Abstract

The ineffectiveness and slow process of complaining about garbage at the Environmental Service led me to take the initiative to create a website-based waste complaint system so that it would make it easier for the relevant departments to serve public complaints about waste in the city of Ende and also so that people can make complaints about garbage more quickly through the created website. By directly observing the waste complaint process at the Environmental Service, conducting interviews with the Head of the Environmental Service's Garbage Division about the waste complaints used, Requesting the flow of the garbage complaint system that runs in the office. Based on this problem, the authors offer a solution to solve this problem by creating a web-based waste complaint system so that it can facilitate the relevant agencies in serving public complaints regarding waste in the city of Ende. Then test the system created using the Blackbox Testing method. From the results of making a garbage complaint information system, it can be concluded that the complaint system using the web can run well and is computerized. Abstract

As time progresses, many people are starting to realize the existence of wedding organizers (WO) and are starting to use their services. This is because prospective brides and grooms, most of whom are millennials, are busy with their respective jobs. Because of this busy schedule, prospective brides and grooms find it difficult to prepare everything related to their wedding. This is where the WO's job is needed to help the smooth running of a wedding party. Starting from the contract/blessing to the reception process. Running a business is not enough to just rely on a model, because in reality every business or undertaking requires its own elements. This research aims to analyze a wedding organizer business. The model used to help manage this business is the business canvas model (MBC) which consists of nine elements guided by SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis will really help manage a business starting from describing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This research focuses more on how to manage the WO business with MBC. The research results explain that before running a WO business, MBC is a tool in management strategy to translate concepts, consumers, infrastructure and company finances in the form of visual elements. With the MBC framework, it is very easy for WO business to be realized quickly and on target.

Abstract

Fajar hasil Bumi is one of the largest commodity transaction warehouses on the island of Flores, which is located at km4, Mautapaga Village. Ende Regency. To note, apart from Ende Regency, Fajar Prestasi Bumi also has a branch located in Kewa Pante, Sikka Regency. where the farmers will sell their agricultural products to the warehouse and then carry out a sale and purchase transaction at a predetermined price. Commodity-producing farmers come from various regions. This study uses the Waterfall method by following the various stages in it. In this study, testing was also carried out using the Black Box method. The results of this study indicate that there is still a lack of application of information systems in sales and the quality of sales reports from both product data and purchase data is still low. With the existence of an information system selling agricultural products, hopefully product data collection and sales information can be helped. sales business owners still do not understand the use of the system and there is no socialization regarding the use of information systems to sales business owners such as at UD Fajar Prestasi Bumi. Abstract

Archive is a record of “record or warkat” written, printed or typed in the form of letters, numbers, pictures that have a certain meaning and purpose as material for communication and information. The Ende Regency Ministry of Religious Affrais Office still manages the archiving of incoming and outgoing letters conventionally/manually written using ledgers and archived on file shelves. The purpose of this study is to design and build an information system for filing incoming and outgoing letters at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Ende Regency. The software design methodology used in this study is UML (Unified Modelling Language). In this study, researchers used qualitative methods by collecting data in the form of detailed stories or actual circumstances. With this archiving information system, it can ficilitate the filing of incoming and outgoing mail so as to minimize the sime used, streamline and streamline the existing place or space. Abstract

Historic sites are a form of heritage and cultural heritage that have value for the present and future life of the nation. Ende City is one of the cities that has historical sites that have not been optimally managed. In this study, the design and construction of a Web-Based Tourism Promotion Information System at the Bung Karno Exile House was carried out. The problem found is that the service at the Bung Karno site is still inadequate, visitors who come often do not get clearer information about historical items on the Bung Karno site because there are no tour guides, there are only guards who sometimes cannot explain in detail about the historic item. Through the information system that has been built aims to provide convenience in finding information and data information accessed by visitors. Collecting data in this study using the method of literature study, observation and interviews. This study uses the Waterfall method by following the various stages in it. In this study, the test was also carried out using the Black Box method. The results of this study indicate that there is still a lack of information system implementation on the Bung Karno site and it is still very manual. The conclusion is, with the application of a Web-Based Tourism Promotion information system, it is hoped that it can help and make it easier for visitors or the public who want to visit the Bung Karno Site and also make it easier for officers to deal with problems such as schedules for the public or other visitors who come to visit. Abstract

The problems that occurred at Posyandu Kota Ratu were the use of manuals by cadres in recording activities still in the ledger, as well as delays in reporting activities by some cadres or posyandu officers. To overcome this problem, the goal is realized through the development of a system in the form of a Posyandu monitoring information system in the Kotaratu Village. The method used uses the Waterfall software method. The system development process is carried out using the HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages, as well as the use of the MySQL database. The results of the development of this program succeeded in overcoming the obstacles that existed at Posyandu Kota Ratu. Thus, it can be concluded that the system that has been developed is effective in helping overcome the problems faced by Posyandu in Kota Ratu Village. Abstract

PPKS (Need for Social Welfare Services) is one of the social problems that exist in people's lives. Where, people or people who in their daily life because of an obstacle, are unable to carry out their social functions, so they need social services to fulfill their life needs. This research was conducted with the aim of being able to overcome problems that occur in the PPKS data collection system, and make data collection easier and more efficient. The software used in making this system is a database as a data storage medium, the programming language PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML are used to create the interface. The research method used is the waterfall method and the process carried out follows the stages contained therein. Based on the above, the authors take the title "Data Collection Information System for the Need for Web-Based Social Welfare Services at the Ende District Social Service". Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Ende is one of the State Senior High Schools in the city of Ende, Ende Regency and is the leading school as well as the most favorite school. So far, the use of technology has not been left behind by other schools, but only limited to typing and making reports without using a special system in its management so that data accumulation and even loss often occur. This research was conducted with the aim that the resulting data and information would be faster, easier and more accurate because it no longer uses conventional methods but is computerized so that when data is needed it no longer takes a long time to search. Information can be thought of as data that is processed into a meaningful form which can then be processed into a decision. This study uses a type of qualitative research, which is carried out using data collection methods, namely documentation, observation, structured interviews. The system used for the design of the Employee Information System at SMA Negeri 1 Ende uses DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and the software design method used is the waterfall method. While the programming language used in this study is the PHP and MySQL programming languages, then for testing this system using the BlackBox method. From this research resulted in an Employee Information System Design at SMA Negeri 1 Ende which can facilitate administration in the process of managing employee data such as SK data, Diploma data, Certificate Data and Deed Data. Abstract

Toko Ratu Sembako berdiri sejak tahun 2016, toko ini menyediakan sembako dan peralatan rumah tangga lainnya. Laporan data barang pada Toko Ratu Sembako masih menggunakan nota dari pihak pemasok barang (agen). Pemilik toko hanya menyimpan nota tersebut sebagai arsip untuk mengetahui stok barang masuk dan harga barang masuk. Hasil penjualan, dan data stok barang masih di catat di dalam buku sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan tidak akurat dan tidak tepat waktu, karena data yang di butuhkan untuk membuat laporan hilang atau rusak, pencatatan data barang sering terjadi ketidakcocokan antara stok barang yang dicatat dengan stok fisik barang. Selain itu pemilik kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi pendapatan mereka, karena perhitungan laba rugi tidak akurat. Sistem ini dibangun agar memudahkan pihak pemilik toko dalam mengawasi data barang dan memperhitungkan penjualan agar dalam melakukan bisnisnya pengelolah dapat mengatasi masalah yang sering terjadi di toko tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Waterfall dimulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian sistem, dan maintenance. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengujian sistem yang digunkan adalah metode Black Box pengujian sebuah software tanpa harus memperhatikan detail software. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi pendataan penjualan barang yang dapat dengan mudah mendata barang yang masuk, laporan laba rugi serta laporan penjualan agar lebih tertata rapi dan efesien. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Pendataan barang, Laporan Penjualan, Metode Waterfall, Metode Black Box Testing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived price, brand image and product quality, and on purchasing decisions for packaged drinking water. The population of this research is students of the faculty of economics UNRIKA Batam totaling 105 people. The sample consists of 105 respondents, who were taken by the saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study concluded that perceived price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.001, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.035, and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.019. Perceived price, brand image and product quality simultaneously influence the decisions purchase of 0.000. Keywords: Perceived Price, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions
