Abstract

Pemasaran digital berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja usaha bengkel sepeda motor pada era milenial baru ini, untuk mendorong usaha yang lebih kreatif dengan keterlibatan akses, keterampilan, dan motivasi memakai media pemasaran digital ini Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekitar Kab. Sidoarjo, Kec. Waru, Prov. Jawa Timur pada bengkel-bengkel sepeda motor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi lapangan serta dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen sebagai teknik dalam mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan bagi penelitian yang sedang diteliti. Saat ini bengkel sepeda motor di Kabupaten Sidoarjo sudah ada yang menerapkan pemasaran digital dalam kegiatan-kegiatannya, baik itu promosi, memasarkan produk, dan lain sebagainnya. Dengan demikian, dapat menerapkan pemasaran digital apalagi zaman sekaran media sosial sangat berkembang pesat dan teknologi untuk pemasaran semakin canggih.Abstract ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia (kecuali artikel yang ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris) yang berisikan isu-isu pokok, tujuan penelitian, metode/pendekatan dan hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Based on the performance condition of Asoka Luxury hotel employees, there is a problem because employee performance appraisals are still far from the targets set by the company, this causes the company's profits to decrease. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, and Intrinsic Motivation on Performance through Work Discipline. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research using associative methods, namely using a partial least square approach where the processing uses PLS software. The data collection method in this study used primary data in the form of interviews and questionnaire distribution. The population in this study was 35 employees using saturated sampling techniques, where the entire population was sampled. The results of this study found that work involvement affects the performance of Asoka Luxury Bandar Lampung Hotel employees. Abstract

The large amount of work piling up at BMKG Region 1 Medan means there is no time to carry out maintenance on the SIMPER website. So the SIMPER website was handed over to the author to update the icons, tool data and station data. Maintenance is carried out during the internship period or ± 1 month, so that the SIMPER website can provide information on stations that are active or have repaired measuring equipment. In making icons, the author designs icons using the Android application, namely Pixellab. In this research the author used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method. The aim of this research is to change the tool icon on the SIMPER web so that the icon display is better than before and it is easy to indicate whether it is active or not with the shape of the space and with images related to the previous icon and the aim of updating the tool data is to indicate on the initial appearance of the web SIMPER that the station is active or inactive (has not updated data).

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of service quality (X) on community satisfaction in Batu Aji District (Y). The approach in this research uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research sample was 100 people. The results of research using the comparison method between t-count and t-table, the t-table value obtained with a total of 100 data is 1,984, while the t-count value for service quality is 12,575, because t-count (12,575) > t-table (1,984). Based on the data above, the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 is smaller than <0.05 probability, so H0 is accepted, Ha is rejected, therefore it means that there is an influence of service quality (X) on satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the determination results obtained obtained an R value of 0.786, meaning 78.3%, while an R2 value of 0.617, meaning 61.7%. The Community Satisfaction variable can be explained by service quality as an independent variable and the remainder (100%-61.7%=38.3%) is not in the research.

Abstract

Sistem komputer krusial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pengelolaan data manual dengan Microsoft Excel, yang memakan waktu. Pengujian sistem dalam pengembangan bertujuan memastikan fungsi sesuai persyaratan. Tujuan utama pengujian adalah memastikan kualitas dan keandalan sistem, mengurangi risiko masalah saat operasional. Metode pengujian Black-box digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah sejak dini, menghemat waktu, biaya, dan upaya sebelum peluncuran resmi sistem.

Abstract

According to the results of the 2020 population census, of the 2.06 million population in the Riau Islands, 71% of the population or around 1.45 million people are in the productive age range (15-64 years). The 2020 population census also shows that the population of the Riau Islands is still concentrated in Batam City, where around 57.95% of the population of the Riau Islands live in Batam City. Capital market investors in the Riau Islands are still very small compared to the number of productive age population, which indicates that the level of public awareness in investing is still low. This research aims to analyze the level of willingness of the millennial generation (in this case students) to invest. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an overview of how financial behavior influences investment decisions; How does Financial Literacy influence Investment Decisions? The research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of students in the city of Batam. The sample for this research were students from the Accounting study program at Putera Batam University. The results of the research using the t test to test partial effects showed that: Financial Behavior influences Student Investment Decisions with a Sig value of 0.000<0.05; Financial Literacy influences student investment decisions with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, by testing the influence simultaneously using the F test, it was found that Financial Behavior Financial Literacy jointly influences student investment decisions in Batam City with a Sig value of 0.000<0.05, where R Square shows 70.6%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana kualitas layanan di Klinik Nabila Skincare Grobogan memengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan secara signifikan memengaruhi loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Artikel ini juga membahas kontribusi teoritis, implikasi praktis, batasan penelitian, dan memberikan pengantar tentang masalah penelitian dan tujuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan mengumpulkan data dari 168 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan, kepuasan, dan loyalitas. Studi ini juga menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk instrumen penelitian. Temuannya memberikan wawasan berharga bagi industri perawatan kulit agar dapat memuaskan pelanggan dan meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan.

Abstract

Penurunan produktivitas terjadi pada bagian Dyeing Finishing CPB dan Dyeing Finishing Jet Dyeing. Penurunan produktivitas terjadi pada tahun 2020 ̶ 2021 yang diakibatkan oleh tidak tercapainya kompetensi karyawan atau adanya gap kompetensi. Gap kompetensi karyawan disebabkan oleh Perusahaan yang tidak memiliki standar dalam penentuan jenis pelatihan dan peserta pelatihan. Perusahaan hanya mengadakan pelatihan yang umum dan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kompetensi pegawai. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang memberikan masukan terkait dengan penentuan jenis pelatihan. Sistem yang akan dibuat merupakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode profile matching dan weight product. Profile Matching bertujuan untuk mencari gap dari kompetensi yang akhirnya akan memberikan rekomendasi terkait peserta pelatihan dan weight product akan memeberikan rekomendasi terkait jenis kompetensi yang memerlukan pelatihan. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan memudahkan Kepala Seksi HRD PT Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills dalam menentukan jenis pelatihan dan peserta pelatihan yang akan meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan sehingga penurunan kinerja karyawan yang disebabkan gap kompetensi tidak akan terjadi

Abstract

Sampang Regency in East Java, Indonesia, has great potential in tourism. With its strategic location between Bangkalan and Pamekasan, and flanked by the Java Sea, Flores Sea, and Madura Strait, Sampang Regency offers natural beauty, rich culture, unique culinary, and friendly people. One of the interesting destinations that attracts attention is the Lon Malang Beach Tourism Village on Madura Island, Sampang Regency. Factors such as strategic location, ease of access, unique concept, safe environment, and adequate facilities are key factors in attracting visitors. A strong and positive destination image can influence tourists' interest in visiting a place, while attractive tourism products and good services also play a key role. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed online to 86 respondents who have knowledge or experience related to Lon Malang Beach in the past year. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insight into the factors that influence tourists' decision to visit Lon Beach Malang.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how fixed asset management is managed in Tana Toraja Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The location for this research was carried out at the Tana Toraja Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Service office. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The research data collection procedure uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. It can be concluded that asset management in Tana Toraja Regency has largely been running in accordance with the applicable statutory regulations as regulated by Tana Toraja Regency Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2015 concerning Management of Regional Property, but it has not been fully maximized and there are still many deficiencies. There are several assets that receive less attention, thus affecting the LKPD (Regional Government Financial Report) to BPK (Financial Audit Agency) reporting process related to regional asset management. Asset management has been running in accordance with the regional asset management cycle in general, although it has not been running optimally.
