Abstract

One of the agricultural commodities that has high production potential is chili plants, chili is a type of agricultural commodity that has economic value and plays an important role in meeting the needs of the community. In West Lombok Regency, especially in East Mareje Village, Selamat District, the chili plants that are widely cultivated are large chili plants and chili pepper plants (Capsicum annum L). The two types of chili plants have price differences and high price fluctuations, due to differences in the use and availability of production of the two types of chili plants in the market. Therefore, research has been conducted which aims to determine the amount of income of large chili and chili farms, whether the income of large chili farms is higher than the income of chili farms, and whether the obstacles faced in the cultivation of large chili and chili peppers. In this study, the research methods and techniques used are comparative methods and direct interview techniques based on a list of questions that have been provided. The sample of respondent farmers was taken using the proportional random sampling method, where 30 people were taken from the large chili plant farms and 30 people were taken from the curly chili farms so that the number of respondents was 60 people. The results showed that the average income of large chili farms was IDR 5,309,000/LG or IDR 97,135,044/Ha, while the average income of curly chili farms was IDR 3,566,000/LG or IDR 70,542,331/Ha. The t-test results show that the equal variances are assumedobtained sign value. 0.00 is smaller than the significance value of the hypothesis test (0.05). This shows that Ho is rejected or H1 is accepted, which means that the average income of large chili farms is higher than curly chili.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the millennial generation's perspective on social welfare through sharia-based economic development. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with a number of millennials who have an understanding of sharia economics. The research results show that the millennial generation has a positive view of the concept of social welfare resulting from sharia-based economic development. They assess that sharia economic principles, such as justice, transparency and social responsibility, can contribute significantly to improving social welfare. Apart from that, the millennial generation also sees that the implementation of sharia economics can be a solution to reduce economic and social inequality in society. This research concludes that wider understanding and acceptance of sharia economics among the millennial generation can support sustainable social and economic development.

Abstract

Organizational culture plays a crucial role in determining employee performance, especially within the context of start-up companies that face unique and dynamic challenges. This study aims to explore how organizational culture can enhance employee performance in start-ups, as well as the key factors that support the effectiveness of such culture. Through a literature review and empirical analysis, it was found that an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative organizational culture significantly contributes to increased productivity, job satisfaction, and employee loyalty. In start-up companies, where organizational structures are often flatter and work processes more flexible, a culture that encourages openness and adaptation to change becomes critical. Additionally, leadership that can instill core company values and support the development of individuals and teams further strengthens employee engagement with the organization. These factors, when implemented effectively, not only improve individual performance but also drive the overall sustainability and growth of the company. This study concludes that start-ups must consciously build and manage their organizational culture to achieve optimal performance. These findings are expected to serve as a guide for managers and founders of start-up companies in designing effective organizational culture strategies to maximize employee potential and achieve long-term business goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Aiti Prima Indonesia South Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population and sample amounted to 62 people. The results of the study showed a determination coefficient value of 0.598 or 59.8%. Hypothesis test t count (7.813> 2.000) or sig value 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Equation Y = 14.131 + 0.649X1, The determination coefficient value is 0.684 or 68.4%. Hypothesis test t count (11.400> 2.000) or sig value 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is accepted and H2 is accepted. Regression equation Y = 10.323 + 0.750X2, The correlation coefficient value of 0.854 means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong relationship level with a determination coefficient of 0.730% or 73.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained the calculated F value> Ftable or (79.702> 3.150). Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, this indicates that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the Influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Aiti Prima Indonesia South Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of work motivation variables and the physical environment simultaneously on employee performance at PT Arkadia Sinergi Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 70 respondents, the data analysis technique used is: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination analysis test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the calculated t value was 2.048, which exceeded the critical value of 1.668, and the significance value for the work motivation variable (X1) was 0.004, smaller than the probability set at 0.05 (0.004<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the work motivation variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT. Arkadia Sinergi Indonesia. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the calculated t value was 3.562, which exceeded the critical value of 1.168, and the significance value for the physical work environment variable (X2) was 0.001, smaller than the probability set at 0.05 (0.001<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the physical work environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT. Arkadia Sinergi Indonesia. Based on the F test results, the calculated f value was 6.257, which exceeds the critical value of 3.134, and the significance value is 0.003, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the work motivation variables (X1) and the physical work environment (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Arkadia Sinergi Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence organizational culture and motivation have on employee performance at PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique totaling 70 respondents. Data analysis techniques used data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing in this study used the t test and F test. Based on the results of the study, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.348, meaning that employee performance is influenced by organizational culture and motivation by 34.8% and the remaining 65.2% is influenced by other factors. This has been proven by the organizational culture variable, the t test obtained a calculated t value> t table or (4.167> 1.667). In the motivation variable, the t test results obtained (2.742> 1.667). Organizational Culture and Motivation Giving simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance, which has been shown in the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.835 + 0.321 X1 + 0.175 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count > F table or (17.848 > 3.134) this is also strengthened by the p value < Sign. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H03 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence simultaneously between organizational culture and motivation giving on employee performance.
