Abstract

COVID-19 is a new disease outbreak that has been officially designated as a global pandemic by the Worldi Health Organizationi (WHO) oni March 11, 2020. Seeing the rapid development of COVID-19, the Government of Indonesia has carried out vaccinations that have been carried out since January 13, 2021, this vaccination is prioritized for medical personnel and red zone areas. Since its emergence, therei have been many prosi andi consi regardingi the vaccination process and it has alsoi become a trending topici on sociali media Twitter oni January 13, 2021. Onei of the mosti widely used social media by Indonesiani people isi twitter sociali media. According to We arei Social sources in 2020, twitteri social media is rankedi fifth in the category of sociali media that is often used with a user percentage of 56% after Youtube, Whatsapp, Facebook as well as Instagram. Thisi shows that there is a huge opportunity for data sources that can be usedi to find out the positive and negativei sentiments of the related community, which is useful for interested parties to carry out evaluations. So that it can see how many people agree and disagree. If the percentage of people who disagree is more, the government must do better socialization so that people can better understand and not feel afraid of the vaccine. This study aims to find out how public sentiment is about the government's policies regarding the COVID-19 vaccinei using the Support Vector Machine method. by extracting the tf-idf feature and comparing the kernels contained in the SVM, including Linear, RBF, Polynomial, and Sigmoid. With tests that will later see how the values of accuracy, precision, recall and F1-Score are.

Abstract

Pemberian gaji merupakan salah satu bentuk kompensasi yang diberikan kepada pegawai yang telah melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya pada suatu pekerjaan. Pemberian gaji dilakukan secara rutin oleh suatu organisasi, bersifat kritikal dan sensistif. Oleh karenanya diperlukanlah suatu system yang dapat mengolah data penggajian dengan benar. System penggajian ini dikenal dengan system informasi payroll. Karena system ini akan digunakan terus menerus pada organisasi sehingga perlu diperhatikan kehandalannya dari berbagai aspek seperti kelengkapan fungsionalnya, kebenaran informasi dan komputasi yang dihasilkan, serta aspek keamanan dari aplikasi tersebut. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap kualitas dari system informasi payroll yang telah dibangun. Untuk melakukan evaluasi tersebut dibutuhkanlah suatu model kualitas untuk mengevaluasi system informasi payroll. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria system informasi payroll dan model kualitas International Organization for Standardization and International Electrotechnical Commision 25010(ISO/IEC 25010) Product Quality Model, diperolehlah hasil berupa model kualitas untuk factor kualitas functional suitability dan security pada system informasi payroll. Setiap factor kualitas yang diusulkan juga terdapat kriteria yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi setiap factor kualitas tersebut. Selain itu diperoleh juga bahwa seluruh sub factor functional suitability dan security memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada system informasi payroll sehingga termasuk kedalam kriteria yang telah diusulkan

Abstract

SIBI is one of the Sign Languages used in Indonesia and has been widely used in the community, especially the school (SLB). Communication limitations of the deaf and speech community cause limited communication with the general public, especially many general public who do not know Sign Language or SIBI. For this reason, this research was conducted in order to become a learning media for the general public in recognizing the SIBI alphabet so that it can support communication with the deaf and speech community. This research was conducted to become a medium that can be used as a learning medium in the introduction of the SIBI alphabet. The method used in this research is CNN. CNN is used because it is a deep learning method that has the most significant results in image recognition. The data used is 2,600 images which are divided into 80% training data and 20% validation data. Training was done ten times by comparing the parameters that produce the best accuracy. The parameters used are batch size and epoch. From ten trials, the best accuracy is obtained using batch size 8 and epoch 50. The best accuracy produced is 85% training accuracy and 87% validation accuracy.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) STMIK Bani Saleh mengalami hambatan karena dikerjakan berdasarkan kebutuhan pribadi atau sesaat pada unit kerja masing-masing. Sehingga pengembangan yang dilakukan belum tentu tepat atau memiliki nilai manfaat optimal di masa yang akan datang. Dalam perjalanannya banyak mengalami perubahan formulir, laporan hingga prosedur sistem. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengembangan sistem informasi tersebut tidak berdasarkan blue print yang ada, sehingga manajemen sulit mengambil keputusan. Blue print yang ada tahun 2013-2018 sehingga sudah tidak sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini, perlu dilakukan pengembangan arsitektur enterprise (rancangan program dan teknologi informasi) STMIK Bani Saleh. Untuk pengembangan arsitektur enterprise, metodologi yang digunakan TOGAF architecture development method (ADM). ADM memiliki 9 tahapan dasar, dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan 5 tahapan dari 9 tahapan yaitu tahapan preliminary, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture dan technology architecture. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 46 entitas data, 7 fungsi bisnis serta 40 kandidat aplikasi yang akan dikembangkan untuk mendukung model dan kerangka dasar blue print di STMIK Bani Saleh.

Abstract

A book is a reading tool for everyone, it is very important for an institution to keep knowledge going and generate new knowledge. In the library of the Faculty of Computer Science Unsika, one of the obstacles that is the library space where the books are less adequate and difficult to find the title of research for final students because the title should not be the same. Development of a library with Document Management System based is a method in solving the problem, it is expected to provide solutions in achieving a document management. Can accommodate all books uploaded by users, given permissions and speed in the deployment to all users. Development of this modeling tool using the method. Which is in accordance with the wishes of customers. Database storage using MySQL, Object Oriented Programming (OOP) programming language using the Code Igniter (CI) framework. Based on the results of simple random sampling of 35 respondents 86.80% say agree to the digital library. the concept of document management system required large storage media, server and good local connectivity. This function can also be a stepping stone to do research.

Abstract

Village administration is part of the central government whose operations are aimed at rural areas. Village government is led by a village head, which is in charge of organizing the government, implementing community development, and also empowering the village community. Caused by the rush of community problem, a village head must be provided quick and accurate information to handle community problem. This research aimed to build an information system integrated with an SMS gateway to help both of village head and village administration staff to tackle community problem efficiently. The information system built by web-based mail management combined with MySQL database.

One of the innovations in the world of education is the convenience of students to access the results (development) of their lectures from anywhere. Chatbot has convenience in terms of service, because using a chatbot can make it easier to spread data. Provision of accurate and relevant data in real time is also needed so that the deployment will be faster and easier. Document generation is a method that can be used to create lecture-related files in real time, quickly and accurately. Abstract

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Sterilisasi Alat Kesehatan pada Unit (Central Sterilization Supply Departement) CSSD merupakan sebuah sistem yang dirancang untuk merubah yang pada awalnya pencatatan alat rumah sakit dilakukan secara manual menjadi berbasis komputer dengan tujuan memberikan laporan yang akurat, relevan, tepat waktu dan lengkap. Metode pengembangan sistem dengan Prototipe. Langkah yang digunakan yaitu: Tahap Pengumpulan Kebutuhan, Tahap Perancangan Prototyping, Tahap Evaluasi Prototyping, Tahap Pengkodean Sistem (Coding), Tahap Pengujian Sistem (Testing) Tahap Evaluasi Sistem, Tahap Menggunakan Sistem. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah : Dengan diterapkannya sistem baru dapat mengontrol kegiatan pengolahan data yang cepat dan efisien, Tercapainya kemudahan dalam pembuatan laporan pemakaian mesin, meringankan kerja Bagian Admin CSSD dan Penyimpanan data dalam bentuk database dapat mengurangi tempat penyimpanan dan membantu proses pencarian.

Abstract

Sales processes such as ordering and paying at the WKWK Kedai Purwokerto are still very manual, as is still using written notes and payment transactions are still carried out by manual calculations, this can result in errors in making payment transactions, so a Client Server-based sales application is made. With the creation of this application, the needs of admins and cashiers can make the ordering and payment process easy and fast and efficient. Sales application at Kedai WKWK Purwokerto City that can provide convenience in placing orders, payment transactions and managing important data in order to convey data information quickly, accurately and integratedly. A food and beverage sales application that was built on a Client Server basis, using the MySQL Database, Apache Web Server and PHP programming language, which is designed to handle the processing and management of data so as to produce reports in the form of master data, normative (numbers)  and the matrix at Kedai WKWK Purwokerto City.

Abstract

Teknologi merupakan salah satu hal yang menjadi kebutuhan. Kemajuan teknologi khususnya teknologi informasi semakin berkembang pesat salah satunya adalah dalam bidang pendidikan. Dalam bidang pendidikan, teknologi dimanfaatkan sebagai Metode pengajaran dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran sebagai alat bantu, agar mempermudah siswa dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan. Kecanggihan dan kemudahan dalam mengakses telepon genggam menjadikan teknologi  ini digemari oleh masyarakat. Kimia menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran disekolah yang berlandaskan pada teori dan operasi perhitungan. Seringkali guru menyampaikan materi secara lisan. Hal ini dapat mengurangi efektifitas belajar mengajar karena siswa cenderung jenuh terhadap penyampaian materi yang disampaikan secara monoton melalui lisan atau verbal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka pada proyek akhir ini dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang merupakan media pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat membantu siswa dalam mempelajari dan memahami materi reduksi-oksidasi dengan menggunakan bilangan oksidasi (biloks) sebagai metode penyetaraannya. Aplikasi ini di lengkapi 3 fitur, yakni : fitur materi, fitur step penyetaraan, dan step fitur soal. Hasil keluaran dari fitur step penyetaraan adalah berupa tahapan penyetaraan reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi. fitur ini bertujuan agar para siswa dapat dengan mudah memahami tahapan dalam penyetaraan reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi menggunakan metode bilangan oksidasi (biloks).
