Abstract

In accordance with the circular of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia regarding Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Educational Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), the learning system implemented is online. STMIK AKAKOM is one of the universities that has also implemented online lectures since the government's policy for the home learning system was established. Various efforts have been made by STMIK AKAKOM to carry out the online learning process during this covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, researchers conducted a study that aims to analyze the success of the online learning system for students conducted at STMIK AKAKOM with the Naive Bayes method approach, using 4 (four) criteria, namely Communication, Building a Learning Atmosphere, Assessment of Students, and Delivery of Lecture Materials. The level of satisfaction assessment using a Likert scale (likert scale) 5 points with the same interval. starting from point 1 (one) which states very less, to point 5 (five) which states very well. Based on the results of calculations that have been carried out, it can be seen that the classification of testing data from respondents numbered R89 to R93 for online learning systems during the Covid 19 pandemic is satisfied.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires thesis guidance activities to be carried out online. If the tertiary institution does not have a proper thesis monitoring system, the guidance process will not run smoothly and on time. This study aims to create a thesis monitoring system using Progressive Web Application (PWA) technology with a software development method using mobile-D. The development stage begins with the construction of a system architecture in the form of use cases and activity diagrams. Then the initialize stage is translating the system architecture design into an application interface design. Next is the stage of translating the design into an actual application using lumens and mariaDB on the server side and javascript and indexedDB on the client side. After each module is completed, the system functionality modules are integrated into a whole application into a thesis monitoring system. Then the software functionality testing is carried out, especially when it is run on a smartphone. The test results indicate that there are no bugs or errors found when running on laptop or mobile devices

Abstract

The digital world is marked by changes in the economy, companies and society become completely digital. Economic activities that are supported by the internet, products become digital, and community activities that always use the internet, make universities must prepare themselves to face these changes. SMART Education is an aspect that is used as a measure of digital transformation. The SMART principle consists of 2 two components. The first component consists of: self-directed/independence, Motivated/motivated, Adaptive/adaptation, Research/research and innovation, Technology/technology. The second component is the structural area of ​​higher education which consists of: management systems, human resources, educational activities, research and innovation, as well as higher education infrastructure. The stages of digital transformation towards SMART University are measured based on the combination of the components of SMART education principles and the components of the structural area of ​​higher education, which are categorized into three stages, namely the informatization, integration and digitization stages.

Abstract

The process of evaluating employee performance at Hotel Jogja until now has been carried out subjectively without variables and standard assessment methods and has not used a computerized system resulting in non-objective assessments and the results of the assessment do not reflect the routine performance of employees because the assessment has been affected by bias from the supervisor as the appraiser due to the absence fixed variable standard in performance evaluation. The method that will be used to analyze and calculate in this system is the Simple Additive Weighting method with 6 criteria for assessing attendance, time discipline, work quality, cooperation, attitude or ethics, and attention to guests. This system will be web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as a means of data storage. This system generates a list of performance appraisals from the specified alternatives. The final result of the Simple Additive Weighting method is the best alternative choice for the performance of Hotel Jogja Inn employees.

Abstract

The development of technology in today's era is growing rapidly, allowing the use of computers in the future to dominate human work, one of which is handling waste. The problem that often occurs is the accumulation in the dump because it is full, causing environmental pollution. One of them is IoT (Internet of Things) which can control electronic equipment remotely via internet media. The use of this technology for example in regulating the opening and closing of the trash can, the introduction of objects that use sensors and are controlled via a microcontroller. Electronic components in which there is an interconnection system between the Microprocessor, RAM, ROM, I / O interface, as well as a number of peripheral instructions. If a microprocessor is combined with I/O and memory (RAM/ROM) it will produce a microcomputer, a single-chip microcomputer is usually called a microcontroller. From the above problems, a more effective trash can can be made using volume control to help people throw away in the trash by knowing in advance the condition of the trash bin is empty or full using ESP32, which can be monitored from an android smartphone using the blynk application

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has an impact on the emergence of new innovations in various fields of human life. One of these innovations is in the field of financial technology (fintech), one of which is electronic-based money lending transactions which became popular with the term online loans (Pinjol). Pinjol has become a business trend and has become the choice of many people because it is considered to promise convenience, is seen as more effective, fast and easy than having to meet in person at the location to carry out debt transactions. However, borrowing transactions in practice leave many problems in society such as loan interest that strangles borrowers, physical threats to borrowers who cannot pay debts or installments, digital terror and threats to spread private secrets to the public through social media and so on. This study will answer how the views of Islamic law are related to loan transactions. The type of research used is library research with a normative qualitative approach by collecting information and OJK data about online loans and DSN MUI fatwa documents. The analysis was carried out using a qualitative method, namely explaining and describing the data obtained from the research and grouped according to their quality and truth to answer the problem. The results of this study are that online loan transactions are legal and permissible as long as they are in accordance with sharia principles. The implementation of online loan services must not conflict with sharia principles, including avoiding usury, gharar, maysir, tadlis, dharar, zhulm, and haram.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal atau SPMI pada saat ini adalah hal yang mutlak bagi suatu Perguruan Tinggi. Pengembangan SPMI membutuhkan penyelarasan terhadap kebutuhan dari suatu institusi pendidikan agar pengembangan sistem dapat mencapai tujuan secara tepat dan efisien. Penggunaan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) akan membantu proses otomasi untuk mengatasi hambatan fungsional tradisional dalam organisasi dengan cara mengintegrasikan berbagai sumber data dan aliran informasi dan menyalurkan diantara pengguna dalam organisasi. Metode Accelerated SAP adalah pendekatan yang direkomendasikan SAP® untuk mengimplementasikan perangkat lunak ERP pada sebuah organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat Sistem Informasi Audit Mutu Internal di STMIK El Rahma Yogyakarta. Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) adalah tahap evaluasi standar dari SPMI. Dengan penggunaan Odoo ERP sebagai sistem informasi maka dapat melakukan otomasi untuk mengelola data pengguna, data fakultas, data dokumen, pengisian borang evaluasi diri dan instrumen audit internal, serta pelaporan hasil audit internal

Abstract

Internet of things di era modern saat ini merupakan hal yang mulai banyak dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang, membuat hampir semua perangkat elektronik tersambung dan dapat berkomunikasi melalui internet. Seiring dengan perkembangan tersebut, pemanfaatan IoT dalam bidang pemeliharaan ikanpun dikembangkan. Penggantian air akuarium merupakan kegiatan yang sering dilakukan oleh pemilik ikan khususnya ikan hias. Sampai saat ini penggantian air akuarium sering kali tidak diperhatikan, kesibukan pemilik ikan hias dalam kehidupannya seharihari sering kali membuatnya lupa akan kondisi air pada akuariumnya. Sedangkan penggantian air akuarium adalah kegiatan yang perlu diperhatikan, karena ikan memerlukan lingkungan yang bersih dengan air yang mencukupi untuk memenuhi kehidupannya. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut pada penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah sistem penggantian air akuarium otomatis yang terhubung dengan internet dengan monitoring alat dapat dipantau melalui Blynk, sehingga pengguna dapat memonitoring tingkat kekeruhan air pada akuarium dimana saja dan kapan saja. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan NodeMCU sebagai pusat kendali sistem, sensor ultrasonik, LDR, mini submersible water pump, relay. Sensor ultrasonik digunakan sebagai pengukur ketinggian air dalam akuarium, sedangkan sensor LDR untuk mengukur kekeruhan air berdasarkan intensitas cahaya yang masuk ke sensor. Hasilnya adalah sistem ini dapat membantu pemilik ikan hias memonitoring kekeruhan air pada akuarium dan membantu penggantian air.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui unjuk kerja atau performance dari teknologi firebase realtime database melalui API (application programming interface) untuk digunakan pada aplikasi catatan harian diabetes melitus. Keunggulan firebase merupakan platform yang dikembangkan oleh google yang mempunyai library yang lengkap untuk pengembangan aplikasi cross platform maupun hybrid. Metode API firebase realtime database untuk memproses sikronisasi secara realtime melalui JavaScript Object Anotation (JSON) yang disediakan. Metode sikronisasi teknologi tersebut dengan tiga skema yakni fitur realtime secara efisien menghubungan dengan seluruh client yang terhubung secara otomatis. Fitur offline, fireb dapat tetap secara responsif berjalan dalam keadaan luring, karena memiliki firebase SDK (software development kit). Accessible from cline devices, layanan ini menawarkan kemudahan akses database secara realtime tanapa membutuhkan server application. Beberapa data yang komplek sesuai dengan catatan harian diabetes melitus ini dapat melihat performa dari kinerja platform tersebut. Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan QoS memperoleh hasil yang sangat baik. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan standar THIPON (Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Network) yang merupakan standar penilaian QoS yang dikeluarkan oleh ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institue) yang menghasilkan dari aplikasi diary diabetes melitus sangat baik dengan througput 78Kbps, Jitter sebesar 39 ms, packet loss sebesar 0 %, dan delay 22 ms.

Abstract

Kesulitan utama yang dihadapi oleh bagian Kepegawaian dan Wakil Ketua I Bidang Akademik di STAI Raudhatul Akmal adalah bahwa pada saat ini proses seleksi terhadap data calon dosen tetap dilakukan secara manual sehingga proses seleksi membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama. Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dalam penelitian ini akan dibangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk membantu proses seleksi penerimaan dosen di lingkungan STAI Raudhatul Akmal secara terkomputerisasi. Pada penelitian ini, penentuan bobot kriteria dihitung menggunakan metode pembobotan Rank Order Centroid (ROC) yang dimana bobot kriteria dihitung berdasarkan tingkat prioritas dari jumlah kriteria yang digunakan sehingga diperoleh nilai bobot kriteria yang sistematis dan obyektif serta valid. Berdasarkan hasil perankingan, disimpulkan alternatif A06 atas nama Susrianingsih berada pada prioritas teratas dengan dengan Qi sebesar 2,983. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) dalam Seleksi Rekrutmen Dosen STAI Raudhatul Akmal Dengan Pembobotan ROC, mampu memberikan hasil yang baik.
