Abstract

Instagram has helped Tasya Farasya build her beauty brand called "Mother of Pearl". Tasya has created an emotional connection with her followers by using persuasive and engaging language, reflecting the brand's original, gentle, and luxurious values. Tasya has improved its brand image and increased its appeal in the Indonesian beauty market through innovative and interactive content. The strategic communication method she uses to increase the allure of "Mother of Pearl" products by displaying premium and elegant quality, in addition to expanding a loyal and engaged customer base.

Abstract

Teknologi digital telah mengubah cara komunikasi politik dilakukan, terutama selama Pemilihan Presiden Indonesia 2024. Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana platform YouTube telah mengubah wacana politik yang dibangun oleh Prabowo Gibran, Calon Presiden Nomor Dua. Bagaimana narasi politik dikemas, disampaikan, dan diterima oleh masyarakat dalam konteks ruang publik digital adalah fokus utama penelitian ini. YouTube tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi tetapi juga sebagai tempat diskusi politik yang memungkinkan publik dan pemangku kepentingan politik terlibat secara langsung. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform ini telah menjadi ruang strategis baru untuk mengubah persepsi publik, menciptakan legitimasi politik, dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam demokrasi. Studi ini meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang peran platform digital dalam mengubah dinamika politik modern di Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research method used is a literature review. A literature review requires systematic stages, to carry out the identification, evaluation and synthesis stages of research works and studies that have been completed by previous researchers. This research was carried out by searching for articles that were similar to the research title via Google Scholar by getting 8 articles that had been selected and getting 4 articles and published or published 85 articles. After being selected, they got 3 articles with a period of 2017-2022 which had indexed sinta 2 and 3 , which uses Indonesian. Collecting articles in Indonesian language that meet the requirements that have been determined according to needs, such as title, variables and year of publication of the journal are required within the 20172024 time frame. The benefits of creating a POE Learning Model are to improve student learning outcomes later. Based on the background of this research, it can be formulated, namely how to improve student learning outcomes through the POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) learning model in science learning and the aim of this research is to improve science learning outcomes through the POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) learning model. ) in science learning and can be an alternative learning model in improving learning outcomes. Abstract

This final project is compiled based on the author's experience during the production activities of making a film entitled "Between Coffee and Thesis". During the pre-production and shooting process, the author served as the main actor. The main actor's task is to play a role as a character or figure that matches the expectations of the story of a film. The main actor must be able to understand the character in depth, including the background, motivation, and emotions involved. In addition, the actor must also be able to adapt to different roles and understand the director's direction. This film production activity aims to improve the author's ability to communicate, increase relationships and be able to apply the knowledge learned during college so that they get a picture of the world of work later. During the film production activities, the author has observed and felt for himself how important the process is in playing a role in a film, especially as the main actor who needs maximum results so that it becomes one of the factors for the success of a film. Starting from character development, paying attention to acting skills to understanding what needs are needed so that the character is successfully played from all aspects. So in its application, good communication is needed between the actor and the team so that good cooperation is established. Interpersonal communication theory is the process of sending and receiving messages with the aim of getting feedback and reactions so that the message to be conveyed can influence behavior between two or more people. So that the role of the main actor has a very important essence in the production of a film.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan etika administrasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Padang Utara, Kota Padang. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Seksi Ketentraman, Ketertiban Umum dan Penanggulangan Bencana, pengelola sumber daya manusia, masyarakat umum, dan penerima layanan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengandalkan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Indikator yang dianalisis meliputi aspek kesetaraan, keadilan, kesetiaan, dan tanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika administrasi di Kantor Kecamatan Padang Utara berjalan cukup efektif. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan kendala seperti terbatasnya jumlah pegawai dan kurangnya pelatihan rutin. Untuk itu, perlu adanya penguatan pelatihan etika administrasi secara berkelanjutan untuk menjamin pelayanan yang sopan, adil dan profesional.

Abstract

Pembelajaran ialah suatu proses mengatur dan mengorganisasi, merubah katakter, pada seluruh lingkungan yang ada di sekitar peserta didik agar menumbuhkan potensi ,minat dan motivasi peserta didik. Namun dalam hal ini media pembelajaran di tuntut untuk dapat menyesuaikan peningkatan perkembangan zaman, tetapi kenyataan di lapangan masih banyak sekali proses pembelajaran yang masih cenderung berpusat pada guru, dengan menggunakan metode ceramah yang dapat mengakibatkan peserta didik menjadi kurang aktif, kurang termotivasi untuk belajar, sehingga sulit untuk memahami konsep materi yang di sampaikian. Untuk itu di perlukan pengembangan model maupun metode dan seperangkatnya yang salah satunya LKPD, guna mengembalikan peran aktif dan efektif serta motivator peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Literatur ini di lakukan dengan analisis Narrative Literature Review. Pengumpulan literatur di lakukan dengan menggunakan 4 tahapan yaitu : memilih topik yang akan di revew, memilih jurnal nasional yang terindeks oleh Shinta pada 5 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2020-2024, melakukan analisis literature, dan Menyusun hasil review. Tehnik penyajian data menggunakan table daftar artikel yang kemudian di analisis menjadi data hasil review. Untuk tehnik analisis data, menggunakan tehnik deskriptif dengan cara menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi beberapa artikel yang di pilih yang kemudian di rangkum sehingga menjadi satu rangkuman yang lebih informatif. Berdasarkan hasil literatur riview memberikan pembuktian bahwa adanya LKPD dapat meningkatkan minat dan keaktifan peserta didik serta dapat membantu peserta didik lebih mudah memahami materi pembelajaran secara langsung. Dari hasil review artikel ini di harapkan dapat membantu proses pengembangan LKPD, pada pembelajaran sains khususnya Pelajaran Fisika.dan menjadikan peserta didik yang berkualitas.

Abstract

The digital age has significantly transformed how Generation Z accesses and processes information through social media platforms. Platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube have become primary means for disseminating information rapidly and extensively. However, this ease of access also creates opportunities for the spread of hoax news, which can distort public perception and trigger social unrest. This study aims to examine how critical thinking skills can aid Generation Z in identifying and filtering hoax news on social media. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing a literature review and secondary data analysis, this research outlines steps of critical thinking such as evaluating sources, assessing evidence, fact-checking, and being aware of information biases. The results suggest that critical thinking is not only a vital skill for sorting information, but also a foundational element in fostering effective digital literacy among Generation Z.

Abstract

This research discusses in detail the political communication that occurs in coastal and rural communities that have their own characteristics, the purpose of this research is to find out how political communication in rural coastal communities in Konawe Islands Regency using qualitative data analysis and data collection based on observation, interviews and document studies. The results of the study found that political communication in coastal and rural communities is strongly influenced by aspects of knowledge that shape people's perceptions and attitudes in conducting political communication. In particular, the level of knowledge of applicable regulations, as well as legislative and executive candidates form ways of communication that are more oriented towards values, morals that become the standard of society in conducting communication. Knowledge and emotional closeness to prospective leaders form a pattern of communication that is familial and humanist, so that even though the level of knowledge of the rules is not sufficient, the community still wants the contestation of elections and regional elections to take place in an atmosphere of kinship and mutual respect.

Abstract

This research discusses the construction of social reality that occurred before and after the Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) in Wakatobi Regency and Central Buton Regency using Peter Berger's social construction theory. In the preelection phase, people actively expressed their political views through various platforms, such as social media and public spaces, which created vibrant political dynamics and often tensions. After the election, strong political engagement and collective identities emerge among supporters of candidate pairs (paslon), although differences in expectations of election outcomes can lead to conflict and polarisation. This research highlights how social constructs influence public perceptions, political behaviour and post-election community dynamics.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the role of interpersonal communication between nurses and patients in the Emergency Room (IGD) of the Mohammad Natsir Regional General Hospital, Solok City with a focus on first aid and its impact on patient satisfaction. Interpersonal communication theory according to Joseph A. Devito was used as the basis for this research. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that effective interpersonal communication between nurses and emergency room patients is implemented through five main aspects: (1) Openness, where nurses create conditions that allow patients to talk openly about their complaints; (2) Empathy, where the nurse shows attention and concern for the patient; (3) Support, which is realized by nurses accepting ideas and suggestions from patients; (4) Positive feelings, which nurses build to increase patient enthusiasm, determination and confidence; and (5) Equality, where nurses treat patients fairly and humanely. This research confirms the importance of interpersonal communication in improving the quality of first aid in the ER, as well as playing a significant role in increasing patient satisfaction.
