The Teratai Putih Global Foundation is an institution engaged in the field of education which has 9 (nine) school units from Islamic preschool, Islamic Elementary School, Islamic Junior High School, Islamic High School and Vocational Schools spread across Bekasi and Jakarta. The data collection process is mainly related to the administrative and financial processes of students and the recording of school financial cash flows. The foundation and the nine units have school administration system software IFAS (Integrated Finance and Accounting System) in their respective school units, this condition makes it difficult for the foundation to consolidate data and daily reports in real time because they are not connected to each other. VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology allows anyone to be able to access the local network from outside using the internet. The purpose of using a VPN is so that users can access the resources on the server, connect to the database server in real time and get the same rights and settings as physically in the place where the local network is located. With the NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) method, a method for designing and building networks, VPN connections are designed for a client-server topology and successfully implemented for the IFAS program to run well and smoothly.

Rukun Tetangga / Rukun Warga is an inseparable part of Indonesian citizens ranging from administrative needs to social service needs such as information for residents, selection of new RT and RW leaders. The high interest of citizens towards services involving the RT head and other administrators often collided with the activities and daily activities of the administrators, resulting in limited and obstructed services for residents. This study aims to find the concept of system models that are needed by citizens to create ease in the management of messages and communication between the right citizens so that the time constraints that occur can be reduced. The research begins with designing a problem-based analysis design with the waterfall method. The method consists of sequential processes beginning with the analysis phase, system design, coding, implementation and maintenance of the system. The stages of system analysis, business process modeling using the Unified Modeling Language approach are used by use case and activity diagrams. The results of the study concluded that the application of the waterfall method could have an impact on the system development process to be more systematic and measurable, the system built was in accordance with what was expected by the residents.

Songket is a work of art which is a traditional fabric that is widely used in a variety of custom events in South Sumatera. Songket is made from a special yarn woven by using traditional weaving equipment. To generate a songket takes at least three months. This is causing a songket produced have the expensive price. In the community of South Sumatra songket is a must in custom events, among others, marriage ceremony, welcome the birth and Circumcision. Songket have various motives that have a specific name with the distinctive characteristics that differentiate between a songket with another. This research aims to design the application e-museum which can be a promotion media so the songket can widely know. The method used in building e museum Applications is ordinary Waterfall SDLC Models or linear sequential model. The result of the design can be implemented into the android-based applications.

The fingerprint is one of the biometric methods which is can be used in the education field. Attendance monitoring system using fingerprint will make the leaders easily to monitor the attendance of the lecturer and to make decisions. The fingerprint attendance is used to easy students detecting quickly and accurately the lecturer in the classroom. This system aims to provide the lecturer status information, entry or exit for teaching when every lecturer performs a fingerprint scanning. This study uses rapid application development (RAD) method to develop attendance system and involves the lecturer who have a teaching schedule in the current semester. To test the system, the lecturer was required to record the fingerprint in fingerprint machine. The result shows that the application of lecturer attendance in real time web-based can be a system provides the lecturers attendance information effectively and efficiently.

Teknologi bel sekolah sudah tidak asing lagi dalam dunia pendidikan kita khususnya di lingkungan sekolah. Bel sekolah merupakan sarana untuk memberitahukan para siswa dan guru kapan pelajaran mau mulai dan berakhir. Umumnya bel sekolah masih memakai tenaga manusia untuk membunyikannya. Masih jarang sekolah yang menggunakan bel sekolah secara otomatis yang bisa bekerja sendiri membunyikan bel sesuai dengan jadwal pelajaran yang ada. Proses kerja dari program ini adalah dengan melakukan setting jam waktu sekarang dan setting jam waktu tanggal, kemudian memasukkan daftar bel sesuai jadwal yang ada. Setelah itu program bel otomatis sekolah akan membaca data daftar bel hari ini yang sudah tersimpan tersebut berulang – ulang dan program akan mengirimkan perintah bunyi dan disebarkan ke autopower untuk disebarkan ke seluruh ruang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, kemudian autopower akan memberikan peritah ke relay lewat kendali dari IC TDA62003AP untuk menghidupkan saklar secara otomatis sehingga bel berbunyi, dan autopower akan hidup / menyala jika ada perintah bunyi / sensor suara dari program bel otomatis sekolah kumudian jika tidak ada sensor suara autopower akan mati (off) selain itu alat ini juga dilengkapi dengan volume untuk mengatur besar kecilnya suara yang akan dikeluarkan / disebarkan ke seluruh ruangan, selain itu juga dilengkapi dengan jek microfon untuk pemberikan informasi secara lansung dan untuk program bel otomatis sekolah itu sendri juga jika kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) berakhir akan shutdown secara otomatis. Dari hasil penelitian didapat Relay dapat tersambung secara otomatis melalui IC TDA62003AP, dimana kendali sepenuhnya berada pada perintah program bel otomatis sekolah dan autopower.

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in the PIP Semarang Level I cadet education process being carried out online, including the formation of cadet character. This study presents an approach in growing and shaping the character of the Level I PIP Semarang cadets with android-based application media. The character building application is made to instill character values that must exist in PIP Semarang Level I cadets in order to build a nation with Indonesian character. With this android-based application, it can assist in creating, converting, storing, communicating and disseminating information that will be developed as a model for Taruna Character Education at the Semarang Shipping Science Polytechnic. Development using the waterfall method and testing using blackbox. Based on the results of the blackbox test, it can be said that the test results can be said to have worked well and correctly with an increase in the overall weighted average value before and after system development with a difference of 1.45

The progress of Information and Computer Technology (ICT) has been widely applied. Not even a few business lines use computer sophistication. The use of this technology does not only occur abroad especially in large countries but also in Indonesia. A business credit lending agency is an agency or institution that records business transactions so that the technology of accelerator speed and accuracy is needed. To conduct a problem analysis in this study, a method of question and answer (interview) is carried out and direct assessment of the system that is running, the information system needed is built with extreme programming. This loan and payment application is in the form of an intranet website that can be accessed with a local server and implemented using web programming and MySQL used as database management system software. The making of the loan application and payment of credit is expected to help the problem of data accumulation and the slow pace of information retrieval on the Jembar DAPM, Kabisa, Babakancikao District, Purwakarta, which is still not fully computerized.

Utilization of information technology on this day has become an unavoidable need. Utilization of website as a promotion event of an institution or organisation still not optimal because not follow usability aspect/usability. The interface of the university website should be a reflection of the university itself. Evaluation of the interface of the university website should be done to find out how high the usability level of university website development. Using usability testing method is expected to be able to measure the usability level of the university website to maximise the promotion of Higher Education in cyberspace. Methods to measure using quantitative methods by spreading questionnaires to the respondents. Research indicators use usability indicators that include Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Errors, and Satisfaction. The questionnaire tested its validity and reliability before use. Questionnaires are distributed freely to internal and external residents of Higher Education. 95 Respondents filled out questionnaires that had been scattered. Assessment method using a Likert scale with four levels, namely: Strongly Agree; Agree; Disagree; Strongly Disagree. The results of this study concluded that the university website has a final value of 2.77 where this value is still in the excellent category. The lowest value of the five aspects of usability is in the Errors aspect of obtaining a value of 2.65.

Milk powder is a processed product that the quality has been maintained by factory. Perishable product and easily reacting with other substances made milk easily changing the purity of milk. The effect of temperature, humidity, contact with other material, the growth of spore B. cereus and C. perfringens. The content of oxygen, peroxide numbers, water content so the effect is in the form of lumps, color changes and flecks of milk powder that can appear the green or gray colour in the milk powder. This paper studied the using of adaptive control algorithm on implementation of milk powder storage and serial interface to sent distributed data that can be saved in database, so the quality of milk powder still in a good condition even though the case is open or closed and the growth of bacteria can be controlled also the changes of milk powder condition can be monitored. The design can also be made for any type of milk powder media test because the control facility can be optimized on the system and record data can be stored in database. The result of this method the control not only inside in the media but also in outer box of storage media so the changes environment control on inner box more smooth with direct control and the effect of lump can be reduced.

Banyaknya siswa SMA (Sekolah Menengah Atas) cukup kesulitan dalam penentuan penjurusan kelas yang tiap siswa mempunyai nilai yang terkadang sama, pemilihan program studi dengan cara manual dirasa kurang baik pada jenjang SMA. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah metode yang menyediakan sarana untuk mendukung keputusan yang akan diambil pihak sekolah dalam menentukan program studi di Universitas Tanjungpura. Salah satu solusi untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut adalah membuat sistem yang dapat membantu dalam mengambil keputusan itu sendiri, banyak metode yang dapat dipakai untuk mendasari sebuah metode pendukung keputusan. TOPSIS untuk memecahkan masalah dalam pemilihan program studi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah metode TOPSIS merupakan metode pengambil keputusan menggunakan database yang lebih akurat
