Abstract

Covid-19 atau biasa disebut Virus Corona, merupakan virus hasil dari evolusi virus sejenis yaitu MERS-Cov dan SARS-CoV yang pertama kali diketahui muncul di kota Wuhan, salah satu kota metropolitan terbesar di Cina pada 31 Desember 2019 dan telah memakan jutaan korban selama tahun 2020. Disepanjang tahun tersebut tentunya Covid-19 menjadi bahasan utama di berbagai media berita, baik di Indonesia maupun dunia. Ironisnya, dengan banyaknya berita yang beredar, tidak sedikit berita yang muncul adalah berita hoax atau berita tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kebenarannya. Identifikasi berita hoax di dunia maya sebenarnya telah dilakukan oleh komunitas internet dan dipublikasikan pada laman turnbackhoax.id. Hanya saja, metode identifikasi yang dilakukan pada laman tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga jika informasi semakin berkembang dan banyak, tentunya akan semakin sulit dan merepotkan. Identifikasi berita hoax secara otomatis dapat dikategorikan ke dalam masalah klasifikasi yang tentunya dapat di selesaikan dengan berbagai macam algoritma, diantanya Support Vector Machine (SVM). Algoritma SVM mendefinisikan terlebih dahulu batas antar kelas dengan jarak optimal yang didapat dari data terdekat dengan cara mengukur margin hyperplane antar kelas sehingga pemisahan kelas yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih baik. Pada penilitian ini telah dibangun sebuah sistem otomatis yang dapat mengidentifikasi berita yang termasuk dalam kategori hoax atau tidak dengan memanfaatkan algoritma SVM yang selanjutnya proses validasinya dilakukan dengan metode k-fold cross validation. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mengidentifikasi berita dengan baik, dibuktikan dengan rata-rata nilai Presisi, Recall dan F-Measure secara berturut adalah 78,96%, 78,18% dan 78,02%.

Abstract

Metrojaya Komputer is a business engaged in buying and selling, the purchasing process often has difficulty in determining how much stock of goods must be purchased for the future period, because it has not used forecasting methods. Forecasting is a forecasting that requires the retrieval of historical data to be processed in order to produce a decision on what predictions are needed for the next period. The purpose of this research is to simplify and accelerate forecasting using the weighted moving average (WMA) approach through the development of information technology based systems. The data needed in forecasting is the previous period data, whether the previous month's data or the previous year, then processed using forecasting equation. Forecasting can be processed based on data from the previous three periods or based on a certain period to produce the required stock of goods. The system development method used is the waterfall method which consists of several stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. This study produces a forecasting information system with a weighted moving average (WMA) approach that can be processed using an information technology based system so that it makes it easier and faster in making decisions regarding the stock of goods needed in sales.

Abstract

The guide letter has an important role in the administration of population administration at the village level. The letter of introduction is a proof of recognition from the Chairman of RT, RW and Village Office Chairman against the residents domiciled in the area. The management of guide letter and residents' domicile data in Bandasari Village has not been well managed. The data of introductory letters and immigrants are still managed and stored in each Chariman RT. In this research, developed Information System of Guidance Letter Handling Village Management Bandasari aims to manage data introduction letter and data of immigrants in the village Bandasari. System development using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall process model and blackbox testing method. Based on the tests conducted, it is known that the system will be developed to assist fast the People, Chairman of RT, RW and Village chief in managing the data of guidace letters and migrant residents data, because data saved in one database and can be access by user.

Abstract

Development of technology allows access to information becomes an easy thing to do. Along the way, the majority of agencies, both private and government, have an adequate source of information in the form of website applications. The use of website applications is growing in terms of access to information. It is not unusual that access to the current library catalog more uses an information system. The problem arises when the number of library catalogs that can be accessed but still separate, in the sense of having to move from one website to another website to access the catalog. The existence of web service technology is a solution to connect access one website application with another website. In this research, the library catalog access is integrated. The library is a case study of the library of Semarang City and Central Java Regional Library. The method used in this research is a light RESTful method in resource consumption so that it can be more efficient. The catalog integration application has been successfully built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Evaluation results show the application has been built, have a satisfactory performance, easy to use, useful and the majority of users are satisfied to use the application.

Abstract

Kegiatan dalam pergururuan tinggi khususnya di Politeknik Harapan Bersama baik dalam administrasi maupun kegiatan belajar mengajar sangatlah identik dengan penggunaan alat tulis kantor atau yang biasa disebut dengan ATK. Dalam menyajikan laporan Persediaan Alat Tulis Kantor di UPT Logistik  yang masih menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran belum dapat menghasilkan seluruh laporan secara optimal, sehingga didalam menghasilkan seluruh laporan yang akurat dan tepat menjadi relatif lama, dengan adanya sistem informasi pengelolaan ATK berbasis web, maka laporan stok ATK dapat di pantau dengan mudah dan tepat juga dapat dicetak setiap saat sehingga efektif, efisien dalam mengambil keputusan untuk keperluan pengadaan

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan dapat dilihat dari baik buruknya kualitas pelayanan. banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan jejaring sosial facebook untuk mengekspresikan opini. Analisis sentimen adalah paduan dari data mining dan teks mining. Oleh karena itu kumpulan postingan facebook yang berupa teks dikumpulkan untuk selanjutnya di olah agar bisa digunakan untuk analisis sentimen. Penggunaan algoritma multinomial Naïve Bayes agar hasil klasifikasi data sentimen lebih optimal. Ada tiga kelas yang digunakan, yaitu negative, netral, dan positif. Sebelum di klasifikasi, data mentah melewati tahap preprocessing terlebih dahulu untuk menormalisasi kata yang ada pada data. penggunaan metode TF-IDF membantu untuk pembobotan data. diperlukan pembagian data dalam tahap klasifikasi, Yang dimana data uji sebesar 20%, dan data latih sebesar 80%. Pengujian data ini menggunakan confusion matrix. jumlah persentase data sentiment terhadap pelayanan perusahaan otobus yang didapatkan dari facebook. dengan persentase 23% sentiment negatif, 53% sentiment netral, dan 25% sentiment Positif. Bisa disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan perusahaan otobus tersebut masih di anggap netral oleh penggunanya. Dari hasil uji data diperoleh nilai akurasinya 95%, precision 95%, dan recall 95%. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode yang digunakan memiliki tingkatan cukup baik.

Abstract

In the era of technology 4.0, the use of the internet is very quickly followed by the development of increasingly complex supporting devices, each activity of devices that are connected or disconnected in the network will send or issue messages that will affect the devices around them because each device has a different role on the network . Messages issued by the device must be considered, especially by network administrators. In general, the message is stored locally in the memory or drive of the device, it will be very dangerous if the device is turned off so the message is lost. or messages sent over the network to a centralized server. One technology that can be used to collect messages is the Dude application through a virtual private network, EoIP Tunnel. From the results of research that has been done, it can be said that system messages (syslog) from computer network devices both internet or intranet using the dude server can be implemented and are very safe because all activities that occur on switches are manageable, access points and routers on campus will be stored. When problems occur regarding network connections, syslog on the dude server can be opened using wordpad or similar applications. Virtual tunnel network, EoIP Tunnel can be configured on MikroTik routers by network administrators, so that syslog can be sent and entered into the dude server. EoIP tunnel development can be used or running simultaneously with OSPF routing.

Abstract

Water and soil quality is very important in agriculture. The level of acidity (pH) and soil temperature is one of the things that affect the fertility of plants. Therefore the quality of water and soil on agricultural land is one of the important things that need special attention in its management. One solution to water and soil quality can be monitored and managed efficiently is by utilizing the Wireless Sensor Network based on the Internet of Things (IoT). Use of ESP8266 Module as a WIFI module, widely used by Internet-based applications of Things because the price is cheap, thus reducing many costs and have a pretty good speed of 80 MHz. This research aims to develop the concept of Wireless Sensor Network by utilizing ESP8266 module to monitor pH value using pH Meter Analog Kit sensor and temperature of agricultural land using DS18B20 Waterproof sensor. The result of temperature measurement accuracy using DS18B20 Waterproof sensor of the designed system is 99.09% while the pH measurement using pH Meter Analog Kit sensor is 91.33%.

Abstract

Achievement of the quality of Performance of Higher Education (PT) can be seen from the achievement of the accredited rating of the study program and the accreditation rating of PT based on PermenRistek no. 32 Year 2016 on the Accreditation of Study Program and PT. The purpose of this research is to know the design of performance measurement system of PT the komperhenship. This study used the Academic Scorecard Method in combination with PermenRistek No. 44 Year 2015 on the National Standards of Higher Education to determine the content of each Cluster, while the stage of data processing and weighting of the design of PT performance measurement system using Analytic Network Process Method - ANP. Expert respondents numbered seven people who understand about performance measurement system of PT. The results of this study there are 3 stages in the design of performance measurement system of PT the komperhenship consisting of: 1). Input Stages contribute 68.72%, while this stage is divided into Cluster People consisting of three Higher Education Standards with a weight value of 52.54% and Cluster Resources consisting of six Standards of Higher Education with a weight value of 16.18%. 2). In-process stages that contribute 23.52%, while this stage is a Cluster Activities consisting of nine Standards of Higher Education. 3). Stages Output that contribute of 7.76%, while this stage is Cluster Output consisting of six Standards of Higher Education.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan perangkat mobile  semakin beragam, salah satu fitur yang umum digunakan adalah fitur pesan singkat atau SMS. Pemanfaatan SMS ini sangat praktis, semua perangkat mobile bisa menggunakan fitur ini dan yang utama adalah murah bahkan gratis.  Perguruan tinggi  melakukan evaluasi terhadap mahasiswanya untuk mengetahui kompetensi yang sudah dicapai oleh mahasiswanya. Banyak cara yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi mahasiwa diantaranya dengan ujian tulis maupun ujian online. Kendala ujian tulis adalah melibatkan banyak suberdaya, mulai dari kertas, tenaga untuk mengawasi serta untuk koreksi. Kendala ujian online, mahasiswa harus menggunakan notebook atau komputer yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Tidak semua mahasiwa memiliki perangkat akses ini sehingga menjadi kendala tersendiri. Ujian online  berbasis SMS  yang memanfaatkan SMS Gateway merupakan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem ini adalah prototyping, yaitu dengan membangun model atau prototypenya  sebelum dibangun model yang sesungguhnya untuk diterapkan. Hasilnya berupa aplikasi ujian online berbasis SMS Gateway dan pengelolaannya, yang bisa diakses oleh mahasiswa menggunakan perangkat mobilenya. Aplikasi ini bisa diakses menggunakan perangkat mobile dengan sistem operasi berbasis android maupun symbian. Secara ekonomis biaya untuk memanfaatkan aplikasi ini sangat murah bahkan gratis. Aplikasi ujian online berbasis SMS Gateway ini bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu media ujian online alternatif.
