Abstract

BPR XYZ is a banking company engaged in savings, deposit, and loan services. In providing services to customers, its employees follow service standards established by the company. However, in reality, there are still many complaints from customers. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the quality of the services provided to determine whether they meet customer expectations and identify areas for improvement. This must be addressed immediately if the company wishes to remain competitive. This study will use the Service Quality (Servqual) method to address the issues faced. The Servqual method is used to measure the quality of service based on attributes of each dimension, resulting in a gap value that indicates the difference between consumer perceptions of the services received and their expectations of what should be received. This study evaluates 21 attributes, covering both service and product attributes offered. The results show that 12 attributes exceed customer expectations, including strategic location, availability of queue numbers, appropriate operating hours, clear and easy-to-understand information, assistance from officers when customers face issues, trustworthiness, the bank’s ability to ensure customer data security, confidentiality of customer data, non-discrimination, and understanding of customer needs. However, there are still 9 attributes below customer expectations, including the comfort of the waiting room, sufficient parking area, ease of transactions, reliability in resolving customer issues, waiting time, service speed, responsiveness to customer complaints, politeness in service, and the overall impression given to customers by the service provided.

In this study, SEM technique was used as an analytical tool with SmartPLS 3 to test the data. The findings of this study show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on quiet quitting, while work stress has a negative but insignificant effect on quiet quitting. Affective commitment of the nurses had a significant positive effect on silent quitting. Work stress that nurses experience has a positive effect on their job satisfaction, but a negative effect on their affective commitment. As mediating variables, job satisfaction and affective commitment may mediate the relationship between job stress and quiet quitting. Abstract

The government has appointed BRI to distribute KUR (People’s Business Credit) to expand access to financing for MSMEs. This initiative supports people-based economic empowerment programs. Consequently, the government must also assist MSMEs through its policies to enhance the welfare of small entrepreneurs. This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach, utilizing three primary methods: interviews, observation, and documentation. The interview method involves face-to-face meetings between the researcher and selected informants. The data analysis employs the interactive model from Miles and Huberman, involving interactive and continuous activities until data saturation is achieved. The findings of this research indicate that the effectiveness and impact of the KUR program at the Jatipurno unit of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) on MSME development in Jeporo are as follows: The KUR program has successfully increased access to capital for those in need, effectively boosting production capacity, expanding markets, and increasing income in Jeporo. Support from the local government and training provided by BRI have also contributed to the program's success. Despite challenges such as a lack of understanding of financial management and complicated bureaucracy, the KUR program at the BRI Jatipurno unit has significantly impacted the growth and development of MSMEs in Jeporo.

Abstract

Examining how iBox Indonesia customers' perceptions of the brand and their devotion to it affect the value of iPhone goods is the primary goal of this research. This study combined a quantitative approach with an associative research design for its methodology. One hundred individuals who were followers of @iboxindonesia on Instagram were polled to get the data. We used purposive sampling to get this sample. The suggested hypotheses were tested by data analysis utilizing the multiple linear regression approach. The results demonstrate that brand image and loyalty affect iPhone goods' brand equity. This is supported by an F-value of 18. 287, which surpasses the F-table value of 3.089. Some evidence suggests that brand image significantly affects brand equity, while brand loyalty does not seem to have any such effect. Based on these findings, it is clear that attracting consumers requires a concerted effort to boost brand loyalty, even while a favorable brand image — including impressions of great quality and inventive design — contributes to enhancing brand equity. This research offers valuable insights that will help the marketing management of iBox Indonesia develop better strategies to boost the value of their iPhone goods. Also included are suggestions for future studies, such as looking at other variables that might influence customer loyalty to a business.
