Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, on consumer buying interest in Shopee application users. This research was conducted on Shopee Application users and determined consumers' buying interest in online shopping using the Shopee Application in Solok City. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling method with a total of 80 respondents aged 18-40 years. The results of this research show that brand image, product quality, both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The variables brand image, product quality, were able to explain the purchase interest variable by 87% and the remaining 13% was explained by other variables not included in the research

Abstract

Customer loyalty means a customer's commitment to a brand, store, and supplier, and is based on a very positive attitude from customers and is reflected in their positive purchasing behavior. This research aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction on user loyalty with the tendency to seek variety as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research using survey methods. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling method by taking data from 100 Axis cellular card users in the city of Padang. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The research results show 1) Satisfaction has a positive influence on customer loyalty, 2) Variety seeking has a positive influence on customer loyalty and 3) Satisfaction has a positive influence on customer loyalty with variety seeking as a moderating variable. The research implications show that the Axis mobile card provider company must design an effective marketing program to maintain customer loyalty. Abstract

The performance of employees in business companies is required to be effective and efficient so that the business company will develop. One of the indicators of employee performance assessment is absenteeism which can influence factors such as power effects, communication and the work environment. This research is classified as field research, primary data was obtained from questionnaires and interviews while secondary data was obtained through documentation. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using a sample of 18 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that in this research partially (t test), the power effect has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, communication has an effect significant at 0.03 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 which can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. From an Islamic perspective, the performance of Bawaslu employees in the city of Bandar Lampung does not fully fulfill Islamic performance principles based on the principle of trust, some employees are still absent from work, some arrive late.

Abstract

Work Engagement is defined as a positive motivational state of vigor, dedication, and absorption, while burnout refers to a state of exhaustion and apathy towards work. In this article, we will discuss both concepts used in the literature and their main definitions. This research was conducted through a quantitative approach involving hypothesis testing. Additionally, we examine individual and situational predictors to examine the most important aspects of burnout and work engagement. Additionally, we review the impact of burnout and engagement, and we integrate the research results with job demands—resources theory. Although both work engagement and burnout are related to important work-related outcomes, burnout appears to be more strongly related to health outcomes, and work engagement appears to be more strongly related to motivational outcomes. We talk every day, and there are small changes in engagement and fatigue.

Abstract

The increase in insurance throughout 2022-2023 has been a remarkable achievement. This result states that people are increasingly realizing the importance of life insurance as a form of future financial planning. Every company has a goal to succeed, one way for a company to survive is to improve its performance, especially in the field of HR (human resources). Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as compensation and leadership. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation and leadership on employee performance. The method used is comparative causality, which is to investigate possible causal relationships based on observations of existing effects and using certain data to find facts that have the potential to cause causation. Abstract

This paper discusses employee service towards customer satisfaction at Optik Tiara Jambi. This study aims to describe employee service on customer satisfaction who come to Optik Tiara Jambi. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews at Optik Tiara Jambi. Then the data is discussed based on the theory proposed in the literature review and presents the results of respondents' answers and interviews at Optik Tiara Jambi. The discussion is ordered based on the problem formulation. The research describes how the quality of employee service at Optik Jmabi affects customer satisfaction from June to August 2023. From the results of the interviews, it was found that 15 respondents (50%) were very satisfied and 15 respondents (50%) were satisfied with employee service at Optik Tiara Jambi, in This indicator is that employees carry out checks according to the SOP. Meanwhile, 21 respondents (70%) were very satisfied and 9 respondents (30%) were satisfied with efforts to improve service for customer satisfaction at Optik Tiara Jambi, one of the efforts made by employees to increase customer satisfaction was checking accurately and quickly. Based on the results of this research, there are several suggestions given to patients so that RO should be able to provide optimal service to customers so that customers feel comfortable and satisfied so that customers return to Optik to have their eyes checked.
