Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Godongijo Asri. The methodology of this study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study were 70 employees at PT Godongijo Asri in Depok City with a sample of 70 employees using saturated samples. Data collection techniques were by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, partial t tests and simultaneous F tests. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Godongijo Asri, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 21.207 = 0.180X1 = 0.231X2. The correlation value is 0.595 (moderate / strong enough). The coefficient of determination R square value is 0.354. The Fcount value is 18.370 > Ftable 3.13 with a significant level of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Radio Swara Mersidiona Kota Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. Using a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 55 employees, data was obtained from respondents' answers. The results show that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Fcal 50.505 > Ftable 3.175, sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Partially, compensation (coefficient 0.617) and work discipline (coefficient 0.392) have a positive and significant impact. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 53.4% indicates that the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT Megatama Abadi IRS (Industrial Rotating Service) using an associative quantitative approach. The research sample consists of 60 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted through descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, as well as simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with an F-calculated value of 37.559 greater than the F-table value of 4.01 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 56.9% suggests that workload and work environment variables contribute to employee performance, while the remaining 43.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the PT Tri Adi Bersama Branch Office, both individually and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a data collection method through questionnaires distributed to 63 employees. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, including the coefficient of determination (R²) test, t-test, and F-test. The results of the regression analysis show the equation Y = 8.440 + 0.566 X₁ + 0.236 X₂ with an R² value of 0.762, which means that work discipline and work motivation together affect employee performance by 76.2%, while 23.8% is influenced by other factors. The t-test shows that work discipline (X₁) and work motivation (X₂) have a significant effect on employee performance, with each calculated t value of 12.817 and 10.153 which is greater than the t table of 2.000. The F test also shows a significant simultaneous effect with a calculated F value of 96.005 which is greater than the F table of 3.150. Thus, work discipline and work motivation are proven to have a significant effect on employee performance, both individually and together

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Area West Jakarta 1, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is associative quantitative research. The sampling technique applied is saturated sampling, resulting in a total of 60 employees as the research sample. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis results indicate that the multiple regression equation is Y = 54.018 + 0.724X1 + 0.523X2, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.919. This result implies that 91.9% of the variance in employee performance is influenced simultaneously by incentives and work motivation, while the remaining 8.1% is affected by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. XYZ both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the associative quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 68 respondents. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t-test and f-test. The results of this study are that the workload does notsignificantly influence employee performance with the regression equation Y = 58.934 - 0.408X1, the correlation value of -0.398 means that the relationship between the two variables is negative with a low level of relationship with a coefficient of 15.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count 3.14) then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence between workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. XYZ in Tangerang.
