Abstract

Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek dilakukan di PT. Trimitra Abadi Lestari, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi serta distribusi air mineral. Salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah proses pengelolaan stok barang yang masih bersifat manual, menggunakan buku tulis dan lembar kerja Excel, sehingga rawan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan distribusi. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, dirancanglah sistem informasi pergudangan berbasis web sebagai solusi. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Agile yang dikenal fleksibel dan berorientasi iteratif. Data untuk pengembangan diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pihak gudang, serta studi terhadap dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup sejumlah fitur, di antaranya pengelolaan stok, distribusi, informasi pelanggan dan pemasok, laporan keuangan, serta riwayat transaksi yang saling terintegrasi. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja gudang, keakuratan dalam pencatatan stok, serta mempercepat pengambilan keputusan berkat akses data secara real-time. Selain itu, sistem mendukung integrasi yang mudah dan aksesibilitas data dengan adanya fitur ekspor ke format PDF dan Excel

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based patient registration information system at Puskesmas Purnama, Dumai City, to address the inefficiencies of the existing manual registration process. The conventional method often leads to long queues, data entry errors, and delayed services. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The application was built using PHP for programming and MySQL as the database, with a web interface designed to be user-friendly for both staff and patients. The resulting prototype allows online registration and provides a more structured and efficient data management process. With this system, the administrative services at Puskesmas Purnama are expected to become faster, more accurate, and digitally integrated.

Abstract

Tingginya aktivitas masyarakat Indonesia di media sosial, khususnya platform X (dahulu Twitter), mencerminkan kuatnya opini publik terhadap berbagai isu sosial, termasuk kritik terhadap kebijakan pemerintah. Salah satu fenomena yang viral adalah tagar #kaburajadulu, yang merepresentasikan ekspresi kekecewaan terhadap kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan politik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen masyarakat terhadap tagar tersebut ke dalam tiga kategori: positif, negatif, dan netral, serta mengevaluasi performa metode Naïve Bayes Multinomial dalam klasifikasi sentimen. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses crawling dari platform X, kemudian diproses melalui tahap pra-pemrosesan teks, pelabelan menggunakan InSet Lexicon, dan pembobotan fitur menggunakan TF-IDF. Model Naïve Bayes dilatih dan diuji dengan pembagian data 80:20 serta dievaluasi menggunakan 10-Fold Cross Validation dengan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil menunjukkanbahwa model berhasil mengklasifikasikan sentimen negatif dengan baik (akurasi 75%), namun belum optimal dalam mengenali sentimen positif dan netral. Penelitian ini mengonfirmasi dominasi opini negatif terhadap tagar #kaburajadulu dan membuka peluang pengembangan metode klasifikasi yang lebih kompleks pada isu-isu sosial digital.

Abstract

Price fluctuations of key food commodities such as chicken meat and red bird’s eye chili exhibit significant volatility patterns in Bekasi Regency, impacting consumers, producers, and local government authorities. This study aims to classify the level of price volatility for these two commodities using the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm. Daily price data for the year 2024 were obtained from the Department of Communication, Informatics, Cryptography, and Statistics of Bekasi Regency, then processed and analyzed using RapidMiner with an 80:20 training-to-testing data ratio. The classification results show that the C4.5 algorithm achieved an accuracy of 93.84% for chicken meat prices and 80.56% for red chili prices. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the C4.5 algorithm in recognizing price volatility patterns and its potential in supporting decision-making for regional price monitoring systems and early warning mechanisms for market shocks. This research offers practical contributions to government efforts in price stabilization.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) mendorong penggunaan mikrokontroler sebagai komponen utama dalam berbagai perangkat pintar. Di antara berbagai jenis mikrokontroler, AVR, PIC, dan ARM menjadi platform yang paling sering digunakan dalam proyek IoT karena ketersediaan, dokumentasi, dan fleksibilitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan karakteristik, kelebihan, dan keterbatasan ketiga mikrokontroler tersebut berdasarkan studi literatur yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yaitu pendekatan terstruktur untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis seluruh temuan penelitian yang relevan terkait dengan suatu pertanyaan atau topik tertentu. Kajian literatur ini bukan sekadar pencarian referensi umum, melainkan merupakan proses ilmiah yang terarah dan sistematis dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang menyeluruh, objektif, dan dapat direproduksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kajian sistematis terhadap artikel ilmiah yang relevan dari beberapa database, termasuk Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, dan portal SINTA. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mikrokontroler ARM unggul dalam kinerja dan skalabilitas, sementara AVR dan PIC lebih menonjol dari segi kesederhanaan implementasi dan efisiensi biaya. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu peneliti dan praktisi dalam memilih platform mikrokontroler yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan aplikasi IoT mereka

Abstract

PT Birdie Indonesia menghadapi masalah dalam proses penilaian kinerja dan penggajian karyawan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyulitkan dalam pencatatan, memperlambat rekap, serta kurangnya kejelasan dalam penilaian. Isu ini memengaruhi akurasi perhitungan gaji dan penilaian kinerja yang tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menciptakan sistem berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan evaluasi kinerja dengan sistem penggajian untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, ketepatan, dan kejelasan dalam proses tersebut. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah Waterfall, yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pelaksanaan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistemnya dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi pengelolaan data karyawan, penilaian kinerja berdasarkan indikator absensi, serta perhitungan gaji otomatis yang terhubung dengan data kehadiran. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi yang efisien dalam mendigitalisasi proses SDM di PT Birdie Indonesia, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang didasarkan pada data yang akurat dan aktual

Abstract

Employees are one of the supporting factors for the success of an agency or company. With employees who meet the company's qualification standards, company productivity will certainly be maintained and increased. The process of selecting high-performing employees is a process that requires various kinds of careful and complex considerations because of the many criteria being assessed. In order to obtain information on employee performance quickly, precisely and accurately, technology is needed for the automation process. Therefore, to meet these information needs, a web-based system is needed. In addition, employee assessments at PT. Hiba Utama still use the Ms Excel format, so this is the basis of the research. The research conducted is to create a web-based information system as a consideration for conducting employee assessments at PT Hiba Utama. The method used to facilitate employee assessment, researchers use the Simple Additive Weighting method, where the system will provide a sequential value or ranking according to the quality of the employee assessment. The results of this research are an assessment system that will become a decision support system for producing high-performing employee selection.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, businesses are required to adapt to technological advances and changes in consumer behavior. One sector significantly impacted is transportation services, particularly motorcycle rentals. In Indonesia, the high demand for mobility makes motorcycles a primary choice for many, even though not everyone owns a private vehicle. This opens up opportunities for motorcycle rental businesses like Jakarte Motorcycle Rental. Currently, the rental process is still carried out manually via WhatsApp, which presents challenges in data management and service efficiency. This research aims to design and build a web-based motorcycle rental information system that can simplify the booking process, record transactions, and manage customer data in a structured and efficient manner. This system is expected to reduce communication errors, accelerate customer response, and improve service quality. The method used in this research is prototyping, which allows system development through the stages of initial prototyping, evaluation with users, and continuous improvement until the system meets needs. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the speed, accuracy, and documentation of transactions, as well as strengthen Jakarte Motorcycle Rental's competitiveness in the increasingly competitive vehicle rental industry.

Abstract

This web-based Office Asset Management application was developed to provide an integrated solution for managing the entire asset cycle within an agency or company. This system facilitates digital recording of asset data, from procurement, placement in a room, borrowing, maintenance, to asset disposal. Key features include asset data management, asset room management, damaged asset recording, maintenance processes, automatic asset depreciation, and report generation and QR Code labels for asset identification. Users can easily input and update asset data, monitor asset status in real-time, and track asset borrowing and maintenance history. The asset borrowing feature allows detailed recording of borrowing and return transactions, while the maintenance feature supports systematic asset maintenance and repair processes. Asset depreciation is calculated automatically according to accounting standards, so asset values ​​are always updated and accurate. A comprehensive reporting system assists management in auditing, evaluation, and data-based decision-making. The QR Code label feature speeds up the inventory process and facilitates asset identification in the field. With the implementation of this application, asset management becomes more efficient, transparent, and accountable, reducing the risk of unmonitored asset loss or damage, and supporting professional and modern asset governance in the workplace

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based application to manage the operations of a microenterprise, using Toko Dapur Dubasta as a case study. This microenterprise faces various challenges in manual transaction processing, inventory control, and financial management, which can reduce operational efficiency and accuracy. The developed application is designed to facilitate and accelerate these operational processes. The application is developed using web-based technology with the Waterfall method as the software development approach. PHP is used as the programming language, while the Bootstrap framework is applied for the user interface design, and PhpMyAdmin is used as the database management system to ensure optimal performance. The developed system supports real-time access, enabling business owners and employees to manage operations efficiently using various devices. The Waterfall method is applied in several phases, including requirement analysis, system design, coding, and system testing. The outcome of this research is a web application that allows the owner of Toko Dapur Dubasta to manage inventory, record transactions, and maintain financial records more accurately and efficiently. This application also provides features for inventory management, daily financial reporting, and supports better decision-making based on the available data, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the microenterprise.
