Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image and Perceived Security on QRIS User Loyalty with Perceived Risk as an intervening variable among students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak. The study uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The research population is students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak who use QRIS on the Dana e-wallet, with a sample of 100 respondents determined through purposive sampling according to the criteria of Dana usage and the intensity of QRIS transactions. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, while secondary data were sourced from official publications related to QRIS development. Data analysis used PLS-SEM with SmartPLS through evaluation of the outer model (convergent validity, discriminant validity, AVE, and reliability) and the inner model (R-square, F-square, and SRMR), accompanied by hypothesis testing through direct effect and indirect effect (bootstrapping). The results show that all constructs meet the validity and reliability criteria. The model has a good fit with SRMR = 0.064 and the model’s explanatory ability is in the moderate category (R² loyalty = 0.639; R² perceived risk = 0.564). Structurally, Brand Image has a significant positive effect on Loyalty (t = 4.280; p = 0.000), while Perceived Security is not significant on Loyalty (p = 0.183). Perceived Risk has a significant negative effect on Loyalty (t = 2.246; p = 0.025), but Brand Image and Perceived Security are not significant on Perceived Risk. In addition, Perceived Risk does not mediate the effect of Brand Image or Perceived Security on QRIS user loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Warung Makan Popina. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, with the research population including all customers who had visited and made purchases at Warung Makan Popina. The number of respondents used in this study was 100 consumers who met the predetermined criteria. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 3 software. Model testing included evaluation of the outer model consisting of convergent validity testing, discriminant validity testing, Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values, and reliability testing. Furthermore, the inner model evaluation was conducted through testing the R-Square value, direct effects, and indirect effects. The results showed that product quality and price directly affect customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction and price were proven to have a direct effect on customer loyalty. However, other direct testing results indicated that product quality does not have a direct effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, based on the results of indirect testing, product quality and price affect customer loyalty through the mediating role of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Fraud remains a critical issue in public sector organizations, undermining accountability, transparency, and public trust in government institutions. Strengthening internal control systems and implementing Good Government Governance are widely regarded as essential strategies for preventing fraudulent practices. This study aims to examine the effect of internal control and Good Government Governance on fraud prevention in the public sector. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency, Indonesia. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption testing. The findings indicate that internal control has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, demonstrating its role in minimizing opportunities for fraud through effective supervision and control mechanisms. In addition, Good Government Governance positively influences fraud prevention by promoting transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct within public institutions. These results confirm that the integration of robust internal control systems and sound governance practices is crucial for enhancing fraud prevention efforts. This study contributes to the public sector fraud prevention literature by providing empirical evidence that reinforces the importance of governance and control mechanisms in strengthening integrity and reducing fraud risks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use and perceived value on user loyalty with user satisfaction as a mediating variable in the use of the DANA e-wallet in Singkawang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The research population includes all DANA e-wallet users domiciled in Singkawang City, with a sample of 100 respondents determined through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3 software. Model testing includes evaluation of the outer model and inner model, which includes convergent and discriminant validity tests, the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) value, and reliability testing. Meanwhile, inner model testing was carried out through analysis of R-square values, direct effects, and indirect effects. The results show that ease of use and perceived value are able to explain the variability of user satisfaction by 73.0%, while the remaining 27.0% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Furthermore, based on the R-square value of the user loyalty variable, it is known that the combination of ease of use, perceived value, and user satisfaction contributes 55.1%, while the other 44.9% is influenced by other variables not examined. The direct effect test results show that ease of use and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction, ease of use, and perceived value have a direct effect on user loyalty. In addition, the results of the indirect effect test prove that user satisfaction acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between ease of use and perceived value on the loyalty of users of the DANA e-wallet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of experiential marketing and product on repurchase intention, both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Azuraya Vapor Store Ampera in Pontianak City. The study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling, with criteria of consumers aged at least 21 years and having made purchases at least twice. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that experiential marketing and product have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is also proven to have a positive effect on repurchase intention. However, experiential marketing does not have a direct effect on repurchase intention, but rather has an indirect effect through customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product affects repurchase intention both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction. These findings confirm that customer satisfaction is a key factor in converting experience and product quality into repurchase intention in vape retail.
