Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk menggali kompleksitas pengelolaan rantai pasok khususnya berfokus pada literasi masyarakat nelayan tangkap/petani Padang Lamun saat secara alamiah menangkap Lombok Sand Fish atau Teripang Pasir (Holothuria scraba) di Desa Sekotong, Lombok Barat. Hadir di tengah lapangan bersama mereka, dan melakukan hybrid pertemuan offline dan online (Lombok-Jakarta-Tokyo), melakukan proses profiling kepada 15 orang nelayan setempat. Mengidentifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pengumpulan data, analisis, tindakan, dan evaluasi reflektif. Temuan utama menyoroti tantangan dan strategi dalam manajemen rantai pasok LSF/TP (Hs) yang sekarang sudah masuk dalam daftar “red note sebagai “endanger species berdampak pada kualitas dan keamanan sustainable development-nya. Tantangan yang muncul dari ungkapan mereka adalah berupa: (1) cara tangkap pengadaan LSF/TP (Hs) mentah; (2) harga jual yang tak berubah sejak 30 tahun lalu sebesar Rp 2 ribu,- per satuan basahnya; (3) proses produksi dan pengeringannya; (4) pergudangan; (5) distribusi; dan kelak jika sudah terliterasi oleh pendampingan para “aghniya (orang berkecukupan), berbentuk; (6) persiapan dan presentasi produk; serta (7) pemantauan berikut pelaporannya. Secara umum, pengabdian masyarakat ini berupaya untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan pendidikan penangkapan LSF/TP (Hs), membangun manajemen hubungan pemasok LSF/TP (Hs) yang efektif, dan menerapkan inovasi dalam rantai pasokan LSF/TP (Hs), faham teknologi pembibitan, pemijahan, dan pembesaran, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundangan terkait LSF/TP (Hs) sebagai endanger species.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of banks based on Korean bank ownership from the second quarter of 2019 to the third quarter of 2023. This study employs a descriptive research type with a quantitative approach. Findings on the liquidity ratio show that the average Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) exceeds 92%, which is above the standard set by Bank Indonesia. For the profitability ratio, the average Return on Assets (ROA) ratio of most banks falls below 1.5%, below the benchmark established by Bank Indonesia. In the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) analysis, the CAR exceeds 10%, which is above the standard set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). In the solvency ratio analysis, the average Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of most banks is below 4.22 times, which is under the benchmark published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as of June 2024.

Abstract

In June 2023, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced the watchboard list, comprised of underperforming companies struggling to meet financial requirements. As of September 11 2024, this list includes 223 companies. This research studied the financial indicators that may influence whether a company will be put in IDX watchboard list, and attempted to generate a model to predict whether a company will be placed inside IDX watchboard list in the next two years. The sample data used are the financial indicators of companies on the IDX watchboard list on the year of 2022 and 2023. The sample data also includes companies outside the IDX watchboard list, random sampled so that the number of data of companies inside the IDX watchboard list is the same with the number of data of companies inside the IDX watchboard list. The finding suggests all these financial indicators have influence: WOTA (working capital divided by total asset), RETA (retained earnings divided by total asset), EBTTA (earnings before taxes divided by total asset), PBV (market value of equity divided by book value of equity) and STA (total sales divided by total asset). Investors may use the prediction models generated in this research in deciding whick stocks to buy. This research generated a MDA based prediction model and a logistic regression based prediction model that may predict whether a company will be place inside IDX watchboard list in the coming two years. The logistic regression based prediction model shows better results that the MDA based one.

Abstract

Data strategy is an important point for a company in the era of digitalization because it can be used as the main source for increasing a company's competitive advantage, which will ultimately improve the company's performance. This research aims to see the influence of data strategy on competitive advantage and company performance. Data strategies here are divided into two, namely defensive data strategies and offensive data strategies. The research was conducted with a survey of 202 respondents from EPC companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) the research results found that defensive data strategies and offensive data strategies influence competitive advantage but not Company Performance. The results also explain that data strategy does not mediate the relationship between offensive and defensive data strategies with competitive advantage and company performance. This research provides implications for company policy in formulating strategies by considering the position of defensive data strategies and offensive data strategies because they can directly and positively influence competitive advantage. Practically, the implications of the results of this research can help EPC companies in designing data policies or strategies and using them as a competitive advantage.

Abstract

Abstract. Due to rapid technological advancement, the financial industry is now transitioning from traditional to digitally based financial services. In Indonesia in particular, this transformation is being carried out in accordance with the idea of digital finance innovation. However, within the Indonesian financial industry, there is a competency gap that hinders the rate of progress of this transformation. Accordingly, this study aims to create a curriculum designed explicitly for digital finance innovation for Indonesian higher education institutions in order to address the existing competency gap. Through the application of multivariate regression analysis, eight required competencies and their respective subjects were identified in this study. The identified competencies can provide insights for higher education institutions in creating a curriculum to ensure that their future graduates can fill the competency gap within the Indonesian financial industry. The results of the study state that: (i) an effective and appropriate relationship between DA, RM, BM, and SM competencies and can improve the ability of financial institutions to identify and manage risks in their environment; (ii) the relationship between FIK knowledge and PRO and BM competencies can help financial institutions ensure that their DFI products, such as applications, meet the standards set by regulators and improve management practices; (iii) the relationship between FL and PRO competencies can improve the organization's ability to reduce the possibility of miscommunication and misperceptions surrounding DFI ideas. Hence, these findings have implications for the university curriculum that implements them, bolstering the output of graduates who can help accelerate the actualization of the digital financial innovation agendas of the Indonesian financial industry.Keywords: digital finance innovation; financial technology; higher education institutions Abstrak. Dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi yang terjadi, industri keuangan kini berada pada fase transisi dari layanan keuangan tradisional ke layanan keuangan berbasis digital. Khusus di Indonesia, transformasi dilakukan dengan mengikuti ide inovasi keuangan digital. Namun, dalam industri keuangan Indonesia, terdapat gap kompetensi yang menghambat laju kemajuan transformasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat kurikulum yang dirancang secara eksplisit di bawah inovasi keuangan digital untuk institusi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia dalam rangka mengatasi kesenjangan kompetensi yang ada. Melalui penerapan analisis regresi multivariat delapan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dan subjek masing-masing diidentifikasi. Kompetensi yang teridentifikasi dapat memberikan wawasan bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam membuat kurikulum untuk memastikan lulusan masa depan mereka dapat mengisi gap kompetensi di industri keuangan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa (i) Hubungan yang efektif dan tepat antara kompetensi DA, RM, BM, dan SM dapat meningkatkan kemampuan lembaga keuangan dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko berada di dalam lingkungannya, (ii) Hubungan antar pengetahuan FIK dengan kompetensi PRO dan BM dapat membantu lembaga keuangan memastikan produk IKD mereka seperti aplikasi dalam memenuhi standar yang ditentukan oleh regulator seiring dengan peningkatan praktik manajemen dan (iii) Hubungan antara kompetensi FL dan PRO dapat meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi untuk mengurangi kemungkinan miskomunikasi dan persepsi yang salah tentang ide IKD. Oleh karena itu, hasil temuan ini berimplikasi bagi Kurrikulum PT yang menerapkannya, memungkinkan output lulusannya dapat membantu industri keuangan Indonesia mempercepat aktualisasi agenda inovasi keuangan digitalKatakunci: inovasi keuangan digital, teknologi keuangan, institusi pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of multiple dimensions of the online customer experience on attitudinal loyalty and online impulsive buying behavior, with self-control and time scarcity serving as moderating variables. Employing a quantitative methodology, data were collected via surveys from 85 Shopee users in the Jabodetabek area. The results indicate that trust, platform design quality, ease of navigation, and interactivity significantly enhance customer loyalty to Shopee. These results highlight the importance of a reliable and user-friendly online environment in fostering strong customer commitment and repeat engagement. The findings provide practical insights for e-commerce stakeholders by showing how optimizing trust, usability, and engagement can increase transaction frequency and customer retention. Ultimately, this research underscores the critical role of experiential factors in shaping online consumer actions and offers strategic recommendations for Indonesian e-commerce platforms to sustain competitive advantage through enhanced customer experiences.Overall, the study underscores the critical role of experiential factors in shaping consumer behavior online and offers actionable recommendations for leveraging these dimensions to improve both customer loyalty and sales performance within the Indonesian e-commerce sector.

Abstract

The Indonesian outsourcing industry is currently dominated by low-margin Manpower Outsourcing (MPO) services, with limited development in high value-added segments such as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Most domestic providers face stagnant profit margins below 3%, intense price competition, and heavy reliance on labor-intensive operations. Against this backdrop, digital transformation and BPO service automation have become critical differentiators in global markets, yet remain underutilized in Indonesia. This study aims to formulate a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) development strategy at PT ABC to enhance its competitive advantage within Indonesia’s outsourcing industry. The research adopts a qualitative single-case study approach, leveraging internal documentation, strategic meeting transcripts, and informal interviews with management. Using the Playing to Win framework, supported by the VRIO and McKinsey 7S models, this study explores how PT ABC can shift from Manpower Outsourcing dominance to a more balanced portfolio emphasizing BPO services. Results indicate that although BPO currently contributes only 11.2% of gross profit, it holds a growing profit margin—rising from 27.9% (2022) to 32.4% (2023)—and potential for expansion in the BFSI sector. Strategic implications include client diversification beyond PT XYZ, technological innovation, and enhanced workforce capabilities. The study finds that implementing data-driven systems and thematic training programs is essential to support sustainable transformation. These insights offer a practical roadmap for PT ABC to increase profitability and reduce dependency on labor-intensive services.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce mengubah pola konsumsi masyarakat, dengan fitur live streaming seperti Shopee Live menjadi strategi pemasaran yang populer. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh diskon, gratis ongkir, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pengguna Shopee Live menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel berpengaruh signifikan. Diskon dan gratis ongkir meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, terutama jika syaratnya wajar. Harga kompetitif mendorong pembelian, sedangkan kualitas produk menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen. Penelitian ini mendukung studi sebelumnya tentang peran harga dan promosi dalam e-commerce, serta menyoroti pentingnya kualitas produk dalam keputusan pembelian di Shopee Live. Implikasinya, pelaku bisnis perlu menyeimbangkan promosi dan kualitas produk untuk meningkatkan pembelian dan loyalitas konsumen.
