Abstract

Karya tulis ilmiah ini membahas tentang pengaruh Strategi Promosi di Media sosial Terhadap Penjualan Kacamata di Optik cahaya pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Strategi Promosi media sosial optic cahaya pekanbaru dalam meningkatkan Penjualan Kacamata . (2) Pengaruh Promosi yang dilakukan di media sosial Terhadap Penjualan Kacamata di Optik cahaya pekanbaru. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian pasien yang berkunjung ke Optik cahaya pekanbaru pada kurun waktu 03 mei hingga 03 Juli 2023. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan instrument penelitian menggunakan Check List. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian responden sebanyak 100 yang terdiri dari 38 laki-laki dan 62 perempuan dapat diketahui bahwa yang menggunakaan media sosial sebanyak 67 % dan tertarik membeli di optic cahaya pekanbaru berjumlah 41 responden dengan persentase 41% dan yang tidak berjumlah 58 responden dengan persentase 58% dan yang merekomendasikan ke orang lain untuk membeli kacamata di Optik cahaya sebanyak 38%. Berdasarkan peningkatan penjualann yang terjadi selama dua bulan sebanyak 13,9% dari penjualan sebelum endorsement. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ada beberapa saran yang disampaikan yaitu (1) Bagi RO agar meningkatkan promosi di media sosial di berbagai platform untuk meningkatkan penjualan (2) Bagi akademi disarankan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dalam menghasilkan lulusan akademi yang profesional dan siap kerja dalam bidang kesehatan mata masyarakat serta dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan penambahan kurikulum yang disesuaikan dengan perkembanganya. (3) Bagi masyarakat disarankan untuk memahami karya tulis ini agar dapat meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan tentang kesehatan mata. Kata Kunci: Pengaruh, strategi, promosi, penjualan, kacamata, optik.

Abstract

Housing and Residential Area Service operates efficiently and is able to respond to growing urban challenges. However, in a complex organization like the Department, understanding employee performance and identifying areas that need improvement can be a very complex task. to analyze the factors that influence employee performance at the Public Housing and Settlement Area Service of Payakumbuh City. The method used is binary logistic regression with the dependent variable (Y) being employee performance, while the independent variables are Discipline, Cooperation, Competence, Integrity, Commitment, Performance. From the results of the above analysis there are 2 (two) variables that significantly influence the performance of Housing Department employees People and Residential Areas of Payakumbuh City, namely Competency and Commitment Variables. From the results of binary logistic regression, it is known that there are 36 employees with high performance, while there are 17 employees with low performance.

Abstract

Effective employee performance management is one of the key factors in ensuring that the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas in Payakumbuh City operates efficiently and can respond to the evolving urban challenges. However, in a complex organization like this department, understanding employee performance and identifying areas that need improvement can be a very complex task. In this context, employee performance segmentation techniques, such as the use of K-means Clustering models, can be significantly helpful. This model allows us to group employees based on their performance characteristics, which, in turn, can be used to identify performance trends and issues that may exist. In this study, data processing is conducted using the K-means clustering method, which divides the data into 3 (three) clusters. The sample used in this research consists of 53 samples, comprising employees in the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas in Payakumbuh City, resulting in Cluster I classified as high cluster, Cluster II classified as low cluster, and Cluster III classified as a medium cluster.

Abstract

Discussing the issue of gender equality in human resource management (HR) in Indonesia. Gender equality is achieved when there is no discrimination between men and women, and both have equal access, the opportunity to participate, control development, and enjoy the same benefits and fairness in development. Although Indonesia has applied the principle of equality between men and women in front of the law, women are still far behind in various aspects that require special attention. Negative attitudes towards female workers, especially middle-class women, began to change after independence. But there is still a tendency to judge women based on their weaknesses. Women's participation in the labor force is increasing, which also contributes to Indonesia's development. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of clarifying and clarifying the subject matter of research, while gender analysis is a method or tool used to identify gender differences by analyzing data, facts, and information about gender.

Abstract

performance in the Industry 4.0 era. This era is characterized by dramatic changes in industry driven by the integration of digital technology into the work environment. The main focus in this article is how organizations can design adaptive and innovative HR management strategies, enabling employees to adapt to rapid technological changes. The research method used is descriptive analysis which prioritizes the decomposition of data obtained through literature studies originating from books, research and recent journals which are then formulated for analysis to form valid research results. The practical implication of HR management strategies in Industry 4.0 is to create a work environment that supports innovation, employee motivation and continuous performance improvement in increasingly complex business competition.

Abstract

Change management is a systematic approach designed to manage change in an organization. This involves the process of planning, implementing and monitoring change in order to manage its impact on individuals and the organization as a whole. Change management involves certain steps to ensure that changes are accepted and implemented effectively. The purpose of this research is to find out what things you need to know about change management. The type of research used is library research or literature study where researchers rely on various literature to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. The results of this research conclude several things such as the definition of change management, the goals and benefits of change management, types of change and change management approaches.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how performance influences work productivity among PT. XYZ employees of East Java Province; To find out efforts to increase productivity and factors inhibiting and supporting employee performance. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method, from a research population of 23 employees, 23 employees were taken as random respondents. This research uses 5 parameters each consisting of performance variables, namely achievement, loyalty, teamwork, responsibility and quality of work. Productivity variables consist of work concentration, attendance, leadership style, entrepreneurship, and skill level. After the data collection and processing process, the results and conclusions obtained from PT. XYZ employee respondents showed that 2 of the 5employee performance variable parameters had positive values, namely teamwork and loyalty, while the other parameters showed negative values, namely responsibility, achievement and quality of work. In the productivity aspect, work concentration, leadership style and skill level received positive values, while other variables such as attendance and entrepreneurship showed negative values. Companies are advised to improve negative aspects so that the quality of employees is expected to be as planned.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Antam Tbk (UIBPEI) Pongkor. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 46 PT employees. Antam Tbk (UIBPEI) Pongkor, which was then processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.389, T-statistics 3.442 > 1.96, and P-value 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of work discipline on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.602, T-statistics 5.503 > 1.96, and Pvalue 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation on work discipline with an original sample value of 0.841, T-statistics 6.757, and P-value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and work discipline. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation through work discipline on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.506, T-statistics 4.194 > 1.96, and P-value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation through work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Project Based Learning (PBL) ini adalah untuk mengetagui Tranformasi perubahan teknolgi yang terjadi pada UMKM Keripik Pisang Jihan Pinkan di Indarung Kota Padang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan berupa observasi dan wawancara. Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pada usaha ini yaitu dari segi ekternal. Covid 19 dan kebijakan pemerintah untuk bekerja dirumah menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya perubahan pada proses pemasarannya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang berkembang saat ini yaitu social media. Dalam proses produksi perubahan teknologi terdapat pada alat yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan keripik pisang. Perubahan pada inovasi rasa juga menjadi faktor timbulnya perubahan di usaha ni. Dengan adanya perubahan pada usaha ini memberikan dampak pada wilayah pasar yang mencakup luar sumbar seperti Riau dan Pulau Jawa. Hal ini menandakan tiggi nya tingkat permintaan konsumen terhadap keripik pisang. Sehingga menjadi nilai tambah bagi umkm ini dalam memajukan usahanya. Namun ada beberapa saran yang dapat dilakukan untuk kemajuan umkm keripik pisang ini: Membuka cabang usaha di wilayah dengan tingkat permintaan nya yang tinggi, Kembangkan lagi strategi pemasaran komprehensif yang tidak hanya melalui media sosial juga melalui pemasaran influencer,dan iklan bertarget.Hal ini dapat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan menarik pelanggan baru terhadap produk, serta cepat dan tanggap dalam menghadapi terjadinya perubahan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of risk management based on ISO 31000 and identify all possible risks that occur in operational activities in field technical answer. In this study, there were 24 types of risks in field X. From the identification results, there were 4 risks at a low level, 14 risks at a moderate level and 6 risks at a high level. The benefit of this research is to provide results and evaluation of possible risks that occur in field X in order to increase the effectiveness of handling risk management based on ISO 31000.
