Abstract

Disaat ini perusahaan harus mengatur tata kelola TI sebagai perangkat pendukung proses bisnis perusahaan. Sesuai Peraturan Kementerian BUMN PER-02/MBU/2013 tentang Panduan Penyusunan Pengelolaan Teknologi Informasi Badan Usaha Milik Negara maka teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam pengembangan usaha suatu perusahaan. Sehingga perlu dikembangkan secara terarah dan terukur di BUMN guna mendukung strategi bisnis BUMN sejalan dengan tujuan jangka panjang, menegah dann jangka pendek yang ingin dicapai oleh BUMN. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja ITIL V 3 domain service operation dan bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kematangan (maturity level) terhadap layanan yang dimiliki dan rekomendasi penerapan berdasarkan panduan service operation. Dimana hasil maturity yang didapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu berada dilevel 4 (Managed) dikelola, pengukuran dan pemantaun terhadap kepatuhan dengan prosedur, serta pengambilan tindakan jika proses tidak berjalan secara efektif, dapat dilakukan. Namun dalam proses implementasinya diserahkan pada setiap individu dan dilakukan monitoring secara berkala melalui laporan per tiga bulan. Sehingga dapat meminimalkan penyimpangan terhadap prosedur dan kebijakan perusahaan. Akan tetapi ditemukan gap antara prosedur dengan implementasinya, sehingga dibutuhkan sosialisasi dan monitoring pada proses implementasinya. Kata Kunci : Penelitian, ITIL V 3, domain service operation, tata kelola TI, gap.

Abstract

Harvani Hotel has 5 (five) floors, where each floor has 1 (one) Access Point (AP). All Access Points, servers and several Personal Computers (PCs) are connected to the RB 750r2 microtic router which is connected directly to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) so that all users are connected to the internet network. The problem that occurs is the uneven distribution of bandwidth so that the first user connected to the internet will get more bandwidth with the highest internet access speed. This causes interference to other users who feel the speed of internet access is very slow, which results in user inconvenience in using internet access. Therefore, bandwidth management is done in this research uses the action research method, where the prototype is focused on 5 Access Points by using ISP that provide bandwidth services of 2.5 Mbps and shared equally among 5 Access Points. From the testing results using the speedtest known that every AP only get the throughput between 100 - 400 kbps. This is providing that the bandwidth used of every AP does not expand 512 kbps and the bandwidth distribution of every AP has been ordered to remove the existence of user interest.

Abstract

The Special Criminal Investigation Directorate is the executing element of the main task under the Regional Police Chief, led by Dir Reskrimsus with the rank of Chief of the Police Commissioner (Kombes Pol) / Echelon II-B, tasked with conducting investigations and investigating special crimes, coordinate, supervise, and administer PPNS investigations in accordance with statutory regulations. So far, the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Central Java Regional Police, especially the Cyber Crime Unit, in its service still uses manual methods. This was felt to be inefficient because of the large number of complaints coming in and the lack of police personnel who handled complaints from reporters so that servants to the community were judged to be less than optimal and needed a long time in a complaint report. This study uses the Extreme Programming method in designing the developed system. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that Extreme Programming is one method that supports the acceleration of the development of a small to medium scale system and can improve the quality of the system. Unfortunately, Extreme Programming does not have formal documentation so there is no measuring instrument that shows that the system has been completed.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and with the disruptive technology make multimedia developers continuously innovate in making specific information products. Internet as a source of information can be used as a reference to seek various information such as information about custom clothing from around the world. In addition to sources from the internet, many available information about custom clothing for example in print. The use of both media is found a variety of problems that Internet users must search for one by one information and readers should find information custom clothing one by one following details and explanations. The problem is solved by creating a digital encyclopedia about custom clothing in digital form based on multimedia technology using mobile application with Android operating system. The method for multimedia software engineering uses Luther method with its stages of concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing, and distribution. The end result of this research in the form of multimedia products encyclopedia custom clothing in the form of android applications. Product test results have been passed using functionality testing and all functions can run well and in accordance with the concept. From the results of the survey on beta test results obtained 83% which states that the application is feasible to use.

Abstract

Kehadiran minimal 75% dalam perkuliahan merupakan syarat untuk dapat mengikuti Ujian Akhir Semester. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam perkuliahan di perguruan tinggi saat ini adalah banyak mahasiswa terlambat dalam menghadiri perkuliahan. Hal ini menimbulkan mahasiswa melakukan tindakan kurang terpuji antara lain melakukan penitipan absen kepada mahasiswa lain sehingga dosen tidak dapat mengetahui jumlah mahasiswa yang hadir sebenarnya. RFID atau Radio Frequency Identification adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan pelacakan dan identifikasi objek dan makhluk hidup menggunakan gelombang radio. Tidak seperti teknologi bar-code, teknologi RFID tidak memerlukan kontak atau garis-sight (Akintola K.G, 2011). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengembangkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berhubungan dengan pemodelan dan aplikasi sistem informasi menggunakan Radio Frequency Indentification (RFID) dan melakukan desain Sistem Informasi Absensi yang terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Akademik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah Prototyping dengan alat bantu perancangan sistem antara lain Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram dan implentasi aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah desain sistem secara umum, terinci, desain database dan aplikasi Absensi dengan RFID yang terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Akademik. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini jika lolos uji blackbox dan RFID dapat terintegrasi dalam aplikasi serta berjalan dengan baik dalam browser.

Abstract

 Utilization of information technology in a company will assist in increasing the productivity of the company in carrying out its duties and responsibilities. Distributors are the most important part in a company that provides medical equipment in obtaining goods for the sustainability of the company. The evaluation process for distributors currently does not use a system, so the company has difficulty in evaluating distributors from the requirements that will be calculated and used as material for evaluating the distributor's performance. The decision support system in the selection of this distributor uses profile matching. Profile matching is a method in a decision support system that will provide recommendations based on a comparison of the profiles of each distributor with the highest score. The decision support system for selecting Medical device distributors helps companies to automate and computerize in determining the performance of distributors in meeting company needs. The results of manual calculations and web applications on the selection of medical device distributors show the same results, and there are no different calculations. Test results using blackbox get perfect results, namely 100% for all system functions created for the selection of medical device distributors

Abstract

Soil is the most crucial factor in the management of agriculture. To measure and monitor soil health status, soil health assessments can be undertaken in the management of agricultural land that aims to determine whether the land is being or will be used in an area in a healthy condition and can perform its functions properly. The results of soil health assessments can also be used as a reference for agricultural land managers to set planning targets and implementing systems to practice soil health management by reducing identified constraints, and assisting land managers in searching agricultural land.  Comprehensive soil health assessments can be undertaken based on soil health indicators which consist physical, chemical, and biological properties of the soil. But there is no definite standard for assessing soil health comprehensively, and people who know and understand soil health indicators are still minimal. The number of indicators in soil health assessments can also make it difficult for experts to assess the health of the soil. Therefore, it is needed a Decision Support System of Soil Health Assessment Using Simple Additive Weighting Method so that with this application, it is expected to assist the community especially those involved in agriculture in assessing soil health easily, and quickly, and obtain land health status of an area based on predetermined soil health indicators.

Abstract

Car rental is a growing business that runs rapidly. Competition of travel business is getting strict and business development is getting rapidly. They can boost companies to improve quality and service to their consumers. The problem which always happens in processing travel business, i.e., manual data processing using book. It can give risk for losing data and duplication process, and also the data that does not automatically recapped until the report of income and other information are not up to date. It is needed that there is a system for supporting process of travel operational management. The method that used in the research was a method of software development, i.e., waterfall. The findings of the research is the system that can facilitate the process of travel operational management until it can make the available process more effective, improve the service to consumers, facilitate to search for data that relevant to vehicle travel data.

Abstract

Folklore is an oral tradition story passed down from generation to generation in the life of society. But today, folklore is less popular than abroad cinema which is packed with interesting form. In the Lampung region there is many people who do not know the folklore story about Lampung. In fact, folklore has a moral value, and also as a cultural heritage of the region. The purpose of this research is to design and build an educational game application of Lampung folklore to increase the interest of children and society to know and read Lampung folklore which is a cultural heritage that must be preserved. The development of educational folklore game application constructed from web and mobile platforms. The testing method that is done on aspects of Usability, Functionality, Portability, and Efficiency. Based on the results of usability testing on 5th and 6th grade elementary students using a questionnaire obtained 92.44% results, the functionality tested by 2 experts in the field of software engineering obtained 100% results, portability performed on the smartphone android version of gingerbread until marshmallow obtained 80% , and testing efficiency using Testdroid gets 15% average CPU usage results and an average memory of 175 MB.

Abstract

Batik merupakan warisan budaya Indonesia yang harus kita jaga dan lestarikan. Proses melestarikannya yaitu dengan pendataan identitas batik tersebut secara komputerisasi. Proses tersebut diawali dengan pengenalan pola untuk mencari informasi dari citra batik tersebut menggunakan proses ekstraksi ciri dengan metode GLCM (Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix) dan Filter Gabor, kemudian proses klasifikasi menggunakan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan. Penelitian ini membuat sistem ekstraksi ciri citra batik yang akan digunakan untuk proses selanjutnya yaitu klasifikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk pendataan citra batik, khususnya batik Pekalongan. Pada penelitian ini proses pengumpulan data melalui tiga cara, yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dalam pengimplementasiannya menggunakan Matlab 2010a. Pengujian menggunakan empat sampel citra batik tradisional Pekalongan, setiap citra dibagi menjadi beberpa bagian dan selanjutnya diuji dengan metode tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini telah menghasilkan beberapa niai metode GLCM dan hasil citra proses ekstraksi ciri metode Filter Gabor yang dapat digunakan untuk proses klasifikasi citra batik.
