Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of unemployment variables on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) by employing the Error Correction Model methodology. This research is conducted in Central Kalimantan from 2012 to 2023. According to the cointegration testing findings using the ECM approach, the probability of the unemployment variable is 0.3788, which is greater than the significance level of 0.05. There is a lack of cointegration or long-term balance relationship between the variables, which means that testing cannot be conducted over an extended period of time. The ECM test findings indicate that there is no significant short-term impact of the unemployment variable on GRDP in Central Kalimantan. This is supported by the probability value of the unemployment variable, which is 0.2660, above the threshold of 0.05. According to the classical assumption test, there are no signs of autocorrelation in the research model. Additionally, the Jarque Berra probability value of 0.764092 is greater than 0.05, indicating that there are no signs of heteroscedasticity. Therefore, the research model can be considered normally distributed.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how Islamic entrepreneurship is implemented in the Hijrah community as a model that represents the identity of each community. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with a case study strategy. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research subjects were the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI), the Muslim Entrepreneurs Alliance (Assalim), and the Indonesian Business Islamic Boarding School (PBI). Data was collected from field observations and participant observations. There were 22 informants interviewed in-depth, three of whom were experts. Informants came from several regions, including Java, Sumatra, Bali, NTB, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan. The resulting documentation is in the form of brochures, photos of community activities, and digital information on websites, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp groups. Data analysis was carried out by deducing theoretical propositions regarding the implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship in the hijrah community and developing them inductively to describe new findings and propositions. Based on the research results, it was found that the hijrah community implemented Islamic entrepreneurship in various identities, namely salaf-preneurship in the KPMI community, ideo-preneurship in the Assalim community, and spiritual-preneurship in the PBI community. The implication of this research is the development of Islamic entrepreneurship theory, which can be implemented widely by society.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for effective supplier selection, focusing on the dimensions, theory, and impact of ethical culture on supplier performance. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data from public and private sector companies. Key factors evaluated include quality, price, technical capability, ethical culture, performance history, and reputation. The quantitative data reveals that quality is the primary criterion, followed by competitive pricing and technical capabilities. Ethical culture is highlighted as a significant influence on supplier performance, affecting trust and long-term relationships. Qualitative insights emphasize the positive experiences companies have with ethical suppliers and the challenges in assessing ethical culture. The findings are discussed about value co-creation theory, which underscores the collaborative creation of mutual value between companies and suppliers, and agency theory, which addresses the principal-agent relationship and potential conflicts of interest. Practical implications suggest that companies should incorporate ethical culture assessments into their supplier selection processes and focus on building long-term relationships with reputable suppliers. This approach can enhance operational efficiency, trust, and overall performance. The study concludes that integrating these critical factors into supplier selection can significantly improve the strategic outcomes and competitiveness of companies.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the impact of accountability and transparency on the quality of ANRI financial reports and the internal control system as a moderating variable. The study employs a causal impact method, aided by descriptive data analysis and regression weight analysis using AMOS 18, with a research sample of 85 ANRI employees selected through probability sampling and random sampling strategies. The research results indicate that accountability at ANRI is categorized as fairly good, while transparency, the quality of financial reports, and the internal control system at ANRI are categorized as good. Furthermore, the study shows that accountability and transparency collectively have a significant influence on the quality of financial reports at ANRI. Transparency, in partial terms, has a positive and significant impact on the quality of financial reports, while accountability has a positive but not significant influence on the quality of financial reports at ANRI. The internal control system strengthens the relationship, significantly enhancing the impact of transparency on the quality of financial reports, but the internal control system does not significantly strengthen the impact of accountability on the quality of financial reports at ANRI.

Third, the maintenance stage includes the evaluation of the quality management system that has been implemented and follow-up on the results of the evaluation. The results of this study are proof that the application of ISO 9001:2015 in non-formal educational institutions in the field of programming is very important. The application of the ISO 9001:2015 concept is very important and this can be done immediately, without having to wait for the certification process.
