Abstract

In the ever-growing digital era, human resource management (HR) strategies have become very important to improve organizational performance and efficiency. This research focuses on the implementation of digital technology in various HR processes, including automation of administrative tasks, technology-based recruiting, and performance management. This digitalization not only increases operational efficiency, but also provides better insight into managerial decision making. One of the key aspects of this research is the development of employees' digital skills. In a world of work that is increasingly dependent on technology, having employees who are digitally skilled is an invaluable asset. This includes training in data analysis, programming, and utilizing the latest digital platforms. This training not only improves individual performance, but also strengthens the organization's ability to compete in the global market. This research also highlights the importance of remote work as an HR strategy in the digital era. The global pandemic has accelerated the adoption of remote work models, showing that flexibility in work can improve employee productivity and work-life balance. Additionally, remote work opens up opportunities for organizations to access global talent without geographic limitations. Finally, this research emphasizes the importance of creating an adaptive and collaborative organizational culture. This culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning is essential to taking full advantage of the benefits of the digital era. Through this approach, organizations can not only survive, but also thrive amidst rapid and unpredictable change.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that regulates all aspects of human life in terms of worship, morals and muamalah. Muamalah is said to be closely related to humans who can change according to the times. Muamalah law is a rule that regulates the relationship between rights and obligations in social life. One form of conversion is cooperation between humans, the first party providing benefits or labor services and the other party providing work. In carrying out this activity, there will be a provision that the working party will receive compensation in the form of wages in return for the energy that has been expended. This collaboration is called an ijarah al-a'mal agreement or rental of services with personnel in fiqh literature. This research uses the Empirical Normative Legal Research Methodology, which is a research methodology that combines normative legal elements which are then supported by additional data or empirical elements. This research focuses on case studies and facts in the field. The main data source for this research was obtained from observations of transactions between workers and rice field owners. Qhe results of the research show that wages given to rice planting workers are wages paid using cash, wages given by rice field owners are handed over after they have finished their work. The difference in wages between men and women has been around for decades. A review of Islamic economic law related to providing wages to rice planting workers is not appropriate because it ignores the principles of justice contained in the principles of Islamic economic law and can give rise to social jealousy among rice planting workers

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of human resource development on performance through job crafting in the environment of Pesantren Tahfidz Maskanul Huffadz. The phenomenon of declining work quality, employee collaboration, and employee loyalty from 2019 to 2022 is suspected to occur due to the increasing number of students and pesantren administrators each year. This study uses an associative method to determine the relationship between the variables Education (X1), Training (X2), Career Development (X3), Job Crafting (Y), and Performance (Z), using path analysis and the PLS-SEM approach. The results show that the variables Education and Training have a positive and significant effect on Job Crafting, with t-statistic results of 2.294 and 4.556, respectively. Additionally, Job Crafting also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with hypothesis testing results showing a t-statistic of 5.313. However, other variables mediated or through job crafting do not show a significant influence. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Job Crafting has a direct impact on employee performance compared to research results calculated indirectly. The decline in employee performance is also suspected to be influenced by suboptimal education, training, and career development. Therefore, to improve employee performance at Pesantren Tahfidz Maskanul Huffadz, it is necessary to enhance the aspects of education and training as well as the implementation of more effective job crafting strategies.
