Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at the Kolaka district PDAM office. This research uses a quantitative method. Data collection in this research used observation, literature study, and the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study was 70 respondents. Likewise, the sample in this study was 70 respondents using a sampling technique, namely the census method. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis techniques used in this research are measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the work discipline variables, as shown by the P-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the P-Value value of 0.032.

Abstract

Study This aims to determine the effect of population, education level and economic growth on the unemployment rate in Jombang Regency in 2018-2020, based on the type of relationship between variables, this research is included in the causal relationship of the variables that cause unemployment, while seen from the unit of analysis used . carried out, this research uses a group analysis unit with multiple regression analysis. This research aims to determine the effect of the resulting population, the level of education and economic growth have a simultaneous influence on unemployment in Jombang Regency. This means that the higher or lower the population, level of education and economic growth in Jombang Regency will simultaneously influence unemployment in Jombang Regency in 2018-2020.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand how organizational culture influences employee performance, which is very important in creating a positive work environment and increasing overall organizational effectiveness. This research involved collecting qualitative data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. A diverse sample from various levels and departments within the organization will be selected to ensure a comprehensive understanding of cultural dynamics and their impact on employee performance. Through an iterative process of data collection and analysis, this research aims to develop a theoretical framework that explains the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This framework will provide insight into specific cultural elements, such as values, norms, communication patterns, and leadership styles, that influence employee behavior and ultimately influence their performance outcomes. The findings of this research will contribute to theoretical and practical knowledge. Theoretically, this research will increase our understanding of the complex interactions between organizational culture and employee performance. Practically, the findings of this research can inform organizations about the importance of developing a positive and supportive culture that is aligned with desired performance outcomes. This knowledge can guide organizations in designing effective interventions, such as training programs, leadership development initiatives, and communications strategies, to establish a culture that maximizes employee performance and organizational success.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to empower creative industry-based e-commerce in local governments in Enrekang district. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive method in the form of observation. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The reference for this research determines informants using purposive sampling techniques. The focus of this research is the efforts and strategies of MSME owners and the Enrekang district government in empowering creative industry-based e-commerce to increase creative industry income in the melona baba dairy cattle group. In this research, the research target is collaboration between the local government and the MSME owners of the Melona Baba dairy cattle group in empowering e-commerce. The results of this research show that the regional government has facilitated the procurement of dairy cows, food, and budgets for other needs in developing MSMEs. In terms of e-commerce empowerment itself, it has been implemented by the Melona Baba dairy cattle group as the only dairy cattle MSME that utilizes digitalization in the development of its MSMEs, but cooperation in e-commerce empowerment has not yet been developed with the Enrekang district government. The results of the interview research indicate that there is a need for direct involvement from local governments in increasing understanding of empowering e-commerce based on creative industries.

Abstract

The potential of the Kete Kesu Tourism Object and the creative economy as an element of regional original income This study aims to find out what the potential of the creative economy is in Kete Kesu Village, Sanggalangi District, North Toraja Regency, and to determine the impact of the creative economy on development in Kete Kesu Village, Sanggalangi District, North Toraja Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection method used in this study is observation, interview, and documentation, where the author sees the situation directly in the field. The research results obtained by researchers indicate that the creative economic potential in Kete Kesu Village, Sanggalangi District, North Toraja Regency, has very broad potential. It can be involved in the business that is mostly carried out, which is trending handicrafts, carvings, and souvenirs, as well as trending woven fabrics. Therefore, we can see that in Kete Kesu Village, it has very broad potential for developing the creative economy, and the second goal is the impact of the creative economy on development in Kete Kesu Village, Sanggalangi District, North Toraja Regency, namely to have a positive impact on development. Specifically, the existence of development makes tourists interested in visiting. This has increased the creative economy in the village.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the promotional strategy for Totoh ginger coffee products to increase the income of the people of Karang Anyar village, Ketapang sub-district, and Sampan regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and interview techniques. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data is obtained through extending observations, increasing persistence in research, and triangulation. The research's findings lead the researcher to the following conclusions: first, Totoh ginger coffee owners have adopted the marketing mix concept, which consists of the 4Ps: product strategy (product), price strategy (price), distribution location strategy (place), and promotion strategy (promotion), as their development strategy to boost sales and keep customers. In its marketing strategy, the owner of Totoh ginger coffee applies a strategy that is in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely: Al-insaniyah, or humanity; akhlakul karimah, in accordance with customer wishes; listening to customer criticism and suggestions; honesty; being realistic (not making things up); respecting customers; offering quality and halal goods; and offering products that do not harm customers. Second, the strategy implemented in the production process, price, location, and promotion is that there are no deviations made by Totoh ginger coffee product business actors, whether in the supply of raw materials, the manufacturing process, or the sales process. The Totoh ginger coffee business has implemented Islamic economic principles, namely Tawheed; whatever is done is based on the existence of Allah SWT Khilafah and Al-Ta'awanun, namely mutual help. The raw materials used are natural and halal materials, which are permitted in Islam, are obtained in a good way, and are sold only through orders from consumers via social media.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1 the influence of work-life balance on work fitness for hoe workers in South Buton Regency Hospital 2 the influence of work life on key keys for honorary nurses at the South Buton Regency hospital. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in the process uses statistical observation, literature study, and the distribution of questionnaires. The population in the study was 56 respondents using a sampling technique, namely the sens method. The research instrument study used the validity and reliability test with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research was measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the work-life balance variable shown and the work stress variable (0.000). while the stress variable has no effect on job satisfaction, as shown by the P value of 0.368.

Abstract

Bandung Regency has a variety of nature-based tourism options that can be found here, each of which has its own uniqueness from one place to another. In fact, if you look at its geographic location, Bandung City and Bandung Regency are indeed very strategically located, as this area is very close to the capital city of Jakarta, which makes Bandung City and Bandung Regency currently a tourist escape for some people, especially residents of the capital city of Jakarta. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, and the results of this research show that there are several solutions to solving problems in Kampung Batu Malakasari to attract visitors to visit, namely the process of conveying information carried out by Kampung Batu Malakasari through a team. Marketing through offline promotions or pick-up and drop-off is to convince potential visitors to visit the Kampung Batu Malakasari tourist destination. Furthermore, by establishing cooperation between Kampung Batu Malakasari and schools, the selection of this promotion is in accordance with the main target of Kampung Batu Malakasari itself, so that information is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

In promotions, participation is needed to attract people's creativity. In the field of facilities and infrastructure, community participation also influences development so that facilities and infrastructure can be updated from time to time. Local communities, in developing and promoting their tourist destinations, act as spearheads in the world of tourism, which also requires energy and hard work. Without active participation from the community, development and promotion will not be successful. To help realize good tourism development, good community participation is also needed. Because with good participation from the surrounding community, tourism business goals can be achieved as expected. The aim of this research is to determine the participation of local communities in promoting the Citalutug tourist destination. The research method used in this research is a qualitative phenomenological research method. This type of research was chosen by the researcher because it fits the topic of discussion in the research. In this research approach, the researcher used various information obtained in Citalutug tourism as well as experiences during the research to be used as a data source. The results of this research show that the community participation provided by them contributed to the promotion of the Citalutug tourist destination so that it was able to develop as it is today.

Abstract

Academic pursuit the objective of the study is to examine the impact of brand image on sales growth and quantify the extent to which a strong brand image affects sales growth. Learn This aligns with the quantitative-descriptive approach. Target population This data consists of resellers and samples of MS GLOW Pamekasan obtained from a substantial population of 25 respondents using a specific sampling quota. Exploring advanced data collection techniques to enhance analysis This questionnaire employs testing data analysis techniques such as validity, reliability, and regression tests. Data processing approaches utilize the SPSS software tool, namely version 16.0. The research findings indicate that brand image has a significant impact on increasing sales. The t-test findings indicate that the coefficient correlation is 6.484, with a t count of 6.484 and a t table value of 1.714. The significance level is 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This provides evidence to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha). The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the R square value is 0.646, which is statistically significant. This means that brand image (image brand) has a significant impact on sales, accounting for 64.6% of the variation. Other variables not included in the research model account for the remaining 35.4%. This. The estimated r value of 0.646 indicates a significant correlation, falling within the range of 0.60-0.799 according to table interpretation.
