Abstract

In the current era, technology is frequently utilized for facilitating learning, both by educators and students. However, the advancements in modern technology not only bring positive impacts to the realm of education but may also lead to negative consequences, affecting changes in student behavior and posing a threat to educational norms and regulations. The objective of this research is to delve into the management of educational technology. The chosen research method is literature review, specifically gathering information from journals, books, and other sources. The findings underscore the significance of maintaining professionalism as users when harnessing technology effectively, ensuring the smooth progression of technological developments. Technology holds the potential to streamline tasks; therefore, let's optimize its utilization.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and provide an objective assessment of the management of Tri Nur Skills and Training Institute in Gorontalo City, with a specific focus on planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and the recording of secondary data. Following the research type, data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the management of Tri Nur Skills and Training Institute in Gorontalo City exhibits suboptimal performance in terms of planning. The identification of learning needs for participants/citizens is limited to completing the biodata form. The implementation aspect also falls short of optimal, as traditional learning processes like private lessons are not effectively conducted. Participants struggle to comprehend the material, leading to additional explanations outside the classroom, a practice not consistently undertaken by the instructor. The evaluation process proves ineffective, failing to meet the set targets or graduation standards aligned with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards. Therefore, further research is necessary to enhance planning effectiveness, ensuring that all programs align with the intended goals and targets.

Abstract

Hal mendasar dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan islam, terutama Pondok Pesantren yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan formal maupun non formal ialah gaya kepemimpinannya, hal tersebut merupakan langkah awal yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap pengelola dengan asumsi, satu kata, satu bahasa, dan satu tujuan, sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang di susun dalam yayasan. Berdasarkan penomena tersebut, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mempelajari serta mengetahui pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan dalam mengelola lembaga Pendidikan Islam terutama Pondok Pesantren. Sehingga melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan mampu merubah serta mengembangkan lembaganya menuju arah berkemajuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi literature atau kepustakaan. Peneliti setidaknya mendapatkan 3 kesimpulan yaitu 1). Kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai atribut dan kualitas yang tidak sama dengan otoritas lainnya, sehingga administrasi inovasi dipandang siap untuk turut menggerakkan suatu organisasi. 2). Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah metode kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada usaha untuk mengubah kesadaran, memotivasi, dan menginspirasi anggota organisasi agar mereka memberikan upaya ekstra demi mencapai tujuan bersama, sehingga para bawahan merasa didorong tanpa merasa terbebani atau tertekan. 3). Kemampuan kepemimpinan transformasional juga melibatkan keahlian dalam berkolaborasi dengan orang lain dan mengoptimalkan sumber daya organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang memiliki makna sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan.
