pandemic COVID 19 (2015–2019 and 2020–2021), and the descriptive data on the farmer involvement activities with the sample point at Belitung Island. The data were analyzed with SPSS version 25 through Eta correlation analysis. The investigation revealed that horticultural crops and the NTP estate changed, with the NTP of horticultural plants being the most stable. Meanwhile, the horticulture and NTP estate crops tended to decrease and become less stable during pandemic COVID 19. We concluded that the agriculture industry was sustainable, particularly SME horticultural and estate crops. For a sustainable farming option, we advise employing marginal land for short crops using organic compost and reusing agriculture waste for bioorganic fertilizer.

Today’s business world has experienced rapid development. There is intense competition among fellow companies. The management system can work as a tool to improve company performance by measuring its employees’ performance. A performance measuring system is required to improve business performance. It will later function as an information provider that can be a reference for managers in making correct decisions for the company’s progress in general. This study focuses on garment companies using SEM PLS data analysis techniques, producing different results. It uses a quantitative descriptive method. It looks at the company’s performance measurement only from a financial point of view. The result showed that there is a significant beneficial impact between the TQM, employee productive behavior on company performance, and TQM on employee productive behavior. However, there is no effect of the reward system on the company’s performance. The productive behavior of employees can mediate the reward system based on company performance. Performance measurement systems can be mediated by productive employee behavior upon company performance. Employees that engage in productive behavior can mediate TQM on mediated company performance. The suggestion of the result of this research is the company can consider these research results to develop their company performance to achieve their goal. Therefore, the researchers also suggest that others conduct further research using a different method and variables that have not been studied in this study.
