Abstract

In the big data era, the clustering of data or so-called clustering has attracted great interest or attention from researchers in conducting various studies, many grouping algorithms have been proposed in recent times. However, as technology evolves, data volumes continue to grow and data formats are increasingly varied, thus making massive data grouping into a huge and challenging task. To overcome this problem, various research related methods for data grouping have been done, among them is K-Means. However, this method still has some shortcomings, among them is the sensitivity issue in determining the value of cluster (K). In this paper we discuss the implementation of the rule-of-thumb approach and the normalization of data on the K-Means method to determine the number of clusters or K values dynamically in the data groupings. The results show that the implementation of the approach has a significant impact (related to time, number of iterations, and no outliers) in the data grouping.

Abstract

Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) is one of network attack technique which increased every year, especially in both of intensity and volume. DDoS attacks are still one of the world's major Internet threats and become a major problem of cyber-world security. Research in this paper aims to establish a new approach on network packets classification, which can be a basis for framework development on Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack detection systems. The proposed approach to solving the problem on network packet classification is by combining statistical data quantification methods with neural network methods. Based on the test, it is found that the average percentage of neural network classification accuracy against network data packet is 92.99%.

Abstract

Employee rankings can be done for various needs, one of which relates to year-end bonuses. So far, the awarding of year-end bonuses to research objects has only relied on one criterion, namely targets and achievements. In fact, there are many other indicators that can be assessed, such as attendance, discipline, communication style, cooperation, and initiative. This study aims to provide an alternative computation-based employee ranking method with multi-attribute decision making (MADM). The Elimination and Choice Translation of Reality (ELECTRE) technique is used in research to rank employee data based on their attribute values. The results of the study show that, of the ten employees assessed, four alternatives (employees) are recommended to be selected based on the results of a comparison of the dominant aggregate values. In this study, it can also be seen that alternative 6 (Alt-6) is the strongest alternative to be recommended for selection. Because alternative 6 (Alt-6) is not only better than alternatives 1, 4, 8, 9, and 10, but also better than alternative 3 (Alt-3) and alternative 4 (Alt-4). The order of the second, third, and fourth alternatives, respectively, are alternatives 5, 7, and 8. The recommendations of these four employees can be used as decision-making material for policymakers, given the need to award year-end bonuses.

Abstract

Komputer merupakan suatu perangkat yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk proses pengolahan data, agardata yang diolah tersebut secara efektif dan efisien dapat memberikan informasi yang diperlukan olehsuatu perusahaan. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan secara komputerisasi memerlukan tenaga lebihsedikit dan waktu lebih singkat serta informasi yang dibutuhkan lebih aktual. Dalam pelaksanaanpenelitian dilakukan metode pengumpulan data dan analisa data yang mana terdapat tiga teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan metode pustaka. Sedangkan metodepemodelan sistem menggunakan tabel identifikasi, use case diagram, activity diagram, sequencediagram dan class diagram. Sistem menggunakan adobe dreamweaver sebagai script editor, PHPsebagai bahasa pemrograman, dan basis data menggunakan MySQL. Hasil penelitian yang didapatselanjutnya dianalisa dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada, kemudian dibuat pertanyaanyang mengarah pada masalah tersebut untuk dicari penyelesaiaannya. Unit Laboratorium STIKesBhamada Slawi belum memiliki website yang digunakan untuk proses pengelolaan inventarislaboratorium sehingga menghambat proses pengelolaan data inventaris barang dan efektifitas dalampelayanan.Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah maka solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut dengan membuatSistem Informasi Inventaris Laboratorium Berbasis Web pada STIKes Bhakti Mandala Husada Slawi.Sistem dapat membantu operator laboratorium dalam mengolah data pengajuan barang, input inventarisbarang, dan servis barang serta pembuatan laporan transaksi menjadi cepat dan efisien.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Website, STIKes

Abstract

The increasing number of internet users in the world and especially in Indonesia has made traditional businesses start turning to technology such as e-Commerce. Where the increase in internet users by (±16%) and internet penetration by 75.47% between 2021 and 2022 are the main causes of a paradigm shift in society in Indonesia. Technology can play a role in helping management dynamics in a company's supply chain flow and entrepreneurial business activities in real-time. Human resources, cash flow, logistics, low-cost information flow, and efficiency play an important role in the continuity of technology-based business management. The application of Information Technology makes the supply chain process run according to consumer expectations to fulfill product distribution more efficiently and optimally. The concept of Technology-Based Supply Chain Management that has existed in recent years has become a priority for analysis in this journal, so that the qualitative research methodology used is a conceptual review, where this method collects data using library research methods and examines various related matters. information. to supply chains, behavioral changes, consumers, changes in the use of technology in e-Commerce which are the basis for determining innovation solutions to optimize Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategies on the concept of digital e-Commerce technology for future businesses.

Abstract

Kucing adalah salah satu hewan yang banyak dipelihara olah masyarakat luas, tidak terkecuali di kota Sukabumi. Perkembangan kucing saat ini telah berorientasi dari hewan peliharaan sekarang bisa menjadi komodity ekonomi, hoby, serta kepentingan lainnya. Dengan banyaknya spesies dan keaneka ragaman jenis kucing yang dipelihara olah masyarakat khususnya di Kota Sukabumi pada saat ini, telah melahirkan suatu tempat untuk berkumpulnya para pecinta kucing, baik itu komonitas maupun forum diskusi khusus tentang masalah-masalah yang di alami para pemilik kucing itu sendiri. Meskipun demikian hal itu belum berdampak signifikan terhadap masyarakat luas dikarenakan aspek-aspek tersebut tidak dapat mewadahi hal yang lebih spesifik, dan masih bergantung pada Platform Facebook dan whatsapp hal tersebut menjadikan masyarakat sukar dalam mencari informasi yang aktual tentang data-data kepemilikan kucing maupun data kucing lainnya jika hanya bergantung pada Platform yang digunakan saat ini. Oleh sebab itu melalui perancangan dan pembuatan Website Pemetaan ini. Website pemetaan ini di visualkan menggunakan Mapbox Api sehingga dapat membatu masyarakat luas yang ingin mencari data seputar kucing dengan terperinci. Berdasarkan data yang aktual, yang didapat dari hasil observasi yang bekerja sama dengan dinas terkait dan komunitas kucing di kota sukabumi.Kata Kunci - Finite State Automata, Cat

Abstract

Health is one of the important aspects of society's life. Karangampel Health Center is one of the health centers that provide public health services in general. There are several health services provided by the puskesmas including regular medical practices, specialist doctors practices, KIA service practices (Mother and Child Health), and KB service practices. Currently, the queue system at the puskesmas does not yet use the computerization so it is less effective. Many patients who have signed up complain because they don't know for sure the operational schedule at the health center. The purpose of this study was to build a mobile-based computerization application that contains information about the doctor's practice schedule, registering online, the patient's examination history, as well as submitting an online reference letter. The app also had a feature to get an ambulance call quickly. This research method includes observations and System Designers using Systems development of life cycle (SDLC) by the prototype method, and the creation of the system so that it produces a Mobile-based puskesmas information system. Applications are made, then the test is carried out using a black box. The test results result in a value of 80% so it shows that the application is worth using

Abstract

The vital organs of humans are enabled to see are the eyes. The eye is a camera that plays an important role in supporting daily human activities. An object can be seen clearly or not depends on the ability of light refraction in the eye. If there are abnormalities or eye diseases, it can interfere with one's vision. Visual disturbances related to light refraction namely myopia, hypermetropy, and astigmatism. Currently, there are several steps to help patients overcome these disorders, such as the use of glasses, medicines, surgery, and the use of certain technological devices. However, to follow the above method, the patient cannot detect early for any visual impairment, and the patient must go directly to the ophthalmologist at the clinic or hospital. This is less efficient if the patient has limited distance, time, up to the cost to consult directly. This research is aimed at making devices measuring myopia (nearsightedness) and hypermetropy (farsightedness) in the eye. The main components used are Raspberry Pi as the main microcontroller to process data, LCD viewer to display the results of measurement information, Android smartphone is used to display letters as a test medium that will be answered by patients so that the Raspberry Pi processes sound data from patients whether the answer is true or false. With this system, it can provide convenience for users in early detection of nearsightedness and farsightedness tests independently, so that information on farsightedness can be known from the results of tests carried out without having to consult a doctor directly.  Keywords - devices, gauges, visual disturbance, early detection, smartphones

Abstract

Digital image security using Transform Domain algorithms such as Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) has been widely used. To improve the security of the DWT algorithm needs to randomize the pixel coefficient, namely Arnold Cat Map (ACM). Computing ACM as one of the chaos functions is known to be fast and fits with Transform Domain. DWT has been implemented in the Daubechies filter which is the development of the Haar filer. In this paper, we proposed the message insertion model using a combination of DWT and ACM on a 512x512 piskel grayscale image and a 64x64 pixel message on the LL subband. The experiments were performed on 2 different images to determine the ability produced by the combined algroithm. The ability test for message insertion process is done through Mean Square Error (MSE), Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and comparation between original image histogram and image insertion histogram. While in the process of message extraction, algorithmic capability test is done by calculating Normalized Cross Correlation (NCC) and its correlation. The highest MSE result is 2.9502 and the highest PSNR is 43.4323 dB, while the NCC value is 237.3584 with correlation 0.7181.

Abstract

World currency market trading has become one of the many types of work that has been done by the public due to the convenience offered, big profits and the flexibility of time and place in trading. This study aims to predict the movement of EUR / USD currency trends using data mining techniques combined with neural network algorithms compared by linear regression algorithm that can be used as one of the references for traders as an open trading position. Attributes were used in this study namely Open (Opening Price), Close (Closing Price), Highest (Highest Price), Lowest (Lowest Price), for time frame price used is with time frame 1 day and the time period is taken from 3 January 2011 to 15 November 2016. The result of this research is Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) percentage number as well as additional label prediction result that obtained after validation using sliding windows validation. Best result obtained from testing phase using neural network algorithm which uses 0.006 and 0.003 windowing which results is equal to testing phase that does not use windowing. In other hands, testing phase on linear regression algorithm using windowing resulted in 0.007 and testing phase that does not use windowing that is equal to 0.004. T-test showed that neural network has insignificant result compared with linear regression. T-test result value is 1.00 for testing with windowing and 0.077 for windowless test.
