Abstract

Data strategy is an important point for a company in the era of digitalization because it can be used as the main source for increasing a company's competitive advantage, which will ultimately improve the company's performance. This research aims to see the influence of data strategy on competitive advantage and company performance. Data strategies here are divided into two, namely defensive data strategies and offensive data strategies. The research was conducted with a survey of 202 respondents from EPC companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) the research results found that defensive data strategies and offensive data strategies influence competitive advantage but not Company Performance. The results also explain that data strategy does not mediate the relationship between offensive and defensive data strategies with competitive advantage and company performance. This research provides implications for company policy in formulating strategies by considering the position of defensive data strategies and offensive data strategies because they can directly and positively influence competitive advantage. Practically, the implications of the results of this research can help EPC companies in designing data policies or strategies and using them as a competitive advantage.

Abstract

Recent demographic changes have seen an increase in dual-income households, with partners working for financial stability but often sacrificing their role in the household. This suggests the need for greater support from organizations in the modern family structure. As an institution that audits the financial statements of public institutions in Indonesia, the quality of BPK-RI audits has a direct impact on the accountability and transparency of state finances. BPK-RI auditors face significant challenges, such as balancing workloads with family responsibilities and high levels of stress that can potentially interfere with employee performance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of work-family conflict and job stress on auditor performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the study at BPK-RI West Sumatra. This study used primary data from filling out questionnaires, which were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that work-family conflict had a positive and significant effect on performance, and job satisfaction could be a mediating variable in the relationship between work-family conflict and performance. Conversely, job stress did not affect performance and job satisfaction could not be a mediating variable in the relationship between work-family conflict and performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the buyer-supplier relationship, supply chain quality, and corporate social responsibility on supplier performance, as well as how supplier performance influences operational performance. This study employs a Conclusive Design with a Cross-Sectional Design type. Data is collected through Multiple Cross-Sectional methods, where data is taken one time from one group of respondents in stages. A non-probability sampling technique was applied because not all members of the population could become samples. The results of the research indicate that there is a positive influence of the buyer-supplier relationship and corporate social responsibility on supplier performance. Additionally, there is a positive influence of the buyer-supplier relationship, corporate social responsibility, and supplier performance on operational performance. However, no positive influence of supply chain quality on supplier performance or operational performance was found.

The participants in this study were residents of Tangerang City who used the Shopee application and made purchases at least twice a month. In determining the number of samples, researchers used the Lemeshow formula by getting 96 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the data analysis tool in this study, namely, Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS), and the type of research used is Quantitative. After the data was analyzed, this study found that the twin date event variable had a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions and ease of use access also had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce. And with the results of the simultaneous coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.940, which means that 94% of purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce are influenced by twin date events and ease of access to use, while the remaining 6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Increasing technological progress in the world has helped people's activities, including upgrades related to technological adaptation. The reach and ease of digital accessibility is the result of adopting the latest technology. One of the activities in the world that applies digitalization is the buying and selling process, including PBJ (Procurement of Goods/Services) carried out by government agencies. This activity is regularly carried out, one of which is spending using BOSP (School Operational Assistance) funds at each state school, carried out using the SIPLah (System Information Procurement in Schools). The use of SIPLah was determined based on the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 14 of 2020 to safeguard the use of BOSP Funds. In line with its implementation, research efforts are needed regarding how good SIPLah technology is, so that it can be accepted by the BOSP Treasurer of each school as the main user. Among the latest research models that can be applied to determine the level of technological adaptation so that the BOSP Treasurer is willing to adopt SIPLah is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The research in this model consisted of four independent variables (Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions) used to test their influence on behavioral intentions and their consequences on use behavior. The research method used was a descriptive analysis of respondent responses and verification to determine the influence of all variables through path coefficients using census data. The respondents involved in the research were 57 treasurers of BOSP in the Bandung and Cimahi City areas, under the auspices of Cadisdikwil VII West Java. The results of the study concluded that the four independent variables influence behavioral intentions and have implications for use behavior. Suggestions based on the research results can be used by the Ministry of Education and Culture to improve SIPLah to make it more adaptive so that all transactions carried out by the BOSP Treasurer can use SIPLah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of digitalization in the supply chain on different elements of supply chain management. Based on the presented research and analysis, it can be concluded that supply chain digitalization positively impacts supply chain agility and capability. Furthermore, supply chain agility and capability have a positive impact on supply chain integration. Supply chain integration positively impacts supply chain performance. This study demonstrates that supply chain digitalization has a positive impact on supply chain performance by utilizing supply chain integration as a mediator. The study findings indicate that supply chain digitalization does not directly or significantly impact supply chain integration. These findings offer valuable insights into the impact of supply chain digitalization on overall performance through different mediation mechanisms. They also contribute to the advancement of theory and practice in supply chain management.
