Abstract

The number or intensity of X-ray photons produced correlates with the increase in tube current per time (mAs), which affects the image density on the final film. To ensure the consistency of the increase in X-ray radiation output and the Linear Coefficient of X-ray radiation output, is within the tolerance limits specified in PERKA BAPETEN Regulation Number 9 of 2011. The aim of this research is to determine the linearity of the X-ray Fluoroscopy radiation output in one of the houses. Jakarta sick. The method used is an experimental approach with a quantitative model. Measurement of radiation output using a PM1610 Personal Dosimeter on a Fluoroscopy aircraft. The results of measuring the linearity of X-ray radiation output with voltage variations of 40 kV, 50 kV, 60 kV, 70 kV show that the value of the Linearity Coefficient (CL) is (0.08 ; 0.06 ; 0.09 ; 0.07). So it can be said that the X-Ray Fluoroscopy equipment is in good condition because the CL value obtained in this study is below the Tolerance Limit Value according to PERKA BAPETEN Number 9 of 2011, namely CL ≤ 0.1 or ≤10%. This research can be carried out as a reference in further research

Nagari Tabek Patah is a nagari that has a lot of natural potential that can be used as a tourist attraction. If natural tourism can be managed properly, of course it can improve the local community's economy. The purpose of this study was to find out the potential and strategiesof the local community in developing tourism objects in Nagari Tabek Patah. The type of method in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out by observation and interviews. From this research, it was found that there were several ways that the local community had done to develop tourist objects, including promotion by placing banners and creating social media accounts

Abstract

Today's swear words or expressions are increasingly found, especially on social one of them is swearing expressions on the social media account Instagram @playitsafebabyreborn. Many netizens comment as they please without attaching importance to proper grammar and what can be caused by the words thrown at the victim. This study aims to describe any swear expressions obtained and analyze them by mentioning one by one the forms of swear words on the Instagram account @playitsafebabyreborn, including the data in the form of screenshots. This study uses a descriptive research method because this research describes swearing words found on the @playitsafebabyreborn account. Furthermore, this research approach is qualitative because the data is qualitative, namely the comments of netizens in the @playitsafebabyreborn Instagram comment column which contain swear words. The data collection technique used is the free-involvement listening technique because the data collection is done without involving Instagram users or netizens who comment on the Instagram account @playitsafebabyreborn but only observe from Instagram. The data analysis method used is the equivalent method with the determinant element sorting technique. Furthermore, the distribution method is used with the direct element division technique. From the results of this study, there are 15 swear words originating from the comments column and the Instagram account @playitsafebabyreborn. Based on this research, swear expressions can be found in several forms, namely animal lexical, profession lexical, object lexical, state or mental lexical, creature lexical, and epithet lexical.

Abstract

Students' awareness of Indonesian culture and traditional knowledge has declined as a result of globalization, Ethnoscience is a teaching strategy that combines conventional wisdom with contemporary ideas. It is considered an efficient teaching method, especially when it comes to teaching science in elementary schools. This research was conducted in three elementary schools located in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara, while the elementary schools that became the research sites were SD Negeri 15 Mataram, SD Negeri 19 Mataram, and SD Negeri 20 Mataram. The type of research used is Descriptive Qualitativ. The samples in this research are 4th and 5th grade teachers with a total of 6 teachers. The results of the study state that ethnoscience-based science learning design can be applied to several science learning materials, the application of ethnoscience-based science learning has gone well. Each school conducts evaluation activities with the aim of being a forum for teachers to convey complaints and opinions related to ethnoscience-based learning.

Abstract

Background: The increasing prevalence of device addiction allows individuals to have low social skills. Empathy is a social skill that must be possessed by medical students as prospective doctors in order to create a good relationship between doctors and patients. Research on the relationship between gadget addiction and empathy in medical students is still limited. Objective: This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between gadget addiction and empathy in students at the Faculty of Medicine, Medical Education Study Program, Baiturrahmah University, Padang class 2019-2021. Method: This research uses observational analytical methods with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were students from the Faculty of Medicine, Baiturrahmah University Medical Education Study Program in the city of Padang, class 2019-2021, who were taken using the proportionate stratified random sampling formula. The measuring instruments in this study used the Smartphone Addiction Scale - Short Version (SAS-SV) questionnaire, and the empathy questionnaire. The data analysis used is univariant data analysis presented in the form of frequency distribution, percent and bivariate analysis using the Spearman rho test. Results: Students at the Faculty of Medicine, Baiturrahmah University experienced a high level of addiction to devices (smartphones) with a high risk of 94 students (57%) and most were found in the class of 2021, namely 38 students (69%). The level of empathy obtained in this study was 151 people (91.5%) and there was a significant relationship between device addiction and empathy level. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it was found that there was a relationship between device addiction and empathy (r= -0.180; p= 0.021). These results show that the higher the device addiction, the lower the level of empathy.

Abstract

Motivation/Background: The wound healing of aging skin can be assisted by using aloin that increases fibroblast cells. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of aloin extract on increasing fibroblast cells in wound healing in male rats (Rattus norvegicus) with aging process The method research is a post-test control group design. The research sample use twenty-four of six months male rats (Rattus norvergicus) which were divided into 4 groups. Fibroblast assessment was carried out on days 7 and 14 of aloin treatment. Fibroblast data was processed using normality test and significance tests, carried out using the measured repeated test followed by Bonferonni test. The results is highest number of fibroblasts on day 7 was in the control group (+) treated with 10% povidone iodine. The highest number of fibroblasts on day 14 was in treatment group 2 which was given aloin. The statistical test Measure Repeated test said that there was no significant difference between the control and treatment groups p = 0.503 (p> 0.05). However, in the Bonferonni post hoc test, the value of p = 0.000 was obtained, which means that giving aloin can increase the number of fibroblast cells. The conclusions is aloin extract increased the number of fibroblast cells in wound healing of male rats (Rattus norvegicus) with aging process, which has the same effectiveness as povidone iodine

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of three exogenous latent variables, namely digital financial literacy, perception of benefits, and interest in one endogenous latent variable, namely student habits in conducting digital payment transactions. the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of digital financial literacy, perceived benefits, and interest in student habits in conducting digital payment transactions with the following hypotheses: H1: Digital financial literacy has a positive effect on students' habits in conducting digital payment transactions.H2: The perception of benefits has a positive effect on students' habits in conducting digital payment transactions. H3: Interest has a positive effect on students' habits in making digital payment transactions. The sample of this study was students of the faculty of economics and business, Mulawarman University with a total of 154 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires with simple random sampling techniques. The research data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The results of this study showed that the perception of benefits and interests had a significant positive effect on student habits, namely P value of 0.000 and 0.044, respectively. Meanwhile, digital financial literacy has a positive insignificant effect on student habits, namely the p value of 0.121.
