Abstract

Student characteristics are one of the attributes of knowing a student's thinking skills and academic abilities. In the process of teaching and learning, appropriate learning strategies must be applied to students. The Hippocrates-Galenus typology categorizes personality types into four different categories, namely sanguine, choleric, melancholic and phlegmatic. Classification of characteristics that use an approach to students based only on experience or intuition can produce inaccurate results and take a lot of time to process. A system with the ability to predict student characteristics is needed in order to be able to assess students more quickly. In this study, the C4.5 algorithm was implemented into a system that aims to carry out the process of classifying the characteristics of students. From the results of the tests carried out, the C4.5 algorithm obtains an accuracy of 90.08%. This shows it is able to classify student characteristics well by using the C4.5 algorithm

Abstract

In the era of business and economics that are interconnected with each other and competition between companies in seeking market share so that there will be an increase, especially in the number of customers, especially deposit customers, financial institutions and other companies are increasingly realizing the importance of understanding and identifying potential customers correctly to get potential customers. customers subscribe to deposits. Potential customer classification is a strategic approach that allows financial institutions to identify potential customers who have the potential to subscribe to deposits. With a deeper understanding of the characteristics and needs of potential customers, financial institutions can direct marketing resources more effectively, increase marketing efforts, and increase the conversion of potential customers to active customers. The aim of this research is to develop and test the Ensemble Least Square Support Vector Machine model with AdaBoost in classifying potential customers which can increase accuracy in identifying potential customers who have the potential to subscribe to deposits. The research results showed that this method achieved an accuracy of 95.15%, a sensitivity of 92.93%, and a specificity of 97.61%. In comparison with single Support Vector Machine and Least Squares Support Vector Machine models, the Ensemble Least Squares Support Vector Machine outperforms both in terms of accuracy.

Abstract

Solusi dari permasalahan pembukuan secara manual yang dilakukan dengan tulis tangan di atas kertas dan penyimpanan laporan yang terus menumpuk perlu melakukan optimalisasi transaksi penjualan dan data persediaan dengan melakukan aktivitas pembukuan yang dilakukan secara komputerisasi dan media penyimpanan pembukuan menggunakan basis data. Dalam optimaliasi perubahan pembukuan yang asalnya tulis tangan di atas kertas menjadi secara komputerisasi, menjadikan bagian kasir akan dengan mudah melakukan transaksi penjualan tanpa harus ada kalkulator dan bagian dapur hanya tinggal melakukan perubahan data persediaan menu hidangan serta pemilik rumah makan akan mudah mendapatkan laporan yang detail. Dalam pengembangannya untuk optimalisasi pembukuan menjadi secara komputerisasi menggunakan framework codeigniter, MySQL sebagai penyimpanan pembukuan, prototyping untuk metodologi penelitian. Diharapkan dengan perubahan aktivitas pembukuan secara komputerisasi menjadikan kinerja lebih cepat dan penghitungan menjadi akurat serta untuk laporan perhari, perbulan, dan pertahun pun dapat diketahui tanpa kendala apapun.

Abstract

Agribisnis adalah sektor ekonomi terbesar dan terpenting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Dalam menjalankan bisnis di bidang pertanian, perkebunan, kehutanan, perikanan dan peternakan atau dikenal dengan istilah agribisnis, tidak sedikit permasalahan yang dihadapi untuk keberlangsungan bisnis tersebut, salah satunya adalah dalam penanganan pascapanen. Permasalahan pascapanen ini sangat beragam, diantaranya proses pemanenan, penyortiran, pengangkutan, pengemasan dan penyimpanan. Proses pengangkutan hasil panen agribisnis sering mengalami kendala, salah satu kendala yang terjadi adalah mengenai pengelolaan data transportasi hasil panen. Pengelolaan data transportasi hasil panen agribisnis yang belum terintegrasi menjadi salah satu penyebab penanganan pengangkutan hasil panen yang tidak optimal. Oleh karenanya aplikasi website pemesanan transportasi agribisnis online ini dikembangkan dengan metode Prototyping dan membutuhkan waktu 100 hari hingga bisa sampai tahap implementasi sistem. Hasil uji aplikasi dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing menggunakan metode equivalance partitions dimana nilai efektivitas untuk semua Test ID diperoleh hasil : 92,5 %, sedangkan hasil uji pengguna dilakukan dengan metode Usability Testing yang menerapkan skala SUS, dengan hasil nilai 90% atau excellent

Abstract

Scheduling lectures is one important aspect to support the implementation of lectures. With the scheduling of lectures, lecture time can be arranged, so that the room can be used effectively. To arrange lecture scheduling, it is of course needed the right way so that arranging the lecture schedules becomes easier and faster. At the College of XXXX, lecture schedules is still done in the conventional way that is arranging the schedule manually using Microsoft Excel software so that it takes a long time in preparing the scheduling of lectures. To simplify and accelerate the process of preparing lecture schedules optimally, the Lecture Scheduling Information System is one of the right solutions. Genetic Algorithm is one way to make logical and systematic steps so that the Information System Scheduling lectures can provide solutions that are easy, faster and more optimal. The genetic algorithm is one of the advances in the field of information technology in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can solve optimization problems. So that the process of making a schedule using genetic algorithms prepares lecture schedules faster, more precise and optimal. The results obtained from the modeling of genetic algorithms in the lecture schedules system include reguler morning class schedules, reguler evening class schedules, and extention class schedules in all majors at XXXX Higher Education.

Abstract

Meetings are routine activities at Politeknik Engineering Indorama such as management meetings, senate meetings, committee meetings, and some other meetings. One of the important things about a meeting is minutes of meeting because minutes of a meeting are written evidence that the meeting was held and the result can be used as a reference in making policies at Politeknik Engineering Indorama. The method of writing and documenting of minutes meeting will not be effective and efficient if we still use the manual method, because in the future it will be difficult to find the result and documentation of the meeting if needed. Because of this, in managing minutes meeting and documenting it is necessary to use an information system in order for the process of documenting and searching more effectively and efficiently. Hence, in this research, we will design and build a minute meeting management system to simplify the process of documenting and searching.

Abstract

Malware is currently growing rapidly, diverse and complex. But, human resources that can carry out malware analysis is limited, because special expertise is needed.Reverse engineering is one of many solution that can carry out malware analysis, because reverse engineering techniques can reveal malware code. On March 5, 2018, found spam email containing files, the file contained malware flawed ammyy. This flawed ammyy is a software that comes from Ammyy Admin version 3 and then misused by hackers TA505. This study aims to identify the malware, especially the Flawed Ammyy RAT malware. This research uses descriptive methodology, then to do malware analysis used dynamic analysis and reverse engineering methods. The results of the study show that the Flawed Ammyy RAT malware works by hiding in the Ammyy Admin application then connecting to the attacker with ip address 103.208.86.69. netname ip address 103.208.86.69 is zappie host. There are 50 registry changes that are carried out by malware on infected systems. After the attacker has been connected with the victim, the attacker can easily do the remote control without the victim's knowledge.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with high rate of natural disaster, so any information about early warning of natural disaster are very important. Social media such as Twitter become one of tools for spreading information about natural disaster warning from account of  Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), therefore, the effectiveness of this kind of method for providing information have not known yet. The statement becomes the reason that the visualization is needed to analyze the information spread of natural disaster early warning with Twitter. This study is performed in 3 steps, which is retrieving, preprocessing then visualization. Retrieving process is used to get the tweet data of BMKG account in twitter then save into database, while preprocessing is done to process tweet data that has been saved in database by grouping the data according to the category, which includes Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics according to existing keyword, also reduce tweet data that is unimportant like BMKG's reply tweet toward other user's question. Visualization stage uses the result of preprocessing data into line chart graphic, bar chart and pie chart. Highest information spreading from BMKG tweet happened in Geophysics at March with 25987 re-tweets, while the highest peak happened at 2 March 2016 with information about 8.3 SR earthquake in Mentawai islands, West Sumatera with total of 6145 re-tweets.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis of YouTube boy group BTS comments uses the NLP approach to detect emotional patterns based on two category labels, namely positive and negative. With NLP, positive or negative polarity in an entity can be allocated as well as predicted high and low performance from various classification sentiments. The machine learning algorithms used to measure the accuracy of sentiment analysis developed are the Support Vector Machine and Random Forest algorithms. The steps taken start from the data collection obtained from the BTS YouTube Comment dataset and then go through the data preprocessing stage. Then proceed to the feature extraction stage by converting text into digital vectors or Bag of Words (BOW) and classified using machine learning algorithms until the evaluation stage. From the results comparison of the evaluated algorithms, the accuracy value between the two algorithms is 96% for training data and 85% for data testing using the SVM algorithm, while for the Random Forest algorithm it is 82% for training data and 80% for data testing. This shows that the SVM algorithm produces a higher accuracy value than the Random Forest for sentiment analysis of YouTube boy group BTS comments.

Abstract

Voting adalah kegiatan yang sangat menentukan pada saat perhelatan pemilihan, persoalan yangmenjadi fokus perhatian bagi panitia penyelenggara pemilihan adalah bagaimana proses pemungutansuara dapat menjamin azas langsung, umum, bebas dan rahasia serta bagaimana hasil perhitungan suaradapat berlangsung jujur transparan, dan dapat diakses oleh publik. Salah satu kegiatan yang belumtersentuh teknologi yaitu proses pemilihan Ketua Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS), di sekolahsekolah semua prosesnya kebanyakan masih dilakukan secara manual, hal ini dirasa kurang efektifdengan berkembangnya teknologi sekarang ini. Untuk memenuhi hal tersebut maka dibangun sebuahaplikasi E-voting berbasis Web PHP. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan software MacromediaDreamweaver dan dengan menggukana bahasa pemograman PHP. Sistem ini menggunakan browseruntuk melaksanakan voting, diharapkan akan memberikan hasil voting yang akurat, cepat dan terpercayaserta bias mengurangi angka siswa yang tidak memilih dan tidak akan mengganggu proses belajarmengajar.Metode penelitian dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi pada objek penelitian,wawancara dengan narasumber dan studi literatur yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang ada.Perancangan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language. Program yang dibuat menggunakan bahasaPHP dengan database MySQL. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pembuatan aplikasi pemilihan ketua osis SMKBina Islam Mandiri Kersana Brebes dapat mengotimalkan pemilihan ketua osis secara efektif dan efesien.Kata Kunci : E-Voting, Aplikasi, PHP, UML
